Chapter 293 - Three Years of Development

Six months later, Luo Chen and the girls finished their world tour and returned to the Zhenhai Star Hub.

Hancock, Yamato, Kalifa, and the others departed one after another. Nami, taking Nojiko with her, also returned to her residence. Luo Chen, however, accompanied Robin toward the Tianyun Pavilion.

On the way, he revealed information about the Naruto world to Robin.

"Recently, my strength has improved. In the depths of the fractured multi-layered space, I discovered a brand-new world."

Having said that, Luo Chen looked at Robin with a slight smile. As expected, she stopped in her tracks, her face filled with astonishment.

"A new... world?!" Robin's beautiful eyes were full of shock.

"Yes, a new world," Luo Chen nodded in confirmation. He explained, "That world is quite interesting. Ninjutsu is prevalent there, and there is no shortage of powerful ninjas who can rival the Four Emperors and Admirals."

According to Luo Chen's estimation, experts at the Admiral/Emperor level were roughly equivalent to the "Beyond Kage" strength of people like Hashirama Senju and Madara Uchiha in Naruto. As for the "Six Paths" level above Beyond Kage—such as Madara Uchiha in his Rinnegan form or Kaguya Otsutsuki—they could completely crush Admirals and Four Emperors.

The shock on Robin's face grew even more apparent. A brand-new world with top-tier powerhouses no weaker than an Admiral or Emperor? Her eyes flickered with uncertainty as she asked seriously, "Did the experts of that world discover you? Will they pose any threat to us?"

Having just dealt with Imu and the Dark God, they had finally enjoyed a year of peace. At such a time, a completely unknown otherworldly realm had suddenly emerged. It was only natural for Robin to feel some concern.

Seeing this, Luo Chen comforted her, "Rest assured, we are safe." He smiled, "For now, let's call it the Shinobi World. So far, I haven't found any threatening powerhouses."

Half a year had passed, and Luo Chen's Taijutsu had broken through to LV16. His strength had taken another massive leap forward. One could say that by relying solely on his physical body, he could now deal with experts of the Dark God's caliber.

Within the world of One Piece, the Dark God and Joy Boy were the ceiling of combat power. Both were at their peak in the Late-God Tier—the pinnacle of the God Tier. The gap between the Late-God Tier and the Mid-God Tier was as vast as the distance between clouds and mud.

Imu possessed Mid-God Tier strength. Yet, eight hundred years after Joy Boy's death, a wisp of his residual Conqueror's Haki was enough to force Imu to her knees. This was enough to prove the chasm between each minor realm within the God Tier.

Luo Chen's current physical Taijutsu strength had already reached the pinnacle of the God Tier. If combined with his Tenseigan, Haki infusion, Sword Art, and other super-strong abilities, his comprehensive combat power would absolutely surpass the God Tier.

Beyond the God Tier, the System's naming convention was simple and clear: "Super-God Tier." If his Taijutsu rose another level to LV17, Luo Chen's physical body would be comparable to the Early Super-God Tier. A physical body at the Early Super-God Tier was a qualitative leap compared to the Late-God Tier.

"Once my physical body reaches the Early Super-God Tier, the only person I'll need to watch out for is Shibai Otsutsuki," Luo Chen thought. He then said, "I plan to head to the Shinobi World in three years. At that time, the Jinghai Army and all of you can go with me. During this period, gradually spread news of the Shinobi World within the army. Have them step up their training and prepare for the expedition."

Seeing his confidence, Robin's mind settled slightly, and she gave a small nod. After finishing their talk, Luo Chen parted ways with her and left alone.

Three years was the estimated time needed for his Taijutsu to break through to LV17. To advance from LV16 to LV17 required over 1.5 billion Cultivation Points. The required cultivation time was as high as twenty years.

However, after Luo Chen's strength increased, the time acceleration in the Rainbow Mist space could be boosted to seven times. The flow of time in the outside world would be roughly three years.

"Once Taijutsu reaches LV17, my strength will no longer be able to improve in the One Piece world. I must acquire the wealth of the Naruto world to top up. For now, I'll just cultivate step by step."

Luo Chen arrived at Ruluka Island in the first half of the Grand Line. He opened the Rainbow Mist space above the sea and entered a state of secluded cultivation once again. He no longer practiced long-term, one-time seclusion. Instead, he would cultivate for a few days and then come out to relax, returning to the Zhenhai Star Hub to gather with Nami, Hancock, and the others.

Time passed day by day. Over the next three years, the One Piece world entered a period of rapid development.

The Jinghai Army gathered top scientists from all over the world. Led by Vegapunk, they vigorously developed technology. Simultaneously, they recruited talents from all walks of life, dedicating themselves to the people's livelihood, economy, and infrastructure construction.

Under the governance of the Jinghai Army, the development of many islands and kingdoms could only be described as changing with each passing day. The Red Line was directly leveled by Luo Chen. A massive amount of rock and stone was used to reclaim land and build bridges.

Grateful for Luo Chen's kindness, Shirahoshi had remained at the Zhenhai Star Hub. Over the three years, with the help of Robin and others, she gradually mastered some of the power of the Sea King Poseidon, enabling her to summon a vast number of Sea Kings.

Combined with the one hundred thousand Sea Kings Luo Chen had summoned via Impure World Reincarnation, transporting huge stones and other building materials across the sea became an easy task.

Three years passed. A series of trans-oceanic bridges were built between the Four Seas, the first half of the Grand Line, and the New World. All the prosperous islands in the world were linked together through these magnificent bridges. Various trades flourished as a result, leading to prosperous economic development.

In addition to bridge construction, the Jinghai Army was also committed to the cause of education. During the era of the World Government's rule, schools were rare. People's thoughts were bound and fabricated, and their cultural level was low. Otherwise, they would not have served and revered those fools, the Celestial Dragons, as descendants of gods. The many schools established by the Jinghai Army were designed to break the shackles on people's minds.

Zhenhai Star Hub.

Today, after multiple rounds of expansion and reconstruction, the island had become the center for handling various global affairs. The residences of Hancock, Robin, Nami, and the other women had moved to an independent island nearby.

Luo Chen walked along the pedestrian path of the Zhenhai Star Hub, with Robin and Kalifa by his side.

"The Science Department is just ahead. Vegapunk has wanted to see you for a long time," Robin said with a smile.

Thanks to the Pure Gold, three years had passed without any change in her or Kalifa. They remained young and beautiful, still at the most charming stage of a woman's life. Kalifa habitually wore her black secretary uniform, her slender legs encased in black stockings and her feet in leather high heels.

A silver-white sports car drove past on the main road, the breeze ruffling her golden hair. On the opposite sidewalk, several staff members from the Zhenhai Star Hub's various departments were walking. Behind them followed two silver-colored robots, helping them carry heavy loads.

Through the efforts of Vegapunk and his team of scientists, civilian technologies such as cars and robots had achieved mass production. Furthermore, the prices were low; ordinary families could afford at least one car and one civilian robot.

"The technology of this world was originally very advanced," Luo Chen thought to himself. "It was only due to poor transportation conditions and the inability to connect the islands that these technologies couldn't penetrate every household. After the trans-oceanic bridges were completed and the islands were linked together, development became incredibly rapid."

Luo Chen couldn't help but sigh inwardly. Before he transmigrated, he hadn't even been able to enjoy the services of civilian robots. The One Piece world had been unified for only three years, and yet robots already covered more than half of all ordinary households.
