Chapter 107 - Chapter 107 I accept your will!

"Hello, Magic Council, please stop."

A guard, fully clad in silver-white armor, stepped forward, politely waved a hand to signal no entry, and spoke calmly.

"May I ask if there's anything you need assistance with?" the guard asked courteously.

Ezreal stopped, smiled, and said to the guard, "Please inform them that I'm here to collect the full bounty for the Skull Gang."

"For bounties, please go to… hmm? The full bounty?" The guard had initially pointed in a direction, but his finger had barely lifted before he abruptly turned back to look at Ezreal.

Meanwhile, another guard who had been standing still behind him walked up. His body was covered in armor, and only a pair of weathered eyes could be seen through the helmet's slit, along with a deep, elderly voice.

"You mean, the entire Skull Gang?"

Ezreal snapped his left hand, and a bright white light flashed from his fingertip, a photograph appearing in his hand.

"That's right, the Skull Gang, all of them," Ezreal said with a smile, handing the photo to the visibly older guard.

"Light Magic," the guard said, taking the photo and looking down at it.

In the photo, in a dark forest, more than thirty corpses were neatly arranged, dark red blood flowed across the grass, and in the distance, the Skull Gang's ancient castle was visible.

The hand holding the photo visibly trembled, and then he looked up, giving the smiling, gentle, blond young man a deep look before immediately turning and leaving.

"Please wait a moment, I will go inform them."

Ezreal smiled and nodded.

Not long after, a very spirited young man in white clothes hurried out of the office building.

When this young man saw Ezreal, his eyes showed a hint of surprise, but he quickly composed himself, walked quickly to Ezreal's side, and first bowed.

"Hello, I am Wadasi."

"Hello," Ezreal replied with a smile.

"Please follow me, Chairman Kate is waiting for you," the young man said politely, bowing slightly to Ezreal, then led Ezreal directly to the office building.

Once inside the office building, the young man named Wadasi couldn't help but frequently glance sideways at Ezreal.

Although he was very restrained and subtle, Ezreal was sensitive to gazes.

Wadasi's actions were very much like a high school boy secretly admiring a female classmate, timid yet unable to resist taking another look.

"Is there something you want to ask?" Ezreal was amused by the young man's glances.

"Forgive my presumption, but you seem like a very gentle person," Wadasi said, realizing his peeking had been discovered, and awkwardly scratched his head.

"My personality is indeed quite good, but that doesn't affect my dislike for Dark Guilds, does it?" Ezreal said with a smile.

"But you look very young, even younger than me," Wadasi said.

"Our distance from evil does not change with age. If there is warmth, let there be light," Ezreal raised his left hand, and a soft, bright white light appeared between his five fingers, then successively extinguished.

Wadasi was stunned for a moment, then nodded, "You are right."

"I truly wish there were more gentle and powerful people like you."

As they spoke, the two arrived in front of a spacious office, and Wadasi gently knocked on the door.

"Come in," a steady voice came from inside.

Wadasi opened the door and gestured for Ezreal to enter first.

Inside the office, Chairman Kate was sitting behind a large desk. He looked to be in his forties, with a serious face and intelligent eyes.

"You are the one who destroyed the Skull Gang?" Chairman Kate looked up at Ezreal and asked.

Ezreal smiled and nodded, "Precisely, hello, Chairman."

Chairman Kate stood up and walked over to Ezreal, sizing him up and down. "I never expected that such a young man like you could single-handedly eliminate the entire Skull Gang."

Ezreal said, "Chairman, you flatter me. I merely did what I should."

"Your name?" Chairman Kate asked.

"Ezreal."

Chairman Kate sat back in his chair and pointed to the seat opposite him, "Sit down and tell me the details of this situation."

Ezreal sat as instructed and began to recount the battle.

"The Skull Gang has committed many evils and should have been eradicated long ago. However, their movements were secretive, and our people, after tracking them several times, still lost them. I never expected that these gutter rats would be dealt with by you alone," Chairman Kate said after listening, a look of admiration in his eyes.

"Truly a young hero; I can't deny my age anymore."

Ezreal smiled modestly, "It was also good luck, coupled with thorough preparation."

Chairman Kate frowned slightly, "However, Kasha, the leader of the Skull Gang, is not an easy opponent. The fact that you could also deal with her means your strength is not to be underestimated."

Ezreal replied, "She was indeed very strong, but evil cannot overcome righteousness. I also had to give my all to have a chance to defeat her."

Well, even though he was watching from the sidelines, the Shadow Worgens certainly gave their all.

What can he say, he's a Summoner! If his Summoned Beasts gave their all, it means he gave his all!

"Forgive my bluntness, but my memory is quite good, and in my impression, there isn't such a young and powerful Mage in the Fiore Kingdom. Would you mind telling me your background?" Chairman Kate looked directly at Ezreal, his eyes calm and gentle.

Ezreal raised his right hand, revealing the white Fairy Tail emblem on the back of his hand. He showed the emblem to the other party, "I am from Fairy Tail."

Chairman Kate glanced at the emblem, then looked up at Ezreal again. The gentleness in his eyes faded quite a bit, and he rubbed his hair, looking a little troubled.

"Fairy Tail, huh? No wonder you, at such a young age, could single-handedly eliminate the Skull Gang."

As soon as Ezreal saw the slight change in the other party's expression, he immediately understood that the Chairman must have heard about the Fairy Tail Guild's previous bad reputation, and thus his impression of Ezreal had also slightly worsened.

However, Ezreal was not worried; he had a plan for redemption.

After all, he still had to deal with Dark Guilds later, and maintaining good relations with the Council was necessary. Plus, it could also help turn around Fairy Tail's public image.

"I know Fairy Tail has a bad reputation, but in the second half of this year, the Chairman has already been rectifying the internal atmosphere," Ezreal looked at Chairman Kate very seriously.

"The young people in our Guild do indeed often cause some trouble. The Chairman has suggested that we channel our excess energy into fighting against Dark Guilds."

"I strongly agree with the Chairman's philosophy, and personally, I have a deep hatred for evil! I will not allow evil to exist in my sight."

"Not just the Skull Gang, but other Dark Guilds, and even the Balam Alliance, one day, my companions and I, bearing the name of Fairy Tail, will eliminate all evil!" Every word Ezreal spoke was resounding and powerful.

His eyes lit up with white light, and Light Magic power surged around him, making his short, spiky blond hair stand slightly on end.

His previously gentle aura suddenly changed, and the surging battle intent made him look like a divine statue.

Chairman Kate was stunned, his eyes fixed on Ezreal without blinking. He was absolutely certain that this young man's attitude towards Dark Guilds was terrifyingly resolute!

His strong will to eradicate evil was even more intense than that of several main proponents he knew within the Magic Council.

"This aura, is it Light Magic?" Chairman Kate's eyes were slightly dazed. This blond young man in front of him was terrifyingly righteous!

How many years had it been? His dormant passion seemed to be reignited at this moment!

"I acknowledge your will! Go forth and do it!" Chairman Kate slammed his hand on the table, his eyes sparkling with excitement.
