Hi my eternal shadow, I hope you are doing fine, today I traveled through a crystal dessert in search of you, the dessert was made out of colorful sharp crystal bits and very long.
It was way too fucking hot but I kept pushing, I promised I would find you after all. The heat wasn't the worst of it tho, the worst was the gigantic worm and scorpion like creatures hiding beneath the sand, one would have been fine, but having hundreds of them ambush me from beneath the sand was quite annoying. Don't worry tho, I am fine, I can't say the same for them tho, their meat tasted quite good so that was nice, too bad I couldn't have shared it with you, I am sure you would have liked it.
I continued searching the dessert until I found a gigantic crystal pyramid reaching up all the way to the clouds. The pyramid looked quite beautiful with water flowing frow its stones and flowers growing from its cracks, it stood in stark contrast with the bare dessert surrounding it. Its crystal stones playing beautiful games with the light.
Knowing you always enjoy hiding in dark shadowy places I decided to search the pyramid for you, I saw some gigantic crystal guardians at the entrance, they were relatively easy to deal with, just burn and melt them. Once I entered I realized that the inside wasn't dark at all, since the pyramid was made out of crystal it allowed light to enter, this made it have almost no darkness or shadows, so I dipped.
It was quite beautiful inside tho, filled with life, it was like a jungle inside of it, with beautiful, colorful refracted light entering from the roof, it was like stained glass from cathedrals, it was beautiful. And the creatures inside were also quite interesting, they appeared to have been fused with the crystal, forming a symbiotic relationship, the animals would go towards the light charging the crystal, and the crystals in turn gave energy to the animals. There were quite a lot of them, some were colorful birds with crystals in it wings, some were snakes with crystals in it heads, and a lot more, but I don't want to bore you with the details. I would have liked to observe them for a bit longer but I missed you so I left and went on with my search for you.
