Chapter 30 - Chapter 30 Brothers

"Giorno, you can't possibly really think Narancia's telling the truth, can you?!"

"Such a joke, it can't be true, rule it out first!"

Giorno returned after finishing the call and nodded, "My biological father passed away shortly after I was born, and my mother only has one child."

"He actually called to ask!" Mista mocked, "How badly do you want a brother? Besides, I've met Johnson." Mista lifted his proud face and said, "He doesn't look like you at all!"

"Is that so." Giorno replied calmly. Bucciarati subtly glanced at Giorno, sighing involuntarily in his heart.

"Narancia, go get the cake, don't cause trouble here!" Fugo yelled at Narancia.

"What do you mean 'causing trouble'?" Narancia stood up and said angrily, "I'm doing serious analysis!"

Fugo flared up, grabbing his collar again and yelling, "I told you long ago to stop watching those melodramatic prime-time shows starring that vase Monica Bellucci!"

"Huh?! What did you say about my wife?!" Mista slammed the table and stood up.

"Nonsense! She's the wife of all men in Italy." Abbacchio retorted mockingly.

Bucciarati helplessly rubbed his forehead, watching the four of them argue furiously over a trending celebrity, then looked at the pensive Giorno, still immersed in the sorrow of 'could Joffrey be my brother.' He recalled the well-trained, ruthless, cold, and powerful Assassination Team, and suddenly felt that his path to becoming an executive was still very, very long...

The speeding SUV streaked like lightning across the straight bridge, completely disregarding the speed limit and traffic rules, drawing curses from other drivers and pedestrians.

"We'll be at the airport in half an hour. We'll hijack a plane and fly directly to Sardinia," Illuso said.

"Hmm," Prosciutto chimed in, "even so, we still need to be careful. Someone might already be waiting for us at the airport."

"Big Brother, I beg you, don't say such things…"

Johnson Joffrey watched Prosciutto start lecturing Pesci again, talking about how true gangsters must be fully prepared and establish a baseline mindset, and so on… He was still immersed in Giorno's matter. If Giorno joined Bucciarati's Team, that would be a bit troublesome. He wondered if he could pull Giorno into the Assassination Team. His strength was formidable, and perhaps he could benefit from his protagonist's halo. Alas, he wondered what Bucciarati was doing now?

In this situation, Bucciarati should be going to retrieve Polpo's fortune… right?

The true goal of the Assassination Team was to replace the boss in controlling Italy. They found Bucciarati and Giorno's idea of abandoning white powder very difficult to accept.

Johnson Joffrey carefully considered what he should do next. He looked at Ghiaccio and Melone, who were leaning against each other, sound asleep; Prosciutto, who was lecturing Pesci; Illuso, who was observing enemies with a mirror; Formaggio, the experienced driver; and Risotto, the avenger with resolute eyes.

Logically, Bucciarati's Team and the Assassination Team had no opportunity for cooperation, but in reality, it wasn't entirely impossible. Giorno and Bucciarati were not saints, and to control a gang, white powder could not possibly be completely cut off.

A naive manager could not become a revered Godfather.

Similarly, Ghiaccio's foolish idea of selling white powder out of Italy to make it the world's white powder hub, and his great dream of getting rich through white powder, was also impossible to achieve.

Risotto wasn't stupid either; everything needed to have a limit.

If I could mediate between them and make them cooperate, that would be great.

As things developed to this extent, Johnson Joffrey also had to start taking Bucciarati's Team seriously. Originally, he hadn't even thought about them, because ever since Johnson came to this world, the world line had already shifted.

He had stolen Polpo's arrow. Logically, Mista shouldn't have become a Stand User, but by a one-in-ten-thousand coincidence, the two of them met in the same sewer. Under almost impossible circumstances, the arrow tip fell out and scratched Mista, making Mista a Stand User.

This kind of coincidence even started to scare Johnson. Could so-called fate and gods truly exist, constantly adjusting the world?

If such a coincidence occurred, then Mista joined Bucciarati's Team, and Giorno, who should have officially awakened Gold Experience a year later, awakened early under Ghiaccio's 'White Album' attack.

It was entirely possible for Bucciarati's Team to be restarted to take out the Assassination Team.

And my villain system is really troublesome. However, Mista was not affected, which is very strange. Perhaps he was affected but in a way that was beneficial to me. The only skill granted by this villain system is used passively; I don't even know when it's used.

However, the fact that Mista might not have been affected or was affected in a way beneficial to Johnson gave Johnson a huge revelation.

He slapped his head hard, thinking he was too concerned with this so-called system. The system was the reason for his transmigration. At the same time, although the system was called a villain system, it didn't assign any tasks like murder or arson that he had to complete or die if he failed. Nor did it mention any rewards to make him stronger. It only blurted out a 'Completion Rate' after he did something that met the system's requirements.

From transmigrating until now, doing various exercises, obtaining a Stand, developing Stand Ability, defeating Tang En and Polpo—these were all my own abilities!

I don't go around doing bad things, so why should I lack confidence because of the vague so-called charm given by the villain system?

I am essentially an ordinary person!

Can you see my beautiful soul through my ugly exterior? G-I-O-R-N-O! I am your Big Brother!

It is not entirely impossible for Bucciarati's Team and the Assassination Team to take a step back and work together to kill Diavolo.

The key lies in how to handle white powder. The Assassination Team, to put it plainly, wants money and status. If they become the leaders of PASSIONE, will they still worry about not having money?

"We've arrived," Formaggio said, slamming on the brakes. Ghiaccio lunged forward, about to curse.

"I hope we don't run into enemies again."

"Big Brother, stop talking…"

"Which plane should we hijack?" Melone said with a smile, making an OK gesture with his right hand, looking for an unlucky plane through the circle formed by his index finger and thumb.

No, hijacking is too high-profile and could easily harm innocents. Our goal is only to kill the Boss, not to implicate too many innocent people." Risotto said, "We'll get a private jet."

"Oh? A private jet!" Pesci exclaimed in surprise, "That's so expensive!"

Prosciutto frowned and tapped Pesci's head, making a crisp sound. "Pesci! Have you ever seen a gang pay for a plane ticket?!"

Three more updates to come.
