A tall silhouette appears against the wind, walking into it like it's nothing.
Long legs. Lean body. Skin marked with pale symbols that look like migration paths carved into flesh.
His eyes are gold—but not Sun-gold.
Dawn-gold.

The stranger smiles.

He looks at Kura.

Everyone freezes.

Ostrich steps closer to Kura.
The wind parts for him.
Ostrich (gentler now):"You don't use the wind because it listens too fast.You don't touch the stars because they remember.You don't call the clouds because they carry weight.You don't answer the Sun because it demands debt."
Kura's eyes shake.
Ostrich:"And the Moon?"
He leans in.
Ostrich (quiet):"You don't use the Moon because it would show you who you were when you dreamed us."
FX:A sharp intake of breath from Kura.She doesn't deny it.
T'Laru (controlled, dangerous):"You're speaking like a teacher."
Ostrich nods.
Ostrich:"Yeah.That's the part I got from your grandmother."
He finally turns to the group.
Ostrich:"She didn't create me.She raised the ground so I could land without breaking you."
Scene 5 – Reactions (No One Is Okay)
Sefu:"So she lied."
Ostrich:"She protected. Big difference."
T'Laru (sharp):"And Mantis?"
Ostrich's smile fades—just a little.
Ostrich:"He knows what he is.He just doesn't know who yet."
Beat.
Ostrich (to Kura):"And before you ask—yeah.I'm the only one who remembers you dreaming us into shape."
Kura whispers:
Kura:"…Why won't I let myself remember?"
Ostrich answers instantly.
No drama. No poetry.
Ostrich:"Because if you remember, you'll stop pretending you're small."
