Academy Level > Genin > Chunin > Jounin > Quasi-Kage > Kage[1]


(Notes: Quasi-Kage is like early Kakashi or someone like Kakazu. Although give me more examples or if you got different opinions.


I did add the ninjutsu and kits every character had besides Hiruzen because fk that. But that would spoil some fights in the future. Well it doesn't really matter but it makes it easier for y'all to read.)


(Notes: Orochimaru is carried by knowing multiple elemental releases. But they aren't on the same level as his wind release. So his Wind release might be Chunin level, but his other elements are low chunin or high genin.


Just like how Jiraiya's ninjutsu is carried by his summons and only focusing on one fire ninjutsu.)


(Notes: I'd like to say her chakra control improves a heap ton more after she studies medical ninjutsu. Chakra reserves and stamina higher than her team by two stages)

(Notes: He even knows ninjutsu from clans like the Nara and Yamanaka. It's unknown if he has already learned them by now. I'd reckon he learns most of the villages ninjutsu after first war and before second war. Because of the near two decade peace time.


Reminder at this current moment, is probably pre-learning all ninjutsu Hiruzen. I wouldn't hesitate to call him the best all-rounder in the Naruto verse. With his only weak side in his prime being a stronger Genjutsu?)
