The monster that appeared now, though called a Spellcaster, resembled a demon more. He stood bare-chested with devil horns atop his head, and his wide wings were studded with steel spikes, like he was shrouded in swirling smoke.

"Next, the seventh Magic Card 'Spellbook of Knowledge' allows me to send one 'Spellbook' card from my hand to the graveyard to draw two new cards from my Card Deck."
After drawing two cards, Ramor continued, "Then the eighth Magic Card 'Spellbook of the Master', when there is a Spellcaster-Type monster on my field, lets me gain the effect of a Magic Card in the graveyard.
I'll gain the effect of 'Spellbook of Secrets' to add a 'Spellbook' Magic Card from my Card Deck to my hand.
I add the Quick-Play Magic 'Spellbook of Fate' from my Card Deck to my hand again."
"It's that card again." Judai frowned, "This guy's deck searches seem endless..."
"Not necessarily." Yubel said coolly, "The deck's excessively strong search capabilities ensure he can get any Spellbook he needs almost every turn, which is the terrifying part. But, in a sense, it could be a weakness."
"Eh?" Judai was puzzled.
"No matter how strong the search ability is, there's a limit to the number of cards in a deck." Yubel stated, "The first 'Spellbook of Fate' banished our 'Neospacian Aqua Dolphin', the second banished Neos.
Now, the one he's holding is his last copy."
"Oh! Right!" Judai slapped his forehead, "His deck is almost depleted!"
"Yes." Yubel continued, "The same goes for other Spellbooks. The maximum number for each is only three, and with this search speed, he should be on the verge of running out by now."
Even though Ramor couldn't hear their conversation, he seemed to have guessed a bit.
"I guess you're saying, I'm about to run out of options, right?"
Judai: "Ah, he caught us."
Yubel didn't bother hiding it, coldly saying: "Am I wrong? Your deck is almost empty. Although it seems like you have the upper hand, as long as we survive this last wave of attacks, you and your mages will be nothing more than a spent force."
"Is that really the case?" Ramor smiled.
Yubel's eyelid twitched.
Ramor calmly said, "I offer 'Prophecy Destroyer' on the field as a tribute!
Embrace the forbidden Power of Creation, as the Reaper engulfs everything with the berserk darkness! I shall summon myself——

A black magic storm arose, swallowing the massive demon with wings in the tempest, the dark magic in the air seemingly turning into an enormous black dragon!

Seeing the black-robed, scythe-brandishing mage emitting an ominous aura, Judai's eyes widened as he compared it to the black-robed mage with the Duel Disc behind, shocked.
"Whoa! Summoning himself for the duel?" He looked at Yubel in surprise, "This guy's just like you!"
"Focus, idiot." Yubel said sharply, "The opponent is getting serious!"
"I wouldn't call it serious." Ramor chuckled, "I'm just doing what I can to try to awaken the dormant potential of The Supreme King.
My avatar 'Reaper of Prophecy' activates its effect. When successfully summoned, it gains different effects based on the types of 'Spellbook' Magic Cards in the graveyard.
If there are three types of Spellbooks, my attack increases by 600."

Ramor drew one of the few remaining Spellbooks from his deck: "I add 'Spellbook of Power' to my hand."
Yet it didn't end there; the mage clothed in black continues to release energy on the field, as the dark storm rotates around him.
"When there are five types of Spellbooks in the graveyard, a level five or higher Spellcaster-Type Dark Attribute monster can be special summoned from the deck."
A card popped out from the deck, drawn into his hand.
"Appear now, level eight——

The storm whipped through, and like a maned lion, the sturdy mage landed heavily, with a flowing cape behind; though called a mage, he resembled a wild Beast-Warrior.

Yubel's expression shifted: "Damn, this guy's effect is..."
"Wheel of Prophecy, when special summoned by the effect of a Spellcaster-Type monster, selects any number of 'Spellbook' Magic Cards that were banished and returns all chosen Spellbooks to the deck!!!"
"What!?" Judai was instantly stiffened.
All returned to the deck!?

Now, from the banished zone, a flurry of cards flew back to the deck, one Spellbook after another rising into the air. For a moment, the sky was filled with various Spellbooks, presenting a magnificent scene.
"I'm returning all Spellbooks that had been banished till now: 'Spellbook of Secrets', 'Spellbook of Power', 'Spellbook of Eternity', 'Spellbook Organization', 'Spellbook of Life', 'Spellbook of Fate', 'Spellbook of the Master', 'Spellbook of Judgment', 'Spellbook of Wisdom'...
...all cards return to the deck!!!"
One by one, the multitude of Magic Cards shot back into Ramor's deck, automatically shuffled in a flurry.
In a blink, his depleted arsenal was replenished.
"Damn!" Yubel scowled, "This guy really is trouble..."
"But it seems you don't have a chance to consider the next turn." Ramor raised his hand, "Next, activating the ninth Magic Card, 'Spellbook of Power', which increases the ATK of one Spellcaster-Type monster on the field by 1000 points this turn.
I'm raising the ATK of my avatar, 'Reaper of Prophecy', by 1000!"

"And also the effect of 'Spellbook Star Hall'!" Ramor continued, "After activation, a total of five 'Spellbook' Magic Cards have been activated this turn, placing five Spell Counters on Star Hall!
Each Spell Counter increases ATK of Spellcaster-Type monsters on your field by 100, totaling an increase of 500!"
