"Looks like we have to switch."
Cynthia put away the Pokeball, her gaze naturally falling on Ash's side.
A yellow figure had already leapt out on its own.
"Pika."
Pikachu looked eagerly at the Lilligant in the center of the stage, its face showing nothing but excitement.
It had been a long time since it had a chance to fight. Since arriving in this era, it had only beaten up peers once and then never had another chance to strike.
Although the opponent now was only Elite Level, it was still acceptable, right?
Ash looked at Pikachu, showing a reassuring expression as there was no need for words between them.
"Pikachu, I'm counting on you next!"
"Pika!"
Lilligant's pale eyes quickly locked onto the new opponent.
The injuries she sustained from the Flare Blitz hadn't healed yet, but the enhancements she achieved through her dance earlier hadn't disappeared either.
Golden energy rapidly flowed along her slender legs!
Swoosh!
Lilligant disappeared from her original position in an instant!
Her enhanced speed exploded at that moment, with golden afterimages crossing the distance between them in a blink!
Her leaf-like arm, accompanied by a fierce gust of wind, slashed hard at Pikachu!
The speed of this strike was even more exaggerated than when she dealt with Samurott before!
However...
"Pika Pika!!"
The lightning-shaped tail behind Pikachu instantly glowed with a metallic sheen, then slashed fiercely!
Clang!!!
The Iron Tail clashed head-on with Lilligant's leaf arm!
A strong air current burst between the two Pokemon, scattering the surrounding debris outward directly!
Lilligant's powerful swinging arm was firmly blocked mid-air by the slender Iron Tail, unable to move forward anymore!
The difference in power between the two was clear to the point where no explanation was needed.
Lilligant's enhancement from continuous dancing was indeed powerful, but it was built upon the Pokemon's original strength.
When the basic power difference between the two becomes great enough...
That's another matter entirely!
"Pika..."
Pikachu slightly turned his head, glancing at the Lilligant behind him with the corner of his eye.
Weren't you quite capable when bullying Typhlosion just now?
"Pika—chu!!"
Pikachu powered up, flipping Lilligant directly away from beside him!
The golden figure flipped several times in mid-air, barely managing to readjust her body to prepare for landing.
But before her feet could even touch the stage, Ash's voice rang out again!
"Pikachu, Quick Attack!"
"Pika!"
The yellow figure disappeared instantly!
The distance of several dozen meters seemed non-existent.
In the next moment, Pikachu was already in front of Lilligant!
"Bang!"
The Quick Attack struck Lilligant's abdomen head-on!
Lilligant, who had just prepared to land, was hit and slid backward again!
The seemingly ordinary damage from this Quick Attack was even more significant than the full-power Flare Blitz from Typhlosion!
This was the absolute level difference!
Lilligant, using her level advantage, had completely suppressed Typhlosion. Now, it was Ash's side's turn to leverage the level advantage, Champion Advanced Level, get acquainted!
For a long time in this world, Pikachu wasn't idling; he had progressed further at Champion Level, reaching Champion Advanced without needing to rely on partner forms!
Dealing with Lilligant, who wasn't even at Elite Level, was more than enough!
Pikachu used the collision force to flip backward, quickly adjusting his small body in mid-air.
Ash quickly raised his hand to command: "Thunderbolt!"
"Pika—chu!!!"
Boom!!!
The golden thunder instantly illuminated the entire stage battlefield!
Thick electric currents burst crazily from Pikachu's body, engulfing Lilligant in an instant!
Grass Attribute indeed has some resistance to Electric Attribute attacks.
But this resistance wasn't enough to bridge the vast power gap between them!
Not to mention, Lilligant had already been hit head-on by Typhlosion's Flare Blitz earlier, with her physical strength already declining.
Now, after taking Pikachu's Quick Attack and Thunderbolt in succession, her aura began to rapidly weaken!
A few seconds later.
"Pika!"
Pikachu voluntarily stopped the Thunderbolt.
He flipped agilely in mid-air, then landed steadily in front of Ash.
The remaining golden currents on the center of the stage gradually faded away.
The exceptionally bright golden glow surrounding Lilligant's body had noticeably dimmed a lot.
Her body wobbled, as if she still wanted to continue the dance step from before.
However, just as her right foot was raised, Lilligant lost her balance and knelt on one knee on the stage.
She no longer had the strength to continue fighting.
"Is it over?"
Cynthia looked at Lilligant at the center of the stage.
"The battle is over."
Ash nodded lightly, but didn't relax: "But the ordeal isn't over."
Defeating the Queen only temporarily deprived Lilligant of her ability to continue resisting.
The truly berserk extraordinary golden power still remained within her body.
Simply defeating the Queen in battle would not make that power disappear by itself.
Pikachu didn't continue attacking but turned and ran back to Ash's side, jumping back onto his shoulder.
Ash stepped forward to stand before Lilligant.
"I'll take care of it from here."
A soft green light slowly spread from Ash's palm.
The initially fluctuating extraordinary golden energy on Lilligant's body surface had an immediate reaction upon coming into contact with the Power of Viridian.
The golden light swiftly retreated into Lilligant's body, seemingly trying to hide again.
But having dealt with the same extraordinary power on Kleavor, Ash steadily extended the green glow into Lilligant's body, beginning to eliminate the remaining extraordinary golden energy bit by bit.
Lilligant's formerly pale eyes gradually regained their normal color.
The aura, always filled with a sense of berserk, finally began to calm down slowly.
