The legendary Duel King... yet he showed no signs of a dominating king. There was no threatening aura from him, and he appeared lazily casual, emanating an air of indifference.

Indeed, Ammon is now using a Cloud Monster deck.
In the animation's later stages, in the Otherworld, after gaining forbidden power, Ammon used a Dark Mage Exodia deck. He is also one of the only characters in the animated world other than Atom and Grandpa Solomon who can control the authentic Dark Mage Elf.
However, after being made into a physical card, Treasure Card Cloud became exclusive to Cloud Monsters, only triggering its effect when summoning Cloud Monsters with the same name. The animation had no such restrictions.

There are also differences with this 'Summoning Cloud' when made into a physical card. The real card can only be activated if you have no monsters on the field, and you can only Special Summon once per turn. However, you can summon from both your hand and the graveyard with the real card. However, if you summon from the graveyard, this magic must be destroyed after use.
In the animation, there were no such limitations, and any satisfying conditions for Cloud Monsters could allow them to spring into action, as many as possible in one turn.

He then looked up and said.
"When the number of Magic and Trap Cards on the opponent's field is greater than the number on your own, this card can be Special Summoned directly from your hand.
