Luffy threw off the axe to the side as he cocked both of his fists back, "Get ready… Gomu Gomu no Tekkai Gatling!"
Yosaku still mid-air crossed his arm, "Tekkai!"
Luffy's punches came in like cannon shots, each faster than the previous one, but Yosaku gritted through the attacks with his own Iron Body.
Still, the bounty hunter was sent back hurling to the ground, skipping a few times before he stopped. But before he could catch a breath, Luffy had moved on to his next attack.
"This is a poking shoot-out!" Luffy grinned taking both of his arms to the side, "Air Finger Bullet Barrage!"
From his fingers, multiple small air bullets smashed into Yosaku's location. The bounty hunter in question quickly used Soru and Geppo to get out from his position but wherever he went, Luffy would point his endless barrage of air bullets at him. Making him very hard to get near.
Yosaku dodged for a while, before biting the bullet and going straight for Luffy. Even with Luffy holding back, Yosaku had almost no chance of winning. Yet he refused to give up.
"Tempest Kick!" Yosaku yelled. A giant arc of air went came out from his leg as Luffy's bullets were briefly overpowered, giving Yosaku the chance he needed. Of course, the tempest kick got decimated by Luffy's powerful air bullets.
The former bounty hunter came to the ground and took the shield just in time as Luffy came in with a kick to the side that he wasn't able to dodge. Yosaku's body bent around Luffy's leg as he got planted into the ground, skipping with the grace of a ragdoll, before he was able to stop himself. "Shit… what gives captain? I thought you were holding back."
"I am!" Yosaku was wide-eyed as he quickly spun with his shield to block Luffy's attack. But rather than it being a punch or a kick, he had both of his fists forward. For others, it might have confused them, but for Yosaku it kind of terrified him. "Rokuogan!"
"Gah!" Yosaku was thrown back several meters, even with his feet digging trenches into the ground. His body was shaking with blood coming out of his mouth, "Shit…" he coughed up blood as he fell to the floor on his knees, keeping his eyes on the captain.
Around him the ground was distorted, blown away, with deep trenches going around him, only the ground behind him was somewhat still in shape.
Even though Subashi, Yosaku's shield took the attack, due to Rokugan being a shockwave-based attack. Only half of the attack was slipped out, the rest Yosaku had to tank with his body.
Yosaku's body felt like it was on fire, from his muscles to his bones, they were all crying out in pain. And yet the former bounty hunter refused to lose as he stood up yet again. This time with much more difficulty.
The former bounty hunter unconsciously used Life Return to mend most of the internal damage as he walked forward. But he only got a few steps before he fell unconscious and started falling. Luffy caught him before he could drop to the floor with a wide grin on his face.
"You did far better than expected," Luffy said honestly. Sure, he was weak. But with that kind of determination? He won't be for long. "Hope this is enough to show you what you need to do… For now, lets get you to Chopper."
Yosaku had mainly asked Luffy to learn the seventh technique. The Rokuogan. It was a technique that could only be learned after learning all of the Rokushiki techniques. Or that was the rumors.
But honestly, if one had tempest kick and finger pistol down, then they were on their way to learning it. And with Yosaku being a good user of Life Return, he should be good enough to learn it.
Luffy had tried to teach him manually after explaining the concept and such. But it didn't help, so he took more of a practical approach to things.
Luffy picked up Yosaku's body over his shoulder, and made his way towards the dungeon and to it's medical area. But he had to stop right at the entrance of the dungeon.
The dungeon didn't have any official entrance, but most of the crew needed it. So a good entrance that connected the outside with the dungeon was made. It wasn't anything grand, just a hole that had been dug with climbing equipment attached to it so anyone could get in and out.
And Luffy stopped at the dungeon entrance for a reason. Because just a moment later, Aisa and Groot came out and they seemed to be a bit winded.
"Well, is someone in a hurry?" Luffy said with some amusement.
The girl panted, "Big Bro Captain Luffy… Big sister Nami wanted me to give you this… She said someone named Morgans is, wait? Where's the…" she said, trying to fish out something from her pocket. But it seemed she had lost it as the girl started to panic.
"I am Groot," Groot said, giving the black transponder snail to Aisa, making the girl sigh in relief, before giving the tree creature a glare before pouting.
Luffy chuckled at their antics. "So, Morgans was calling me? Wonder what it could be?" he said, rubbing his chin, before looking at Groot. "Groot, buddy, can you take Yosaku to Chopper…? He needs a bit of medical care."
Groot nodded with a salute and extended his arms as Luffy gave Yosaku to him. Honestly, the little guy was quite strong, so he should be enough for the job. "Aisa, help Groot if needed, okay?"
Luffy smiled as the girl gave him a salute like Groot as they went into the dungeon. Groot had been pretty reluctant to go back in the dungeon at first, but after a few days, the young sapling had bolstered enough confidence to go back in.
And honestly, the little guy had grown on him. Especially, since the small guy was giving all of his effort to learn cooking from Sanji. Heh, a chef Groot. His crew gets weirder and weirder each day.
