Aradhay is on a boat sailing from North Africa to France. Air travel throughout Western Europe is much restricted as of late. By boat, the passage should take no more than a week.

The sailing boat was stopped by a German U-Boat. A search party came aboard and asked each one of the passengers what was their business in France…

Aradhay: Erm… Am visiting an academic conference in France…
Soldier: Where in France?
Aradhay: Paris
Soldier: What is it about and why would you go to an academic conference?
Aradhay: I am a professor at the World Archaeological Society, and am attending a research conference in Paris…
Soldier: Hmm… Okay, you can travel to France… I hope you'll have a pleasant stay in France…
