He also vaguely remembered this card. It seemed to be the original trap used by Yusei in the WRGP World Championship final against the Three Mechanical Emperors. From this effect, it seemed like an overall weakened version of the more famous banned universal trap card "Return from the Other Dimension."
Similarly, as many banished monsters as possible are specially summoned, but Dimensional Navigation adds the restriction that they must be Synchro monsters, and imposes several more subsequent limitations.
Clero: "The effect of Dimensional Navigation, bringing back 'Black Feather - Armored Wings' and 'Red Lotus Demon Dragon,' to our field once again for a special summon!
Return to us once more, our aces!"
Black feathers fluttered in the sky, converging into steel armor, the Black Feather Warrior stood guard in front of Clero, sword drawn.

But he paused and laughed again, "However, doesn't Dimensional Navigation have other side effects?"
"Indeed," Clero nodded, "Synchro monsters specially summoned by Dimensional Navigation have their monster effects negated and cannot attack.
Moreover, at the end of this turn, all those monsters will once more be banished from the game."
Such a huge side effect is obviously far inferior to a single strand of the eternal ban card Return from the Other Dimension.
Leo, from outside the field, was bewildered, "Eh? Synchro monsters that were summoned with great difficulty can't attack or have effects, and then they're gone at the end of the turn. Doesn't that mean they're completely just for show..."

Yusei shouted loudly.
"I activate the World-Saving Star Dragon's effect! Once per turn, it can negate one monster's effect on the opponent's field and absorb that monster's effect!
I negate Phantom Demon Emperor Rabiel's effect!

The World-Saving Star Dragon soared into the sky, its dream-like transparent dragon wings unfolding, releasing specks of starlight. Phantom Demon Emperor Rabiel was engulfed by the sacred, radiant glow, its body dimming as its power seemed to be drawn out little by little, absorbed into the body of the World-Saving Star Dragon.
"Thus, the World-Saving Star Dragon gains Phantom Demon Emperor Rabiel's effect!" Yusei exclaimed, "One of the effects absorbed by the World-Saving Star Dragon, once per turn, you can release two other monsters on your field, and this card's attack power increases by the attack power of the released monsters until the end of the turn!" This effect of the Phantom Demon Emperor has variations between the physical card and the animation. The physical card can be used once per turn, with one monster for its attack power, while the animation requires releasing two monsters.
The Three Phantom Demons, in both design and effects, clearly pay homage to the previous generation of Phantom Gods, and this effect of the Phantom Demon Emperor is obviously mimicking the Giant Divine Soldiers, hence in the animation, like the Giant Divine Soldiers, two monsters must be released to activate.
Though the physical card seems weakened at first glance, only being able to consume one monster weakens the attack power increase, but in practice, it provides more flexibility than the animation. In the animation, it's often not always feasible to have two other monsters to use as sacrifices.
But now, it's clear Yusei and the others have enough on their field.
Jack shouted, "Combine our powers, Yusei!"
"Alright!"
Yusei shouted clearly.
"I activate the effect absorbed by the World-Saving Star Dragon from Phantom Demon Emperor Rabiel, releasing 'Red Lotus Demon Dragon' and 'Black Feather - Armored Wings' on the field, adding both of their attack powers to the World-Saving Star Dragon!"
As the words fell, the dark red dragon king and the pitch-black Armored Wings transformed into points of light that dissipated. Then, rather than scattering, the decomposed specks of light converged again, forming a dazzling energy ball, merging into the body of the World-Saving Star Dragon.

The World-Saving Star Dragon transformed into a beam arrow, as it shot out, a sonic boom-like white light barrier exploded, leaving a trail like diamond stars in its wake. Even the body of the Phantom Demon couldn't withstand such an attack; the indestructible demon body was pierced by the stream of light, exploding with the light like a thousand dawns.
"Success!"
Even before the smoke cleared, Clero had excitedly raised a flag.
But Yusei was not as optimistic, instead furrowing his brows, "No, not yet..."
Yusei's brow furrowed further, his gaze fixed, staring directly into the smoke.

"Why!" Jack was the first to shout, "We should have defeated the Phantom Demon, so why are the Life Points..."
"Although I'm sorry to dampen your spirits, you should really look carefully."
Yugen chuckled softly.

As the smoke cleared, everyone saw the imposing stature of Phantom Demon Emperor Rabiel still standing. Instead, it was "Thunder Emperor Harmon," who wasn't initially at the center of the impact, that had willingly stepped forward to shield Phantom Demon Emperor with its body, taking the blow!

Clero was greatly shocked.
"A Phantom Demon willingly shielded its ally..."
Yugen said, "It's not just your bond that is unbreakable. The friendship among the Phantom Demons is also deeply rooted, and they wouldn't simply watch as their brethren are defeated.
Thus, in the final moment, Thunder Emperor Harmon voluntarily stepped forward to block the blow for his elder brother..."
Yugen spoke seriously, though it was nonsense.
Jack was also taken aback, "How can there be such ridiculous things!?"
The divine beasts amongst monsters having deep brotherhood! This is surely nonsense, right? It must be nonsense, isn't it?
Only Yusei remained the calmest, "It's Thunder Emperor Harmon's special effect, right?"
