Chapter 143 - Chapter 144: Total Domination

Rainbow Mountain rose from the battlefield like an enormous cone, its prismatic surface refracting light across thousands of kilometers. The treasure gestating within its core had drawn nearly a thousand Immortal Kings from across the extraterrestrial battlefield, all of them hungry for the prize about to emerge.

The treasure itself was a longsword.

Not just any blade, but a top-tier melee weapon: the Seven-Colored Rainbow Light Sword.

Every King who laid eyes upon the partially revealed weapon shared the same burning thought: they must obtain it.

The sword-wielding Kings felt this desire most acutely. Many rational lower-level Kings, however, understood the grim reality, this was no longer a battlefield they could survive. Top-tier melee weapons attracted peak-level Kings, limit Kings, and potentially even invincible Kings. Once the battle erupted, these hundreds of high-level and peak Kings would show no mercy to anyone standing in their path.

Although half of the Seven-Colored Rainbow Light Sword had already emerged from Rainbow Mountain's surface, full manifestation would take additional time. This waiting period served two purposes: it allowed newly notified Kings to arrive, and it gave lower-level Kings who recognized their inadequacy time to retreat while they still could.

When the battle finally began, survival would become nearly impossible for anyone below peak King level.

Far from Rainbow Mountain, inside a sleek black F9-class spaceship, four figures discussed the unfolding situation.

"Our human race doesn't have any peak-level Kings present this time," Hong said slowly, his expression grave. "Only about a dozen high-level Kings. I'm afraid we can't compete with the other factions for this treasure."

Han Huan shook his head slightly. "We can't intervene in this battlefield." He possessed a top-tier melee weapon himself, also a longsword. He understood intimately how desperately powerful cultivators valued superior weaponry, which meant he also understood how viciously those Kings would fight for the Seven-Colored Rainbow Light Sword.

"The Hong Alliance has some peak-level Kings en route," Lei Shen added, his fingers drumming against the armrest. "Nearly a thousand Kings have already gathered around Rainbow Mountain. That treasure is about to fully emerge."

"Hmm?" Han Xi's attention suddenly shifted, her gaze focusing on something outside the spaceship. "A peak-level Marquis from the Monster Race? Why would one dare approach Rainbow Mountain at a time like this?"

It was a Mosquito Demon Deer, not a high-ranking member of the Monster Race hierarchy. Reaching peak Marquis level would have required extraordinary effort for such a creature. The being hadn't appeared around Rainbow Mountain before, and none of the four had ever heard of it. Yet it charged straight toward the mountain with complete disregard for the assembled Kings, as if fleeing from pursuit or supremely confident in its strength.

Hong frowned deeply. "Be careful. It might be a trap."

The confidence was suspicious. Anyone observing the Mosquito Demon Deer's direct charge toward Rainbow Mountain would assume it was being chased, completely ignoring everyone and everything in its path. Hong suspected this was actually a peak-level King in disguise.

Some powerful Kings possessed peculiar personalities, using special treasures to disguise themselves as weaklings. This "playing weak to ambush the strong" tactic occurred frequently on the extraterrestrial battlefield.

"Hmm?"

Not long after the Mosquito Demon Deer passed, a small white boat traversed the void, teleporting repeatedly in pursuit. The sight caused both Han Huan and Han Xi aboard the spaceship to pause.

"That aura just now..." Han Xi hesitated. "It seemed like Father?"

"Han Jue?" Hong looked startled. "Isn't he still in Primal Chaos City? Why would he be on the extraterrestrial battlefield?"

"Let's just ask him," Lei Shen suggested. Within the Virtual Universe, he initiated a video call with Han Jue and saw him standing in Primal Chaos City.

Han Jue appeared puzzled. "Master Lei, what's the matter?"

"Are you on the extraterrestrial battlefield?" Lei Shen asked bluntly.

"Me? Of course I'm still in Primal Chaos City," Han Jue replied with a laugh.

"Really?" Lei Shen's doubt was evident in his voice. "A top-tier melee treasure has appeared at Rainbow Mountain, a longsword. If you're actually there, you should try to obtain it. Don't let the alien races claim it."

"A longsword treasure?" Interest flickered through Han Jue's eyes, though he maintained his facade.

"Unfortunately, I'm not on the extraterrestrial battlefield," Han Jue sighed with convincing regret.

"You're really not there?" Lei Shen pressed.

Han Jue shifted the view to show the scenery of Primal Chaos City behind him, the distinctive architecture and misty chaos energy clearly visible.

"Alright." Lei Shen terminated the communication and looked at the three people inside the spaceship.

"That was definitely Han Jue just now," Lei Shen said with absolute certainty. "It seems he's already obtained an avatar."

Rainbow Mountain shattered!

The thousands of Kings surrounding the mountain instantly erupted into battle!

"Mine!"

One of the peak-level Kings, a demon race warrior with massive wings, proved fastest and snatched the seven-colored rainbow light sword. His moment of triumph lasted mere seconds before dozens of high-level Kings simultaneously struck him down, sending him plummeting from the sky.

"Fool!" A peak-level Immortal King from the Machine Race sneered. Tens of thousands of mechanical puppets materialized around him, dozens of them comparable to Immortal Kings in power, more than sufficient to surround and eliminate an ordinary peak-level King.

The battlefield descended into absolute chaos as Kings from the four major camps unleashed their full power.

Among them, the human camp appeared most desperate.

"Blackwater King, your Hong Alliance only brought one peak-level King this time, and you still think you can compete with us?" A peak-level King from the Monster Clan mocked. "My Monster Clan Alliance's Longdu King is already en route."

Blackwater King's expression darkened. More than ten peak-level Kings already fought on the battlefield, with only one representing the Hong Alliance. The Monster Clan had deployed five peak-level Kings. And now Longdu King was coming as well?

Longdu King stood at the absolute limit of King-level power!

On the Lotus Continent, few dared to provoke him. His methods were the most ruthless, anyone tainted by his poison had to abandon that portion of their divine body, or the corruption would spread until their entire divine body collapsed.

"Besides Longdu King, the other two factions will each have two more peak-level Kings arriving to compete for this Seven-Colored Rainbow Light Sword," the Monster Clan King continued with evident satisfaction. "If nothing unexpected happens, this treasure will fall into the hands of one of those three."

Three limit-level Kings.

Blackwater King took a deep breath, forcing himself to think clearly. The experts of the Hong Alliance were all stationed on the Lotus Continent, where different treasures had also appeared. Unlike those at Rainbow Mountain, the Lotus Continent treasures' emergence had been concealed. The powerful human Kings of the Hong Alliance had hidden the news to prevent alien races from discovering it, which explained why only a peak King had come to Rainbow Mountain to observe.

What should he do? Should he abandon the competition entirely?

Just as these thoughts cycled through Blackwater King's mind, a small white boat quietly materialized above Rainbow Mountain.

"The secret technique to match this Ice Erosion Longbow has finally been perfected," a voice murmured from within the Crimson Light Boat.

Han Jue's consciousness expanded outward, taking in the chaotic battlefield below. "It seems I still need to acquire a longsword-type weapon. This Ice Erosion Longbow isn't truly suitable for my combat style. Hmm... this Seven-Colored Rainbow Light Sword looks quite excellent."

With a thought, he dismissed the Crimson Light Boat and emerged into the open void.

Relying on his [Starflow] innate talent, Han Jue contracted his Water Giant form to one-hundredth its maximum size. Even at this reduced scale, he remained quite conspicuous, a massive water-based being hovering above the battlefield.

"Which faction do you represent?" Unable to sense Han Jue's specific cultivation level, a peak King from the Monster Race called out cautiously.

Han Jue ignored the question entirely.

His world projection unfolded, merging seamlessly with the Flame Pool Domain to blanket the surrounding area. The Water-Void Holy Flame ignited throughout the combined domain, attacking indiscriminately, every King present became a target.

Then, Han Jue released all restrictions on his form.

The Water Giant body transformed, reverting to its natural water sphere state. Simultaneously, he activated [Starflow] to its absolute limit, expanding ten thousand times his current size.

The massive water sphere descended upon Rainbow Mountain and the battlefield surrounding it, its sheer scale dwarfing mountains and spanning tens of thousands of kilometers.

Han Jue suppressed the entire battlefield.
