Appearing were two Pokémon, one blue and one purple, with strong and muscular builds, step by step closing in on Natsuhiko and Lance from both sides.

It was the pair of Nidoking and Nidoqueen.
Wild Nidoking and Nidoqueen are quite rare, because their evolution requires the use of a Moon Stone, this kind of Evolution Stone.
