I'm so excited," said Elizabeth.
"Huh?"
"What is a fae angel going to look like?"
"Like a large tailless pixie."
Layla laughed, "You think they will grow butterfly wings?"
"Do you?"
"I don't know."
They came to Mary's well where Sara and Mary were waiting.
Mary's well was a different type of fountain, a small tree grew there dropping small precipitation off it leaving racing on the well. It had changed since the last time Kurt had seen it.
Mary's well location wasn't exactly hidden. There was a smaller hedge maze. But her power of changing and moving plants made getting to the center of it difficult without some magic. Or Mar's permission. Or in Kurt and Layla's case their full saturation of the well.
Kurt had made the well, or the fountain, the pump as Layla often referred to it.
"Strange place," said Elizabeth.
"So how does this work?" said Sara.
"They are going to transform you into an angel."
"Transform?"
"Remake your body into a living temple."
"Say what now?"
