Chapter 5 - Chapter 5: The Supernatural Power of the Miniature World

Woosh—

Xia Chuan's heart suddenly trembled. He noticed a faint golden light emerging from the miniature world below. The glowing particle rose swiftly into the sky and, in the blink of an eye, merged into the depths of his consciousness.

The golden light didn't simply vanish. It blended seamlessly with his soul, expanding and transforming until it took the form of a radiant golden book.

Symbols—intricate, mysterious runes—flashed across its pages, filled with profound meaning. The book seemed to contain boundless wisdom, as though it embraced every fragment of knowledge in existence.

> "The Book of Wisdom…"

The moment he laid eyes on it, Xia Chuan instinctively understood what it was. Deep within his consciousness, he could sense its essence. This was a divine artifact—a book said to hold all knowledge and wisdom of the world, containing the power to understand everything.

Instantly, streams of information began to flow into his mind like a river of light.

---

[World Prop: Book of Wisdom]

Ability 1: Omniscience —

It can recognize and analyze all things. No matter how unfamiliar a creature, object, or phenomenon may be, this book can instantly identify and describe its nature. It also possesses mastery over every known language.

Ability 2: Divine Comprehension —

Whoever wields the book gains the comprehension of a god. Any form of knowledge—be it skill, craft, or art—can be grasped in a single attempt. Understanding one truth allows you to infer a hundred others.

Ability 3: Supreme Calculation —

The book contains an extraordinary power of divine computation. It can analyze all known information to deduce countless possible futures. The one who holds it becomes the incarnation of wisdom itself—the God of Knowledge.

---

"This…"

Xia Chuan was momentarily stunned. He could hardly believe his eyes—or his mind.

To think that he had obtained such a mysterious and powerful treasure—it was no exaggeration to call it a divine artifact.

---

"Master."

A calm, gentle voice echoed in his mind. It came directly from the Book of Wisdom. The tone was dignified yet respectful, filled with a faint divine resonance.

Evidently, the book was not a mere object—it possessed consciousness.

"You can speak?" Xia Chuan asked, both curious and wary. "What exactly are you? And what are these so-called world props?"

---

"The so-called world props," the book explained, "are treasures naturally nurtured within this miniature world. Each one holds unfathomable power—enough to bend or even break the laws that govern reality itself. They transcend the common logic of the world and represent its ultimate strength."

---

Xia Chuan listened in astonishment.

"So… even though this is a tiny world," he murmured, "the beings living in it are not ordinary at all. Their size may be small, but the power they wield is beyond imagination."

He finally understood that while the miniature humans seemed weak compared to his colossal form, the truth was far more complicated. Their civilization possessed extraordinary relics—these world props—that granted them incredible power.

It was precisely through these artifacts that even a small nation of miniature beings could become an unstoppable force, capable of rising and falling entire kingdoms.

Whoever possessed such a relic could dominate the world.

---

Xia Chuan frowned slightly, deep in thought.

"But how did you—how did this Book of Wisdom—end up inside my consciousness?"

---

The book's voice remained tranquil, like a stream of thought flowing through his mind.

"This occurred because the mortals of that world have offered me as a sacrifice to you, my Master. Through their ritual, I have merged with your soul."

"They have also accepted you as their divine being—their ancient god. By dedicating their faith to you, they have bound themselves as your devout followers. The golden lines of light you saw earlier—those are the manifestations of their faith."

---

"They actually worship me as an ancient god?"

Xia Chuan blinked, utterly speechless.

He was, after all, just an ordinary man from the planet Xuanhuangxing. He had never cultivated any supernatural power nor possessed any divine ability. The idea of being mistaken for a god was almost laughable.

Yet when he thought about it more carefully, a certain logic began to surface.

After all—what is a god?

In essence, it is a being of overwhelming power. One whose abilities far surpass ordinary life.

Compared to those miniature humans, he was such a being. To them, he was a towering giant who could flatten their world with a single gesture. How could they not regard him as a godlike existence?

---

Xia Chuan chuckled softly to himself. "So from their perspective, I really am a deity."

He imagined, for a moment, what it would be like if a gigantic being—hundreds of meters tall—suddenly appeared on Xuanhuangxing. Without a doubt, people would bow, tremble, and worship it as a divine entity.

The relationship was exactly the same here.

He wasn't truly a god, but in their eyes, he was no different from one.

---

Still, something else piqued his curiosity. "Since this miniature world can create treasures like world props, does that mean it also contains forms of extraordinary power—cultivation, magic, or abilities beyond the mundane?"

There was an unmistakable spark in his eyes.

If such supernatural forces existed, he wondered—could he possibly learn them as well? Could an ordinary person like him walk the path of transcendence, just as those miniature beings had done?

It was a tantalizing thought. Like a man from Earth dreaming of mastering true martial arts.

---

"Of course," the Book of Wisdom replied. "This world is rich in spiritual energy and cultivation techniques. Numerous paths of power exist here—warriors, sorcerers, scholars of alchemy, and more. If you study and master their methods, you too can ascend the path of transcendence. With it, not only can your strength grow, but your lifespan can also extend far beyond mortal limits."

The book paused briefly before continuing.

"The lowest rank among warriors in this world are the Bronze Warriors. They possess the strength of nine bulls and two tigers, capable of tearing through iron and shattering stone. Above them stand the Silver Warriors, who have awakened the flow of energy through a hundred vital points, allowing them to move faster than sight—striking a man down from ten paces away."

"Next are the Diamond Warriors. Their bodies are refined to the level of divine glass—impervious to blades, bullets, or poison. They can live for two centuries without aging, their vitality comparable to that of immortal beings."

---

Hearing this, Xia Chuan's heartbeat quickened. His excitement surged uncontrollably.

"If… if I could learn the cultivation methods of this world…" He clenched his fists unconsciously, his mind racing. "Wouldn't that mean I could gain the same strength as those miniature warriors?"

The thought alone filled him with awe.

Even the lowest Bronze Warrior could wield the power of nine bulls and two tigers. In his home world, that would already make him a living legend—stronger than any martial arts master or soldier.

A single punch could demolish walls. A single leap could span several stories. That kind of strength was the stuff of fantasy back on Xuanhuangxing.

---

His imagination began to run wild.

If he could bring such power back to his world, what would happen? He could reshape his destiny, rise above the mundane, and perhaps even protect those around him.

---

Meanwhile, the Book of Wisdom continued to glow faintly in his mind, radiating threads of divine light. Its pages seemed to turn on their own, filled with endless lines of golden text, as if revealing the very structure of the universe.

"Master," the book's voice whispered softly, "as long as you wish it, I can assist you in analyzing the cultivation techniques of this world, deciphering their essence, and even adapting them to your human form."

Xia Chuan inhaled sharply, a wave of anticipation surging through him.

"Really?"

"Of course," the Book replied. "After all, I am the embodiment of all knowledge and calculation. For me, no mystery is beyond reach."

---

At that moment, Xia Chuan finally realized the vast potential before him.

This miniature world was not just a curiosity or a playground—it was a treasure trove of power and wisdom. Within it lay infinite possibilities, and he now held the key.

The mortals of that realm had worshiped him as a god. In return, they had offered him their faith—and a relic that transcended worlds.

With the Book of Wisdom as his guide, perhaps he truly could become what they believed him to be.

Not merely a false god in their eyes,

but a real one.

A god who commanded both knowledge and power.
