(MARCELLO'S POV)
The sound of rapid gunfire echoing throughout the mansion is so loud that it makes my ears ring.
The floors look like they've been painted red. Completely covered in blood, bullets, and bodies. Some are my men, and some are Le Vipere Nere.
In a situation like this where the enemy has infiltrated your house and is waging war on you, one might think I would be panicking
But I walk straight into it like I'm stepping into a quiet room.
I stop right at the entrance of the hall with my cane planted firmly in front of me.
Dante and Arianna fall into place at my sides.
I don't look at them when I speak.
"Uccidili fino all'ultimo," I say, loud enough for them to hear me over the gunfire. (Kill every last one of them.)
"Con piacere," Dante replies. (Gladly.)
Arianna's tone is softer, but no less deadly.
"Sarà un piacere." (With pleasure.)
Dante turns immediately, his voice cutting through the gunfire. "Avanti! Muovetevi!" (Come on! Move!)
