Regarding Kael's preferential treatment, Fred and George expressed strong dissatisfaction, believing they were underestimated and insisted on tasting the aged Flaming Whiskey.
Kael still ignored them.
Until a few minutes later, upon seeing Bill lying on the ground snoring loudly, they finally shut their mouths and then pretended nothing had happened, turning to drink their juice.
They witnessed with their own eyes Bill's smooth transition from drinking, nodding off, and finally naturally sprawling onto the ground.
The whole process was exceptionally fluid, without even a pause, as if Bill came here just to nap on Kael's floor.
Charlie's condition was quite good.
As a Dragon Tamer, he had drunk quite a bit of strong liquor and had a wealth of experience, taking just a shallow sip with his first taste, unlike Bill who drank cleanly.
"Does he think he's drinking malt beer?" Charlie teased as he looked at Bill lying on the ground.
Just like Fred and George wouldn't pass up any chance to mock Percy, he and Bill were the same, it was considered a family tradition.
The only difference was, unlike Percy, Bill wasn't at a loss for words and always found chances to fight back.
But now he's drunk.
Charlie enjoyed his verbal advantage, feeling refreshed, he took another small sip of whiskey.
Kael brought over some candies and snacks.
The gifts he'd received included many snacks of various kinds.
The few of them just ate snacks and chatted casually.
At first, the topics were normal; Charlie talked about amusing incidents at the Romanian Fire Dragon Reserve, like a group attempting to steal dragon eggs being scared witless by the Fire Dragons, and crying for help from the Dragon Tamers, or which dragon laid a clutch of eggs.
These were things unattainable at school and sounded quite intriguing.
Correspondingly, Kael shared stories about Hogwarts.
The third-year Professor of Deceit, Basilisk, and then the fourth-year when the Dementors braved into the Quidditch Pitch... these Charlie also listened to with great interest, declaring it unfair.
Back when he was studying, Hogwarts was never so exciting.
Especially the Basilisk, ever since becoming a Dragon Tamer, Charlie became more like Hagrid, growing fond of those dangerous large Fantastic Beasts.
"I really want to see a Basilisk," he said regretfully.
Fred and George quickly waved their hands, trying to dispel this idea.
The Basilisk, that thing looks at you and you're dead, when they learned Ron was sent to the Hospital Wing, they were scared stiff. Thankfully, it was just a false alarm.
It's not worth risking your life out of curiosity.
Fortunately, Charlie was just speaking casually, and the Basilisk wasn't something you could see whenever you wanted.
He put down his glass, stuffed a big piece of creamy candy into his mouth, and began talking about something else.
"Kael, I heard from Fred, your Hufflepuff has won the Quidditch Cup for four years running?"
"It's all just good luck, everyone was just being gracious, not worth mentioning, really not worth mentioning!" Kael humbly waved his hand and said.
Fred and George's expressions were a little unpleasant, their teeth clenched tightly.
If Kael could say this without smiling so obviously, they might believe him.
Charlie looked at their expressions and asked confusedly, "Didn't you say Harry got a Firebolt? Yet still lost?"
Fred and George took a furious sip of juice, their expressions decided, "We will definitely win next year!"
"Your Hufflepuff better not think about taking five in a row!"
"Then you better work hard, winning next year's Quidditch match will be quite difficult." Kael raised his eyebrows, smiling as he said.
Charlie opened his mouth, seeming to want to say something, but ultimately held back, actively changing the topic:
"Kael, who do you think will win the World Cup this year?"
"Of course, the Ireland Team." Kael blurted out.
"No." Charlie shook his head and said, "I think Bulgaria, they've completed their team with the final piece this year, the genius Seeker Viktor Krum, surely able to contend for the championship."
"Ha, only you Seekers would support Bulgaria." Kael said dismissively, "Quidditch is a seven-person sport, a genius Seeker is important, but the Chaser is the real core."
"Oh?" Charlie sat up straight, "Tell me why."
"Very simple, you've only noticed Bulgaria added Krum, but missed they replaced a veteran Chaser.
The 'Daily Quidditch' gives the reason as his age preventing good coordination with Krum, which is simply ridiculous. A Chaser only has to focus on scoring, can he really use a Quaffle to hit the Golden Snitch into Krum's hand?"
Kael chuckled contemptuously, "Believe it or not, in this year's matches, they'll be ground into dust unless Krum can catch the Golden Snitch before trailing by 150 points, Bulgaria might win."
Fred and George nodded in strong agreement beside him.
Their thoughts were the same as Kael's.
Especially after previous matches against Hufflepuff, they profoundly understood the importance of Chasers scoring.
If the score gap gets too big, no matter how good a Seeker is, it makes no difference, at most delaying the match a little; but lack of strength, no amount of delay helps.
"No, I insist Bulgaria will win." Charlie shook his head, "Ivanova is also a strong Chaser, and Dimitrov, although young, has already shown prominence in international matches, like Krum, both are genius players."
"You're not talking about Dimitrov who got repeatedly intercepted by Moran three times in the tour matches, are you?" Kael said, smiling knowingly.
Charlie's face turned slightly red but still stubbornly insisted only the Bulgaria Team could win the final championship.
However, facing the overwhelming disadvantage of three against one, Charlie straightforwardly carried the still-snoring Bill, heading back to the Shabby Residence.
Bill's long ponytail dragged on the ground, incidentally helping to clean the room.
"That silly Seeker." Fred and George revealed victors' smiles and high-fived each other immediately after Charlie left.
They didn't follow Charlie back.
Mostly because Percy was on vacation today, he stayed in the room since morning, writing reports on Cauldron leaks, and prohibited them from making any noise.
In just a few hours since getting up, the two had been complained about several times already, far better to stay here peacefully.
