A low draconic roar echoed from behind the Gate of Hell. After the great gate swung open, a giant dragon spread its wings, flapping them as it flew out and stirring up surges of burning black flame.

The moment Infernity Doom Dragon descended beside Kiryu, it let out a deafening roar, shaking the three Security Officers so much they almost lost control of their D-Wheels.
"Infernity Doom Dragon's effect activates! When my hand is 0, I can target one monster on my opponent's field, destroy it, and inflict effect damage to my opponent equal to half of the destroyed monster's ATK!"
Kiryu raised his hand and pointed at the third Goyo Chaser. Infernity Doom Dragon opened its mouth and spewed a stream of draconic breath, the ghostly black flames instantly engulfing it.
Massivemorph, which his teammate had activated last turn to strengthen their monsters, now proved to be his undoing. After burning the Goyo Chaser to ash, the bursting black flames landed on the third Security Officer.

The third Security Officer's D-Wheel instantly lost control, spinning out before it crashed headfirst into the guardrail that had risen by the roadside.
"Rather than 'the most dangerous criminal in ten years,' I prefer another title," Kiryu said, coldly glancing at the crash scene behind him before looking up at the helicopter hovering by the roadside. "The Empty-Handed Reaper."

Ghostly black fire exploded next to his D-Wheel, and the second Security Officer crashed and was eliminated from the duel.
"You're the only one left." Kiryu coldly looked at the first Security Officer, his words devoid of any emotion.
"Infernity Archfiend, direct attack!"
Infernity Archfiend rushed with a sinister grin towards the Security Officer's D-Wheel, its flame-wreathed claws landing on Security's exclusive D-Wheel.
Security Officer 1 LP: 4000 → 2200
"It's over! Infernity Doomfiend, direct attack!"
At Kiryu's command, Infernity Doomfiend raised its hand and launched a black-flame bullet toward the teetering D-Wheel.
Security Officer 1 LP: 2200 → 0
The last Security Officer's D-Wheel spun and smashed into the barriers on the side of the road.
The duel ended, and the road returned to normal. Kiryu turned his head and gave a cold glance at the camera on the live broadcast helicopter, then accelerated without a word, rejoining Yūga Hōzumi and the others before riding off.
After a long while, the Female Commentator, who had been intimidated by Kiryu's gaze, finally recovered. Looking at the retreating figures of the group, she sighed and said with lingering fear, "So this is the Empty-Handed Reaper, known as the most terrifying criminal in ten years? What a frightening man."

The other D-Wheels and vehicles on the road steered clear the moment they saw the Wheel of Fortune. On this crowded Main Road, its path was completely unobstructed.
