"Afraid? What a joke. I'm just afraid you'll fall into despair when you see Mewtwo's true power. That wouldn't be fun," Giovanni certainly wouldn't admit to fearing the Pokemon he ordered to be created.
On the field, Mewtwo, after being unshackled the second layer, turned its body, and a feeling of ease surged within its heart. Since donning this machine, it hadn't felt this relaxed in a long time.
Giovanni's worries were quite unnecessary. It never thought of leaving or defecting because Team Rocket created it, and it wanted to find its purpose within the team.
Yet, so far in Team Rocket, apart from destroying one or two small islands, it lived a boring life in the Gym.
