Chapter 301 - Chapter 301 I Have a Bold Idea

Her cute little fangs tore into the meat, showing no sign of being a diplomat's daughter, radiating a tomboyish vibe while eating.

Paired with her death glare fixed on Yusei, it was as if the meat in her mouth wasn't steak but Yusei himself.

Yusei, on the other hand, watched Eriri with interest, eating his own food slowly and elegantly, chewing each bite carefully.

Finally, Eriri, who had been watching Yusei calmly take a sip of his drink, couldn't hold back.

"Don't you think putting your hands on an unmarried woman's waist without permission is rude?"

"So, it would be okay if you were married?" Yusei laughed.

"Of course not! And you're changing the subject! You know what I mean!" Eriri glared at Yusei, puffed up with anger.

"Haha, alright, alright, don't be mad. Hurry up and eat. Who told you to drag me into this mess? I had to collect some payment. Besides, it was to make it more convincing and solve your problem, wasn't it?"

Yusei's words left Eriri speechless.

Although she still felt angry inside, she really had no way to refute him.

Helpless, Eriri continued eating, using the food to vent her frustration.

Yusei ate slowly, admiring Eriri's voracious appetite. He'd never really seen someone eat like this before.

Asuna, Kaguya, Athena, Tohru, and the others were all the 'normal' type.

This was the first time he'd seen a girl completely disregard her image and let loose in front of the opposite sex. Yusei found it rather refreshing.

He was sure that Eriri, as a diplomat's daughter, had impeccable manners. She was probably acting this way because she was still upset about him taking liberties earlier.

Taking her anger out on the food seemed very in line with her hidden personality.

On the surface, she was the elegant diplomat's daughter, a young lady. But underneath, she was a lively, passionate girl.

Her personality was somewhat similar to Tohru's, but Tohru was the very obedient type, while Eriri was clearly the tsundere, disobedient type.

Yusei felt he quite liked this type of girl because they were more interesting.

Kaguya was also a tsundere young lady, but her tsundere was the cold type. Eriri was the fiery tsundere type.

They're different forms of tsundere, and she was practically the opposite of Kaguya.

Coincidentally, Kaguya and Eriri were also different in that one liked using her brains, and the other... not so much.

Basically, the difference between smart and... not-so-smart.

After dinner, it was already dark.

On the streets of Tokyo, night was when things got lively. However, the route to Eriri's home wasn't very crowded.

Considering his employee's safety and future work progress, Yusei decided to personally play bodyguard and see her home.

Of course, those were secondary reasons. The main point was that the road leading to the estate where Eriri lived wasn't very populated.

The dimly lit street had only streetlights, as this area was mostly mansions and villas for the wealthy.

When Yusei accompanied Eriri to her family's estate, he was still somewhat impressed.

But compared to the Shinomiya Residence, it was insignificant. The Shinomiya Residence couldn't really be called an estate, and 'domain' was more appropriate.

"Alright, thank you for walking me here. Well then, goodbye."

"Okay, see you."

Yusei bid farewell to Eriri and prepared to leave. But just then, a loud, deliberate cough sounded from behind him.

He turned to see a girl who looked very much like Eriri. She was a girl wearing a frilly kimono, with long black twin tails. Her pretty face clearly showed traces of Eriri's features.

But there were noticeable differences. To be precise, the black-haired twin-tailed girl looked more distinctly Eastern. Her skin was also fair, but not to Eriri's mixed-race degree.

Just as Yusei was wondering why this person, who looked like an older sister to Eriri, had 'stopped' him, Eriri, standing beside him, spoke.

"Mom? What are you doing here? Weren't you and Dad supposed to be..."

"Hehehe, so this is why you've been sneaking around lately! You're in love!" The twin-tailed woman looked teasingly at Eriri.

Eriri's face turned bright red. She was just about to explain that he wasn't her boyfriend but her boss when she saw her mother had already run up to Yusei.

Yusei looked at the woman who had suddenly appeared in front of him, rubbed his head, and tentatively said, "Auntie...?"

"Call me Nee-san!"

"... Nee-san." Sawamura Kyouko looked pleased, as if to say 'you are teachable', and looked at Yusei expectantly, "So, how far have you two gotten? Have you taken proper precautions?"

Hearing this, Eriri nearly died of embarrassment and hurriedly pulled Kyouko away.

"Go back inside already! Stop saying such shameless things!"

"You silly child, I'm just thinking about your future! It's not easy to find a good-looking boy who also seems gentle!"

"You don't need to worry about my affairs! Go back inside!"

"Tch. Be careful, or you'll end up drawing doujinshi until no one wants you."

Eriri pushed her mother towards the estate. Yusei watched all this, utterly baffled.

"So... what was that all about?"

After saying goodbye to Eriri again, Yusei didn't linger and headed straight home, feeling a certain anticipation for the night's arrival.

Having tasted something new, Yusei was left wanting more. One could say he had been looking forward to nightfall since he woke up.

Returning home, he found Tohru, Kanna, Shiro, Yui, and a certain little fox watching a movie. The dark room and their occasional startled reactions made it clear they were watching a horror film.

Yusei quietly tried not to disturb them, but Yui, with her sharp eyes, spotted him.

The movie's appeal was clearly no match for her Papa's. Yui happily scampered over and threw herself into Yusei's arms.

"Papa!"

"Hey, my good girl. Is your Mama or Auntie Athena around?"

"I think they're both in their rooms. Seems like they're chatting," Yui thought for a moment and said.

Yusei's eyes lit up, and a bold idea formed in his mind.
