"So what do you propose we do with these star regions?" Han Jue asked with genuine interest.
"These star regions should serve as Earth's core territories," Luo Hua explained, leaning forward with the enthusiasm of someone who'd clearly been thinking about this extensively. "After all, Earthlings have a gestation period of only about ten months. Even with our improved bloodlines, that's barely extended, maybe a year at most."
He paused to let that sink in before continuing. "Within that timeframe, unless the pregnancy happens close to Earth, even common C or D-grade spaceships couldn't make the journey back in time. Therefore, I believe these dozens of star regions should function as Earth's core territory. Only Earthlings residing within these core boundaries would qualify for birthing rights on Earth."
"Core territory?" Han Jue murmured thoughtfully, his six eyes narrowing in consideration.
Luo Hua's suggestion essentially transformed these star regions into massive maternity wards. Previously, prospective parents had to first win the lottery and secure qualification before even attempting pregnancy. Now, they could conceive in advance and simply return to Earth when delivery approached.
This would dramatically accelerate Earthling reproduction and cut waiting times significantly.
With humanity's evolved bloodlines, newborns no longer required the intensive protection and delicate care of the past. Pregnant women didn't need postpartum recovery periods either, they could give birth within minutes and board a departing spaceship immediately afterward.
The old lottery and queuing system had severely bottlenecked this process.
"Alright, arrange for people to implement this system on a trial basis," Han Jue said with a decisive nod.
He'd never been particularly skilled at managing organizational development, preferring to delegate such matters to competent subordinates. After all, this was a universe where individual strength reigned supreme, as long as he didn't fall, nothing would spiral beyond his control.
"No problem, Brother Ce!" Luo Hua exclaimed, barely containing his excitement.
Control over dozens of star regions had just fallen into his hands, temporarily, at least!
"Do any of you have other opinions?" Han Jue surveyed the crowd below. Only Luo Hua had spoken up so far, which displeased him.
"Star Sea King..." Jia Yi began tentatively before Han Jue interrupted with a raised hand.
"That's what outsiders call me. We're all family here, just call me Han Jue."
"Understood, Han Jue," Jia Yi nodded respectfully before continuing. "I'd like to secure a star system for the Chinese people to establish a cultural sanctuary, a living museum and sacred ground for cultivating mental states in reality, capable of nurturing geniuses with diverse mental foundations while preserving Chinese civilization for posterity!"
The three levels of mental state cultivation were considered equal in importance.
While the Virtual Universe could simulate reality perfectly, some enlightenments could only be achieved through genuine, physical experience. Jia Yi wanted to create exactly such a place in the real world.
"Approved. The majority of Earthlings are Chinese, so your request is reasonable," Han Jue said, his expression thoughtful. "Forget star systems, I'm entrusting you with the entire Black Dragon Mountain Star Region. I expect the probability of mental state geniuses emerging from Earth to increase substantially in the future."
"Yes! I won't fail this mission!" Jia Yi declared solemnly, placing his fist over his heart.
With accumulated resources over the millennia, Jia Yi had reached the World Master level and assumed leadership of the Chinese faction. Though his talent wasn't the strongest among his generation, his sense of responsibility and trustworthiness were unmatched, making him the ideal choice for this role.
With Jia Yi and Luo Hua setting the precedent, the rest of the meeting proceeded smoothly.
One by one, the others presented their proposals for contributions and their desired resources. Han Jue approved each request, as long as it benefited Earth's lineage and demonstrated realistic potential rather than pipe dreams. The combined value of these scattered allocations didn't even equal a single priceless treasure anyway.
The Earth lineage would flourish and expand based on these dozens of star regions!
As for the Six-Eyes bloodline, they weren't destined to remain confined to Earth forever. Earth would serve as their sacred birthing ground, nothing more.
"Lord Star Sea King, should we establish a mid-level civilization nation using these star regions as our foundation?" the Black Dragon Mountain Emperor suggested cautiously.
Han Jue pondered the proposal for a moment before nodding decisively.
"Yes. Let's call it the Earth Holy Land. It's time for Earth's name to echo throughout the universe."
With Earthlings spreading across the cosmos, Earth's existence was no longer a secret anyway. Only the Six-Eyes bloodline remained hidden in the shadows, thriving in places undetectable by other races.
"Grandpa!"
This marked the first time Han Jue had met the twins, a boy and a girl born to Han Huan and Han Xi, in person rather than through the Virtual Universe.
Their names were Han Yanzhi and Han Hongyun.
Both had inherited Han Xi's lively, cheerful personality along with traces of Han Jue's own temperament. Their father Han Huan's quiet, aloof nature seemed to have skipped them entirely, making him the anomaly in the family.
"Hey there!" Han Jue smiled warmly, scooping both children into his arms.
Both had reached the peak of World Master level. Though they hadn't ventured to the extraterritorial battlefields yet, they already possessed formidable strength, at least equivalent to World Master Generals, and were currently focused on continuing the Six-Eyes bloodline on Earth.
Thanks to their prolific efforts, there were now thirteen fourth-generation members of the Six-Eyes bloodline!
Among them, the three eldest had reached World Master level, five had achieved Universe level, and five remained at Stellar level.
The Stellar-level children were currently circling around Han Jue with boundless energy.
"Grandpa, how long will you stay on Earth this time?" Han Yanzhi asked curiously, his six eyes sparkling with hope.
They rarely saw their elusive grandfather in person and wanted to maximize whatever time they could get.
While playing with the little ones, Han Jue replied, "Probably not too long in cosmic terms, but I'll be here for at least a thousand years."
"A thousand years?" The twins exchanged glances.
Not bad at all.
"Little Ce!" Han Hesheng called out as he approached, having finally found time to break away from other matters. Han Hechang walked beside him.
Both men, thanks to accumulated resources over the millennia, now stood just one step away from immortality!
Han Hechang had apparently encountered some fortuitous opportunity during his adventures in the universe, gaining recognition from the Water Origin Law. He was extremely close to breaking through.
"Dad, Uncle!" Han Jue greeted them with a genuine smile.
"Here, these are precious treasures I've prepared for both of you!"
Han Jue distributed numerous treasures for self-defense to both Han Hesheng and Han Hechang, focusing primarily on soul-type protective items.
As for other Six-Eyes bloodline members, any who reached World Master level and wanted to explore the outer battlefields or secret realms would also receive a precious treasure for protection from Han Jue.
The matters on Earth were essentially settled.
Next, Han Jue began his secluded cultivation of the Ice Peak Nine Hells Body.
A thousand years passed in what felt like an instant!
At this moment, Luo Feng finally succeeded in recognizing the Star Tower as his master!
Faced with an overwhelming barrage of emails flooding his inbox, Luo Feng prioritized replies to messages from the Primal Chaos City Leader and King Zhenyan first, then carefully responded to communications from his family and Han Jue, reporting his safety to each one by one.
Han Jue, who had been cultivating on Earth, opened his eyes.
"Luo Feng is back?"
