Even though Kenji's Arbok was part Dragon, Dragon moves were still resisted by Steel.

The moment Magnezone appeared, Xu Fei shouted the command.
The large central eye of Magnezone glowed blue. A special electromagnetic wave pulsed outward, scanning the surroundings.

A strange sound echoed. A red target reticle appeared in Magnezone's vision.
It was locked onto Arbok.

A terrifying explosion erupted. The Zap Cannon landed, lighting up the entire arena with blinding electricity. The shockwave instantly vaporized and blew away the surrounding black mist.
Although the mist wasn't fully cleared from the edges, the area where the Zap Cannon hit was completely exposed.

When the dust settled, a large crater was revealed in the ground.
