Chapter 3 - The Girl Who Lived Among Sunlight and Silk

While Tabu's mornings were filled with discipline, cartoons, and daydreams of heroism, Sita's world glittered in a very different way.

Every day, her mother drove her to a american Kindergarten in a sleek car, and Sita never entered quietly. "Mama! I don't want to go! The teachers are mean! I want to stay home!" she cried, small fists pounding against the door, her voice a mix of frustration and theatrics.

Her expensive dresses sparkled just enough to draw attention, and not all of it was friendly. Some children were intimidated, some jealous, and others simply didn't know how to approach her.

Kindergarten, then, was both a challenge and a lesson. She tried again and again to make friends, and sometimes succeeded. A few girls whispered secrets and held hands with her, but she often felt like an outsider in her own class. Yet Sita never gave up. She was bold, determined, and convinced that friendship could be earned through persistence and charm.

Even in her life of wealth, toys, and servants, Alya craved connection — someone to understand her, laugh with her, or challenge her. Her days were a delicate balance of structured lessons, playful adventures at home, and quiet companionship with her cat, Tabu.
