Luke's expression changed. He, too, could feel the terrifying power of this move and immediately commanded it.
But the Jolteon, having received the order, didn't move a muscle. It just glanced at the surrounding pool with a look of disgust.

"No, I mean, your Gyarados's strength is improving way too fast! How are you training it, Kenji? Share some of your secrets, man!" Goro asked in a sycophantic tone.
