Chapter 337 - Chapter 124: Ineffective Magic! Christmas Arrives!

This is a clash of physical and psychological harm.

Gryffindor students might have a few bloody heads, but Slytherin students were truly beaten to flee in panic, screaming madly as they scattered in the heavy snow.

As the saying goes, when little wizards fight, professors suffer. Poor Quirrell had just walked back from outside when he was ambushed. He smelled something that changed his face dramatically but dared not turn his head to flee.

After all.

If he aimed his backside at the little wizards and got attacked, he would be tormented to the point of ascending tonight. Quirrell tried to backtrack on the path he came from.

However.

The little wizards had already caught up with him.

"Stop!"

The sharp roar didn't make the two houses restrain much, perhaps to protect the presence on his backside. He could only sit down on the ground and become the target of concentrated fire.

Bloody head.

Along with some unnameable enchantment attacks.

His head might suffer severe infection because of it today.

"This professor is really pitiful."

William mourned silently for Quirrell for a full three seconds, then picked up a snowball from the ground and threw it too. Ian believed he just wanted to use clean snow water to wash Quirrell's face.

"I match with one." Ian also kneaded a snowball on the ground. He wasn't as kind-hearted as William, but still restrained more than Gryffindor students, only adding some rust to the snowball thrown at Quirrell. As for the tetanus bacteria in that rust, it had little to do with him.

"Pop~"

Just as Ian hit Quirrell's wound, Gryffindor and Slytherin's skirmish continued into the distance. After secretly finishing the mischief, he pulled his two roommates and ran.

"I haven't matched with one yet!"

Michael was initially making a big snowball. Being pulled away, he could only throw it eagerly.

"Damn it! All of you little rascals!"

Quirrell climbed up awkwardly from the ground and began to curse the two houses without noticing Ian's sneaky attack. He hurriedly drew out his magic wand to clean himself.

"Splat~"

Michael Jordan, it might not be a coincidence he was called this name, hurriedly threw from afar, accurately hitting Quirrell's special position on his backside.

"The Gryffindor students are all damned! Once I revive! I will clean out all the Gryffindor people!" Finally, Voldemort's voice sounded in Quirrell's mind.

His tone was extremely angry and insane. It's easy to understand this annoyance and resentment, given that this Black Demon King is now sharing a body with Quirrell.

"And Ravenclaw students!"

Voldemort hadn't seen Ian earlier, but he had figured out Ian's background in the house, making him resent the whole house.

"Master… we, we need to find a way to enter that place, then we can get the Magic Stone hidden inside." Quirrell seemed timidly like he was shoe-shining.

He'd clearly yielded some harvest from being so busy at Hogwarts.

Of course, whether this harvest was clues he found with his own skills or someone wanted him to find them, it's up to different perspectives.

It's hard to say, really hard to say.

...

The Christmas trees were found in the hall, but Ian and his two roommates didn't contribute much, because on the way, they met the avidly helpful Hagrid.

Thus.

Hagrid gained a calorie burn, and Ian and two roommates got free house points from the headmaster. A win-win situation was born. The only thing they did was find more mistletoe.

This is a winter plant, also known as holly, because when other trees shed leaves in winter, mistletoe still stays with green leaves and red fruit.

When hung on trees, they're very conspicuous, considered a good omen. Most people when decorating a Christmas tree, would hang mistletoe-made garlands of hanging lights.

"You're amazing, Hagrid."

"Yeah, yeah, this professor is really impressive."

"He's simply like a great giant!"

Ian and two roommates followed behind Hagrid, responsible for providing Hagrid emotional value he liked. Meanwhile, Hagrid walked ahead carrying twelve Christmas trees.

The Half-blood Giant's stamina and strength are really formidable.

"In the past, it was always me doing this kind of work. Next, you'll assist me, assure your professor will be satisfied." Hagrid even arranged all the scenes in the hall meticulously, while robustly doing the work with care, making the hall swiftly beautiful and magnificent.

All twelve Christmas trees were placed appropriately, adorned with colorful magic lanterns; Ian raised his hand, casting magic to transform numerous bright stars on the Christmas tree.

They shimmered like real stars, emitting a beautiful luster candles and lanterns couldn't simulate, even made Hagrid, the steel man, widen his eyes in amazement.

"Your magic is truly remarkable, probably just a smidge below Dumbledore's when he was young." He sincerely exclaimed, even went forward to touch those stars.

Comparing with Dumbledore shows Hagrid is genuinely praising Ian, because in this Half-blood Giant's heart, no one can shake Dumbledore's status.
