Chapter 4 - Chapter 3

Uttering her dissatisfaction with a sigh, Yukari declared that Akira was "not fun," the comment slicing through the atmosphere she had just manufactured. To punctuate her boredom, she casually tore open the fabric of reality.

The resulting rift revealed the contents of the second through tenth rooms—a drab catalogue of the weakest enemies imaginable from various fantasy genres. The line-up of cannon fodder included a Moss Ball, a Rabbit, a Chicken, a Boar, a Wolf, a Ghoul, a Skeleton, a Kobold, and finally, a Goblin.

Muttering about how painfully unoriginal the spectacle was, Yukari turned her attention to the only thing left that could entertain her: teasing Akira.

Upon reviewing the list of weak monsters, Akira didn't hesitate. He simply turned and headed for the passage. Armed with the unexpected intel, he proceeded to clear the trial flawlessly, his movements efficient and precise.

All the while, he managed to completely ignore the sultry and flirty teases that Yukari showered upon him. She tried every angle, yet none of her playful provocations broke his concentration.

By the time he finished the trial, Akira's backpack was bulging, filled to the brim with the spoils harvested from the various generic monsters he had effortlessly dispatched. His focus on the task had yielded a physical reward, a quiet testament to his pragmatism over entertainment.

The moment the trial ended, a flash of light enveloped them, and Akira and Yukari were instantly teleported back to Akira's bedroom.

Yukari's delicate features immediately contorted into a look of disdain as her eyes swept over the room. It was painfully mediocre—lacking in style, opulence, or any of the vibrant drama she preferred.

Unbothered by her silent criticism, Akira simply turned away. His attention was solely focused on the task at hand: methodically sorting out the spoils he had accumulated in his backpack.

Akira meticulously sorted through his haul: separating the monster materials, stacking the neat piles of ability cards, and gathering the precious summoning tickets.

When he was done, he finally fixing his gaze on Yukari. A quiet, knowing smile played on his lips.

"If my meager dwelling is truly so inadequate for a being of your stature to stay in," Akira said, his tone perfectly even, "then why haven't you upheld your end of our agreement?"

He let the question hang in the air, then narrowed his eyes slightly. "Surely you haven't forgotten the rather... enticing promise you made to me?"

Yukari's look of disdain faltered, replaced by a flicker of annoyance. To be branded a liar was an insult to her that she simply could not tolerate. A promise, however carelessly made, was a matter of pride.

With an exaggerated, dramatic sigh, she abandoned her criticism of the room. A flirty, almost predatory smile spread across her face, transforming her demeanor entirely.

"Very well, Akira," she purred, leaning in until her voice was a breathy whisper. "Since you insist on holding a goddess to her word..." She trailed off, her eyes glittering with mischief. "Tell me, is your poor, fragile mentality truly ready for what I'm about to do?"

Akira's reply was simple, utterly devoid of fear: "Bring it on."

This was the answer Yukari had waited for. Her flirty smile deepened into something far more ancient and terrifying, and she moved to fulfill her promise, revealing exactly why she was known as the one who reigns over the Boundary. Her words were never just empty air; her commitment was absolute.

With a snap of her fingers, the ordinary bedroom vanished. She didn't just show him a glimpse of power—she granted Akira omniscience, tearing away the veil of reality to reveal the gaps between worlds.

Then, she truly delivered. With a sweep of her hand, she forged a perfect domain built upon pure desire. In this infinitely expanding space, every fictional girl—from every anime, video game, and novel—was made real.

The fundamental rules of their existence, their loyalty, their deepest love, and their entire dedicated lives were suddenly, completely, focused only on Akira.

As the dizzying, impossible reality settled around him, Yukari leaned close once more, her sultry tone cutting through the noise of infinite possibilities.

"I've given you everything your heart desires, and the universe to contain it," she challenged, her eyes burning with an expectation that transcended mere flirtation. "Now, tell me, when will you truly claim my body and soul?"

Akira was momentarily stunned. The sheer scope of the new world Yukari had instantly created—an infinite domain dedicated solely to him—was overwhelming. He was the center of a cosmos of wish fulfillment, a dizzying paradise.

Yukari's challenge, however, finally made him hesitate. He looked at her small, petite form, a stark contrast to the power she commanded. Claiming her felt like crossing a line; her appearance made the thought of "claiming" her body a direct route to a jail vacation in the real world.

Yet, the power coursing through his own body—a power he hadn't possessed moments before—felt undeniably real and distinct.

Suddenly, a soft light emanated from his pocket. A figure materialized from the glow: Kurumi, who offered him a warm, sweet smile.

Seeing the new arrival, Yukari clapped her hands together, her eyes gleaming with satisfaction. "And there she is! It seems," she chirped, throwing a victorious glance at Akira, "Did everything is going exactly according to your plan?"

A genuine smile stretched across Akira's face. "As expected of the one who controls the Boundary," he said, his voice calm amidst the chaos of his new realm. "You truly can see what's on my mind."

With a sudden, decisive movement, he pulled Yukari into a tight hug. Her small, petite body tensed instantly, her expression changing from triumphant mischief to genuine fluster.

He then looked at the sweetly smiling Kurumi. "It's not just her," Akira explained, his gaze sweeping over the infinite women in his newly-created domain. "There are countless people who would instantly become a liability to my real life after being 'called' into existence."

Akira then revealed the complete truth behind his actions to a wide-eyed, crimson-faced Yukari. "The moment I miraculously acquired your card, my plan was always to utilize your power to solve that problem. Getting you as my dedicated wife is simply an overwhelming, unexpected bonus."

Yukari's face turned a deep crimson. Despite her mastery over reality and her ancient age, the truth of the matter was that she was still pure, and her confident, flirty behavior was, in fact, nothing more than a carefully crafted act.
