Chapter 174 - Successive Reincarnations, Shimotsuki Ryuma’s Strength

Luo Chen selected three more living sacrifices from the prison.

Two of them were used to resurrect Captain John, once a legendary member of the Rocks Pirates, and the Wano swordsman known as "Jigoro of the Wind."

Captain John appeared wearing a luxurious long red coat, a slender rapier hanging at his waist. He had long pale-purple hair and carried the lazy, elegant air of a fallen noble.

Jigoro, on the other hand, was a rugged middle-aged man with a ferocious face and wild black hair that spilled like a beast's mane.

Both quickly accepted that they had been brought back through Luo Chen's Impure World Reincarnation.

Now they stood behind him, alongside Crocodile and Shimotsuki Ryuma.

A swirling spatial vortex opened before the five of them.

Luo Chen grabbed a giant pirate prisoner and stepped into the Kamui dimension first. Ryuma, Crocodile, Captain John, and Jigoro followed right behind.

They all knew there was one final person left to reincarnate—the continent-pulling demon, Oars.

Oars was nearly seventy meters tall, as high as a twenty-story building. If he were revived inside the prison, he would smash straight through the roof and be visible from anywhere on the island.

Inside the vast empty space of the Kamui dimension, Luo Chen placed the chosen giant pirate on the platform and began the ritual.

Gray-white paper wrapped around the sacrifice's twenty-meter body. Flesh and bone expanded violently, growing larger and larger until the figure towered close to seventy meters.

A thunderous roar shook the dimension as the ancient demon awakened.

When the paper finally fell away, Oars stood revealed: crimson skin, massive curved horns, wild golden hair, brutal fangs jutting from his jaws, and only a simple beast pelt around his waist.

The demon glanced around the unfamiliar void, then fixed his gaze downward.

He lifted one enormous crimson foot and brought it crashing toward the five tiny figures below.

Luo Chen frowned. With a thought, the descending foot froze mid-air.

"ROOOAAAR—!"

Oars struggled furiously, veins bulging, but the Impure World seal held him fast. He could no longer speak—only roar like a mindless beast—yet intelligence still flickered in those copper-bell eyes, now filled with rage and shock.

Luo Chen looked at Ryuma, Crocodile, Captain John, Jigoro, and finally the raging Oars.

"Fight. All of you against him."

"I want to see exactly how strong you are."

They came from different eras, and Luo Chen needed hard data.

Bound by the Impure World seal, none could refuse.

Even Oars eventually stopped struggling and submitted, understanding basic commands despite having lost speech.

Luo Chen flashed far away, landing on a distant floating platform to observe.

Immortal bodies, unlimited stamina, unlimited Haki—there was no need to hold back.

A cataclysmic battle exploded inside the Kamui dimension.

Meanwhile, East Blue – Foosha Village

Garp sat in the familiar little bar wearing a loud floral shirt and shorts, leisurely reading the newspaper.

Makino wiped glasses behind the counter, smiling gently at the regulars.

The door creaked open.

Two men in black suits and dark sunglasses strode in side by side.

Garp glanced over and frowned.

The men walked straight toward him.

"Vice Admiral Garp, we are agents of the Cipher Pol. You are hereby conscripted to report immediately to World Government Headquarters."

Garp's expression didn't change. "This old man already resigned. I'm no longer a Marine, and I'm certainly not under World Government jurisdiction."

The agent on the left cut him off coldly. "The Five Elders never approved your resignation. Legally, you remain a Marine Headquarters Vice Admiral."

Garp ignored them and turned back to his newspaper.

The second agent's voice grew icy. "Vice Admiral Tsuru has been detained in Mary Geoise for 'dereliction of duty.' The Five Elders are currently deliberating her sentence. Whether she lives or dies depends entirely on your decision, Vice Admiral Garp."

Garp's fingers froze on the newspaper.

He slowly turned his head, eyes burning with murderous intent.

Little Tsuru? Dereliction of duty? Pure nonsense.

They were using Tsuru to threaten him.

A terrifying aura erupted from Garp's body.

Inside the bar, every patron suddenly felt the air grow heavy. Smiles vanished. Breathing became difficult. Several staggered outside, gasping.

Makino gripped the glass in her hand, looking worriedly toward Garp.

The threatening agent continued, "Additionally, if you insist on abandoning the Marines, please return former Fleet Admiral Sengoku's body. Taking a corpse without authorization constitutes theft of government property—"

He never finished.

The world blurred.

Garp vanished from his seat.

An overwhelming wave of Haki crushed down from every direction.

BOOM!

The wooden floor exploded into splinters.

Garp's fist drove the agent's head straight into the ground, cratering the floorboards. Blood pooled beneath the man's twitching body.

The second agent stood petrified, sweat pouring down his face, too terrified to move.

Garp stood up slowly, voice low and cold.

"Tell Makino the repairs are on the World Government."

Then he walked out without looking back.

He had no choice.

If he didn't go, Tsuru would pay the price.

As for the agent embedded in the floor—he wasn't dead. Just brain-dead for life.

The Five Elders wouldn't start a war with Garp over one disposable tool.

New World – Totto Land Waters

Sea-Suppressing Star Hub Great Prison

Luo Chen stepped out of the Kamui dimension alone.

Ryuma, Oars, Crocodile, Captain John, and Jigoro remained sealed inside for now. It wasn't time to reveal his new undead army yet.

The results of the battle royale were clear.

The strongest by far was the legendary "Sword God" from four hundred years ago—Shimotsuki Ryuma.

With a host body worth roughly five hundred million Berries, Ryuma could already display the full strength he possessed in life: solid Admiral/Yonko level—the same tier as current Aokiji, Kizaru, or Mihawk.

Stronger than the "weak Yonko/Admirals" like Ryokugyu, Fujitora, Beckman, or old Rayleigh.

But when you added the Impure World body's infinite chakra-like stamina, infinite Haki, instant regeneration, and complete immortality…

Ryuma could now stand toe-to-toe with the absolute monsters just below "God" tier: prime Whitebeard, prime Garp, Red-Haired Shanks, and even Pirate King Gol D. Roger at his peak.

In other words, with nothing but a single reincarnated Ryuma, Luo Chen already possessed a fighting force capable of shaking the world.
