"Little Eagle, come out too. Time for some training," he said casually.
The Wind Riding Sky Eagle emerged from the Dimensional Space with a piercing cry, spreading its vast wings.
The students watching widened their eyes in disbelief.
"Holy crap—he has three Summoned Beasts?!"
"Only Advanced-level Summoners can have three Summoned Beasts, right?"
"Damn! And they're all Warrior-Level!"
The crowd erupted in shock.
Everyone had assumed Lu Ziyou would easily win—but this sudden reveal turned the entire situation upside down.
Mu Lei inhaled sharply. With three Warrior-Level Summoned Beasts before him, he couldn't help but mutter, "Any one of those could crush me flat."
Even Lu Ziyou was stunned. "How do you have three Summoned Beasts!? Are you… an Advanced-level Summoning mage?"
That couldn't be right!
How could an Advanced-level Summoner still be in the Main Campus? He'd only just transferred from the Qing Campus!
"Beat me, and I'll tell you," Song Jie replied with the same calm tone Lu Ziyou had used earlier.
Lu Ziyou gritted his teeth. The situation was completely against him now.
His Frosty Cang Wolf was strong, even near the Great General level—but facing three Warrior-Level Summoned Beasts at once? Impossible.
Worse yet, each of Song Jie's beasts filled a specific role—
the Flame Lion, controlled by Little Black, focused on offense;
the Little Green Spirit focused on control;
and the Wind Riding Sky Eagle in the air handled support and sneak attacks.
A perfectly balanced combination.
The Frosty Cang Wolf would soon fall into a passive state.
Little Green unleashed a dense web of vines, sweeping across the arena toward the Frosty Cang Wolf.
The wolf roared, releasing a chilling burst of icy air.
The vines instantly froze solid, coated in glittering frost.
Meanwhile, the Flame Lion—still under Little Black's control—opened its jaws and spewed a torrent of fire straight at the Frosty Cang Wolf.
But the wolf refused to back down. This battlefield was its domain—where fire held no advantage.
It exhaled frigid winds that condensed into frost midair, neutralizing the oncoming flames.
In a direct clash of power, the Flame Lion's fire was no match for the Frosty Cang Wolf's ice.
But then—
The Wind Riding Sky Eagle swooped down from above, seizing its moment!
Its sharp gaze locked onto one target: the Frosty Cang Wolf.
"Trying to sneak attack?" Lu Ziyou sneered. "Don't forget—I also command another element!"
He raised his hand. "Light Blessing—Painting Wall!"
A golden barrier appeared above the Frosty Cang Wolf, just in time to intercept the eagle's talons.
The claws slammed into the glowing wall but failed to pierce through.
"Now, Frosty Cang Wolf!" Lu Ziyou shouted.
The wolf's gaze shifted sharply toward Song Jie.
Lu Ziyou's tactic was clear: take down the summoner himself.
If he dragged this battle out, he'd eventually lose. His stamina and magic would deplete, and Song Jie's beasts would overwhelm him.
That was unacceptable.
He couldn't afford to lose his title as the strongest Summoner in the Main Campus!
"Holy crap! He's going after the summoner!" someone shouted from the audience.
"Smart move! Take out the mage, and the beasts lose power!"
"Yeah, against three Warrior-Level beasts, that's his only chance!"
The spectators buzzed with excitement.
But among Song Jie's friends, no one seemed worried.
Huang Xingli was the only one who looked nervous. "Aren't you all concerned? That Summoned Beast's going to attack Song Jie!"
Mu Lei chuckled, and Ding Yumian patted her shoulder. "Relax."
Huo Yumeng grinned. "Just wait—you'll see how Song Jie turns this around."
"Ah?" Huang Xingli blinked, confused.
At that moment—
The Frosty Cang Wolf moved like a blur, dodging Little Green's vines and charging directly toward Song Jie!
Little Black wouldn't let it near.
It drove the Flame Lion's body forward, ramming toward the Frosty Cang Wolf to intercept.
But the wolf roared defiantly, encasing its body in a thick layer of ice.
Boom!
The two beasts collided violently, and the Flame Lion was sent flying across the arena!
Lu Ziyou grimaced. The sight should've thrilled him—his beast overpowering another—but instead, it stung.
That Flame Lion was his Summoned Beast!
He clenched his fists. "Damn it! These creatures are too strange!"
The Frosty Cang Wolf pressed forward relentlessly.
Above, the Wind Riding Sky Eagle dove again, furious from earlier failure.
Its wings flapped powerfully, generating twin tornadoes that tore through the battlefield, heading straight for the wolf!
The Frosty Cang Wolf didn't retreat—it charged straight into the storm.
The next moment, the tornado shattered under its strength, wind howling through the arena as shards of ice scattered everywhere.
Through the chaos, the Frosty Cang Wolf kept charging toward Song Jie.
Little Green reacted instantly. Vines shot out once more, slithering across the ground to ensnare the wolf.
The beast's cold aura spread outward, freezing everything it touched.
But Little Green refused to give up. "Ding-a-ling!" it cried, commanding more vines to surge forward, dozens of them at once!
The Frosty Cang Wolf roared and closed the distance—less than a hundred meters away from Song Jie now!
"Holy crap! I thought it was gonna hit him!"
"Just a little closer!"
"Can it break free?!"
The crowd held its breath.
Lu Ziyou smirked—his wolf still had one final trump card.
Suddenly, the Frosty Cang Wolf's entire body became encased in an even thicker layer of ice, expanding in size as its aura surged!
Its power skyrocketed!
The strengthened wolf snapped the vines apart with a single pull, then lunged toward Song Jie like a streak of white lightning.
Song Jie stood perfectly still, expression calm and eyes steady.
He smiled faintly and shook his head.
"I wasn't planning to make a move," he said softly. "But you forced me to."
