Chapter 1014 - Chapter 314: An Unchangeable Past

Indisputable.

Ian's assumption wasn't wrong either; these things in the room absolutely don't belong to this world. If Female Titan Claire isn't a Transmigrator, then the Transmigrator must be the one who taught her everything—now that seems to be the Raven, and the relationship between the Raven and Female Titan Claire must be quite profound.

Otherwise.

Female Titan Claire certainly wouldn't have received such complete "Transmigrator" teachings and wouldn't have become the current homebody—well, not overweight, but indeed seems very much like a homebody.

Completely different from the Titans that Ian had seen before, not just in physique but also in mindset. Thus, it's reasonable that this guy could be expelled from the Titan tribe.

After all.

Growing up without the education of the Titans, she naturally couldn't integrate into the Titans' way of thinking—perhaps, she is the only one to truly have contact with the Raven to prophesy the Raven.

How should it be said, this is Harry Potter's world after all. According to the prophets of this world, a prophet only foresees what they want to see and matters closely related to themselves. Even if Female Titan Claire is a Creator-level being of the Earth, her power ultimately must adhere to these rules.

The abilities of human prophets in later generations inherently originated from the Ancient Times, although it is unclear if they have been passed down by this Claire, nonetheless, even if it's just the power created by their creations, it still must follow a reference; the abilities between Creators and human Wizards shouldn't differ too greatly.

Thinking about the means Titans have, Ian's previous doubts resurfaced; he leafed through paintings, struck with awe, couldn't help but question.

"You managed all this alone? Do you possess all the abilities of Titans?" Ian thought each Titan would hold different powers and authority.

Creation of life.

Wouldn't that require teamwork?

"That's just how prophets are." Claire said easily, sitting back on the bean bag chair, "I can learn whatever I wish, just a matter of peeping." She made a peeking gesture, her eyes suddenly turning completely violet, pupils filled with countless tiny runes, fleeting and swift.

This obviously just camouflages the "peeping" ability of a prophet, so to speak, indeed defying nature, capable of peeking into past or future craftsmanship at any time.

Of course.

If the ability to impart life to things can truly be acquired through learning, then the ideas of alchemy in later generations evidently aren't wrong, and human Wizards can also create life of their own creation.

What's lacking is just craftsmanship.

To Female Titan Claire's response, Ian was speechless. This prophet indeed is far more powerful than any Wizard he's known, after all, a figure akin to an ancestor's ancestor.

"This craftsmanship and the Titans' own immortality should not have too much correlation; they are linked to the rules of nature, clearly a superiority at the level of life itself."

Ian thought on this.

And couldn't help but glance at Female Titan Claire again.

Outside the window, the vast sky was deep and profound, while inside, it was warm and quiet. The scent of baked eggs wafted from the fireplace, mixing with the burning wood's aroma, creating a peculiar sense of peace.

"The Titans' power is rooted in this world... are you native life forms?" His inquiry was bold, but Claire didn't feel offended.

Yet, the question was like casting a stone into a calm lake.

Claire's fingers paused for a moment on the game console, the firelight from the fireplace casting flickering shadows across her face, making the typically youthful face suddenly appear ancient and mysterious.

"A daring question." She chuckled lightly, showing no sign of offense, "But the answer is simple—we are not, we come from the stars."

As expected.

Just as Ian predicted.

The game console was casually set aside, the pixel islands on the screen ceased changing.

"According to our own records, we came from the stars, drifting through seven epochs aboard the World Ship. Oh, the World Ship is currently beneath our feet."

"But after acquiring a new homeland, this place was naturally deserted by the settlers who grew tired of it, hence, later became my fortune as the unfortunate outcast."

Female Titan Claire stretched, her silver-white hair draped like moonlight over the bean bag chair. She reached into the fireplace and shaped a strand of flame into a miniature galaxy at her fingertips.

"When we arrived, we found this planet... dying. Your Creator lay beneath the Arctic ice cap, not dead, but indistinguishable from death."

"Impossible to awaken, regardless."

Claire spoke like she had witnessed it herself, even though she's an Earth-born Titan—this too relies on the prophet's ability to retrospectively glean that portion of history.

Ian gazed at her face, a feeling indescribable surged within him. He originally believed Titans to be mythological continuations, yet they turned out to be sci-fi descendants.

It was evident.

This world is far more intricate than he had imagined.

"Earth's Creator? What do they look like?"

Ian felt curiosity, thus immediately pursued further.

Female Titan Claire gave him a look and continued to respond, "Their body is more magnificent than mountains, their blood is liquid magic, and in their bones flows the authority to create all things."
