I had quickly relayed the message from King Kai to all the Z-Fighters and now we were just waiting for their arrival.
(Next Day)
All the fighters of earth felt the Saiyans' power when they crash landed in the middle of the city, I didn't know which city, but I knew they were going to destroy it so I flew over there as quickly as I could.
I was being followed by some of the other Z-Fighters who were simply Yamcha and Krillin as they assumed I was heading to the Saiyans and they both knew how powerful I was so they were safest near me.
Before Nappa could destroy the city, I arrived in the air across from Vegeta and Nappa, and shortly afterward, the 2 Z-Fighters.
While Nappa didn't react, Vegeta seemed to recognize me.
"Voltaris?! What are you doing here? I thought you died with Planet Vegeta." Vegeta said.
"Voltaris?" Krillin asked in confusion.
"Wait, do you mean to tell me that he's the same Voltaris who was the leader of the Lightning Legion on Planet Vegeta?!?" Nappa asked in shock.
"Oh yeah, that was my position for a while." I said seemingly reminiscing.
"Tell me, how did you survive the planet's destruction?!?" Vegeta demanded
"It's not that big a deal, but what happened is that when I felt Frieza was going to destroy the planet I got in a space pod and flew away from the planet as fast as I could. My pod got knocked off course and I ended up in some sort of pocket dimension or something and suddenly ended up here." I explained.
"And now you're helping these weaklings? You're a disgrace to Saiyan warriors have you no pride?" Vegeta shouted as he saw me.
"We have a very different definition of what disgraces a Saiyan warrior. If you know my history, you know I never agreed with the Saiyans' war-like attitude. I did what I had to because I would've been killed by Frieza if I rebelled."
"So you're just a coward?!?" Vegeta accused.
"Better than being a sadistic monster. You may have been forced into his service like the rest of us, but you relished in the destruction that you wrought in Frieza's name and that's the difference between us."
"Whatever you traitor, your words mean nothing in the face of true power. So listen to your prince and step aside or die." Vegeta said.
"No, no I don't think I will." I said with a grin which caused Vegeta to grit his teeth in anger.
"Fine, how about we change the venue. That way we can go all out." I suggested hoping to get Vegeta to leave the city.
"It matters not where we fight, you'll still die." He said and he quickly searched for some power levels with hus scouter, found 2 particularly powerful power levels, and flew away and we all followed.
We arrived in the same location where the Z-Fighters fought the Saiyans in the original story as they had gone to where Piccolo and Gohan were.
"Now, your traitorous life is not worth dirtying my hands so I will have Nappa deal with you, after he defeats your new allies." Vegeta said.
"I'll say this once, forget about whatever business you have here and leave this planet, this is your first and last chance to get out of this alive." Piccolo said.
"That voice, I see you were the lucky one who was able to kill Raditz." Vegeta said.
"Huh, I think the green one's a Namekian." Nappa said.
"Yes no doubt about it, it almost makes sense why Raditz would have a hard time with the likes of him." Vegeta commented.
"Okay, what's a Namekian?" Piccolo asked confusedly.
"Not only are they said to have above-average power levels, Namekians are said to have mysterious hidden abilities as well." Vegeta explained
Piccolo started to have an internal crisis as he realized he was apparently a Namekian. Something he didn't know as he isn't a full Namekian he is the other half of Kami and was essentially 'born' on earth.
"You must be the one who created these Dragon Balls aren't you?" Vegeta accused.
"Oh and Nappa, take off your scouter, these pests are able to raise and lower their power levels in response to their opponent which makes our scouters totally unreliable." Vegeta added
"Oh, right good call Vegeta." Nappa said
Vegeta laughed at that and then looked at Nappa.
"Alright enough talking, let's see how these pests handle themselves in action." Vegeta said then looked at Nappa
"Hey Nappa we still have six of those Saibaman don't we, Get them ready won't you" Vegeta said.
Nappa then took out a bottle with six seeds and began to plant them in the ground.
"Whoa, what are they doing?" Krillin asked.
"They are planting Saibamen they were often used by young Saiyan elites to train as kids. The soil is what helps to determine their power levels, the better the soil, the more powerful they could be." I explained which made Vegeta angry as I was giving information to what he considered a bunch of insects.
"Tch, damn traitor." He grumbled.
Six green bulbous heads started to come out of the ground and they looked at us with their red eyes shining.
"Urgh they're gross." Krillin commented only to look up as Tien and Chiaotzu joined us and now all the OG Z-Fighters were here except for Goku.
"Tien you're here and Chiaotzu too." Krillin exclaimed.
"Hey. Who's the kid? That's Goku's kid isn't it?" Tien asked.
"Yeah, that's Gohan. Piccolo's done a great job training him.
"Now everyone's here but Goku." Yamcha commented.
"Interesting, that's the exact same number of Saibamen we have." Vegeta replied then looked at me.
"While you may have hidden your power level, a technique you most likely learned from these insects, you were an Elite Saiyan warrior I will have Nappa and I deal with you personally." Vegeta said with a glare then turned back to the Z-Fighters.
"What do you say, each of you can take turns fighting one of our Saibamen, see what happens. You know, a game." Vegeta said.
Tien walked forward.
"I'm up for it. These little creeps don't scare me. I could use a good warm-up" Tien said punching his fists together.
Vegeta spoke to the nearest Saibamen and told him to hit him as hard as he could.
Tien beat the Saibamen easily even though we all had to dodge an acid attack from it.
Vegeta, after seeing the Saibaman lose shot a beam that exploded the Saibaman for failing.
"Now, who wants to be next?" Vegeta asked with a grin.
Krillin tried to volunteer but Yamcha told him to let him do it as Krillin couldn't be revived if he was killed but Yamcha could.
This whole time I wasn't stopping them as I knew they'd need the combat experience but would intervene to stop any deaths.
'No one is dying on my watch, not like she did' I said internally and then paused.
'Who is she? Who was I thinking of?' I questioned internally feeling a mix of sadness, rage, and guilt.
I decided to ignore it and focus on the fight.
Yamcha got ready to fight the Saibaman.
The fight went similarly to the anime he knocked the Saibaman around and "finished" him with a Ki blast that sent it to the ground where its body created a crater.
"Looks like these Saibamen of yours aren't nearly as powerful as you made them out to be. I'll save my friends the trouble and take out the last four myself." Yamcha said bragging while turning away from the prone Saibaman even though he wasn't 100% sure it was dead.
"Hahahaha now that I'd like to see, too bad I won't get the chance." Vegeta said with a laugh as the Saibaman jumped out of the crater and tried to latch onto Yamcha.
"Huh?" Yamcha said as he saw that I was standing between Yamcha and the Saibaman and was holding it by the neck.
"Hey Yamcha, next time you fight someone, don't turn around until you're sure they're either dead or truly unconscious." I said as I created a longsword made of Ki from my hand and threw the Saibaman in the air and cut its head off and cut its body in half twice.
"Like that." I said with a smile.
"R-right." Yamcha said nervously both about my power and the fact that he might've gotten seriously injured right then because he let his guard down.
"Damn traitor. You interrupted the fight." Vegeta said angrily.
"What was I supposed to let him die when I could stop it easily? Come on, what kind of ally would I be then?" I asked jokingly.
"D-die? I would've died?" Yamcha asked.
"Yes, Saibamen have a self-destruction ability that could've taken it and you out at once if I hadn't stopped it." I explained.
"And honestly, this is getting tedious." I said before I disappeared from everyone's eyes and when they blinked they saw me holding the last four Saibamen with my two hands holding two arms of two different Saibamen in each hand.
I quickly threw them in the air and sent out a blast of Ki Lightning. The lightning struck the first Saibaman and chained it to the rest.
I was deliberately not using the skills I learned on earth unless I needed to. No need to give away anything to Nappa and Vegeta even if they aren't even a threat to me.
"There. Now we can get to the fun part." I said with a malicious grin.
Vegeta and Nappa were stunned with mouths agape as they didn't even see me move and the next moment I had the Saibamen and then killed them.
'How the hell did he move that fast? I suppose he wasn't an Elite Saiyan warrior for nothing. But he's still going to die' Vegeta thought to himself at least admitting that I was strong as we were both Elite warriors.
Vegeta recovered from his shock quickly and turned to me who was already standing by the Z-Fighters.
"Quite right you are, it's enough of a warm-up." Vegeta said.
"Hahaha don't worry, this'll be over real soon. Let me go at 'em Vegeta I'm tired of playing around." Nappa said.
"Sure Nappa knock yourself out. However, I'm not finished with the Namekian so let him live for now. But once he tells us about the Dragon Balls you can do whatever you want with him after that. Also, don't kill Zenaku just yet, the traitor is mine." Vegeta answered not calling me by my squad leader's name most likely not deeming me worthy of him calling me by the name I used when i wasn't a traitor.
