"The three of you should come back to the Revolutionary Army's base with us for now. Our outer members will take care of the children." On a highway in Neo Domino City, Kyosuke Kiryu drove his D-Wheel, leading the way.
"I suppose that's our only option," Yūga Hōzumi said with a sigh.
They had no choice. They were in an unfamiliar place and had become wanted criminals; aside from following Kiryu, they had no other options.
But just then, the highway they were on began to change. The roads ahead were closed off one after another, with only the entrance to the D-Wheel exclusive Duel Viaduct remaining open.
"So they've caught up to us?" Kyosuke Kiryu said with a frown after the five D-Wheels were forced onto the Duel Viaduct.
Just then, three D-Wheels from Security caught up, and a live broadcast helicopter also approached the viaduct.

"I've heard that countless times," Kiryu sneered, accelerating forward. "But when have you ever succeeded, you lapdogs of The Top Echelons?"
"Don't run!" The Security Officer activated a forced duel.

"My turn!" Kiryu went first.
"I summon the Tuner Monster, Infernity Beetle, in Attack Position."

"I set two cards and end my turn."
"To all our viewers in Neo Domino City, we meet again! Today's duel will be commentated by yours truly, Melissa Claire!" The hatch of the helicopter hovering beside the viaduct opened, and the Blonde Female Commentator revealed herself.
"Today's pursuit duel is truly remarkable! Security's opponent is none other than the criminal dubbed Neo Domino City's most dangerous in the last decade, Kyosuke Kiryu!" the Female Commentator said, watching Kiryu leave the Security Officers in his dust. "Kiryu chose such a simple opening. Did he draw a bad hand? Can the Security Officers seize this opportunity?"
"My turn! I draw!" The Security Officer in the middle drew a card.
"I summon Marauding Captain in Attack Position!"
"When Marauding Captain is summoned, I can Special Summon one Level 4 or lower monster from my hand."
"Appear! The Tuner Monster, Jutte Fighter!"
"I tune the Level 3 Marauding Captain with the Level 2 Jutte Fighter!"

"A never-ending path of pursuit! To the very ends of Hell! Synchro Summon! Level 5! Goyo Chaser!"
From the ring of Synchro light, a White-faced Constable emerged and kept pace with the Security Officer's D-Wheel.

"Battle! Goyo Chaser attacks Infernity Beetle!" The Security Officer waved his hand to give the order, and the constable beside his D-Wheel swung a chain-linked baton toward Kiryu's monster on the field.

After he spoke, Kiryu reached for his deck, preparing to draw. But just then, the other Security Officer who had been watching from the sidelines accelerated forward.
"Intrusion Penalty: LP -2000." A mechanical voice rang out from the second Security Officer's D-Wheel. At the same time, he pulled up beside Kiryu and drew a card before Kiryu could act. "My turn! I draw!"

"What are they doing?" Yūga Hōzumi, who was watching Kiryu's battle from the side, couldn't help but ask. "Paying 2000 LP just to interfere in a duel? That's blatant cheating!"

Since Kiryu had said so, Kaito stood down, but his words had thoroughly infuriated the Security Officers.
"What a big talker! You should worry about surviving this turn first!" the second Security Officer shot back after hearing Kiryu.
"I summon Marauding Captain in Attack Position! Then, I use its effect to Special Summon the Tuner Monster, Jutte Fighter!"
"I tune the Level 3 Marauding Captain with the Level 2 Jutte Fighter!"
"A never-ending path of pursuit! To the very ends of Hell! Synchro Summon! Level 5! Goyo Chaser!"
