On the way to Water 7.
Luo Chen was pondering something.
The dead summoned by the Impure World Reincarnation possessed the Devil Fruit powers they had in life.
However, in the world of pirates, when a Devil Fruit user dies, the Devil Fruit is "reborn."
In other words, after Crocodile died, the Sand-Sand Fruit had already reappeared somewhere in the world.
If someone else ate the Sand-Sand Fruit and encountered the Crocodile he summoned via Impure World Reincarnation...
...then a world-famous painting scenario of two identical fruit users would occur.
"Two Devil Fruit users with the same ability... interesting. Could this perhaps explain my own multiple abilities?"
"I wonder if the World Government will let their imaginations run wild."
Luo Chen smiled to himself and pulled his thoughts back.
The Wood Dragon soared into the high clouds and disappeared.
...
Three hours later, Water 7.
The Wood Dragon descended brazenly from the sky, landing at the Galley-La Company shipyard.
Below, numerous shipwrights were scattered, working on the stern of a massive wooden ship shrouded in black cloth.
They looked up, saw the Wood Dragon, and cried out in alarm.
Mayor Iceburg was also among the workers. He looked up, his eyes shaking with shock.
'A Wood Dragon... Is that Luo Chen, the newly crowned Fifth Emperor?'
Not far away, Enel, Bullet, and the others were sitting in plush chairs with their legs crossed like overlords.
They didn't look like people who had come to pay for ship repairs.
They looked more like foremen.
Supervising and urging Iceburg and the other shipwrights to work diligently on modifying the ship.
Aboard the Wood Dragon, Luo Chen looked at this scene, somewhat speechless.
Iceburg and his shipwrights must have tried to resist.
But they hadn't succeeded.
The bruised and swollen faces of Mayor Iceburg and the numerous shipwrights were proof.
Luo Chen leaped off the Wood Dragon, walked over to Enel and the others, and asked:
"How is the ship modification progressing? How long until it's finished?"
"Tonight, probably," Enel replied. "That purple-haired ant said so."
He pointed at Mayor Iceburg.
Luo Chen sighed and asked again, "Did you pay?"
Enel nodded. This was what Luo Chen had told him to do before the repairs started.
Pay exactly what was owed.
"Alright, we'll wait then."
Seeing that Enel and the others had no intention of offering him a seat, Luo Chen had to use his Wood Style to create a chair.
Nami and the others stayed on the Wood Dragon and didn't come down.
Time passed bit by bit, and the sky gradually darkened.
At dusk, the ship was completed.
Luo Chen, who had been resting with his eyes closed on the wooden chair, opened them.
Mayor Iceburg stood to the side and said:
"Mr. Luo Chen, the work on the ship's stern is complete."
"You may unveil it now."
Enel, Bullet, Shiryu, and the others stood up.
Luo Chen also dispelled his Wood Style chair.
He raised his left hand, and an invisible, repelling force shot out.
The black cloth covering most of the hull was swept up as if by a great wind, fluttering into the distance.
The entire pirate ship was revealed in the twilight.
Luo Chen looked at it and was, at first, stunned.
He muttered, "Did you guys cut off Kaido's head?"
The most striking feature of the entire giant ship was its figurehead.
It was a statue of an azure dragon holding a star, forged from cast iron and oak.
The azure dragon's appearance was very similar to Kaido's dragon form.
Its body was powerful and muscular, the scales clearly defined. It held its head high, its mouth biting down on a half-shattered alloy star. The star's surface was covered in impact craters, and through the penetrating cracks, one could glimpse the internal reinforcing steel frame.
Iceburg's steady voice carried a trace of pride: "This ship is the culmination of the efforts of every shipwright at Galley-La Company. It is absolutely one of our masterpieces."
"The keel is made of Adam Wood, securely supporting the multiple decks."
"The hull is based on heavy oak, with key areas reinforced with matte steel armor. Its durability is exceptional..."
Luo Chen observed the pirate ship as he listened to the explanation.
The ship was painted a deep navy blue, complemented by dark brown solid wood decks, giving it a stable and heavy feel.
Three mainmasts held enormous black sails, emblazoned with a giant, shattered-star totem.
The tall sails, the forest of smokestacks, the various exposed pipes, and the massive battery of cannons all displayed its unparalleled power and craftsmanship.
To be honest, Luo Chen hadn't expected Galley-La Company to be able to build such a magnificent vessel.
Iceburg paused at this point and added, "Some of the materials for this ship were synthesized with Mr. Douglas Bullet's help."
Luo Chen immediately thought of Bullet's Clank-Clank Fruit.
The Clank-Clank Fruit, capable of fusing inorganic materials.
It could even create a Gundam with bare hands.
Building such a giant ship was understandable, then.
Finally, Iceburg said, "The ship retains its ability to fly. However, limited by our shipbuilding technology, the power source must still be lightning... Apologies."
Luo Chen nodded silently.
The power source for flight was still lightning.
This was, perhaps, the only regrettable part.
But it didn't matter.
In the future, when he found Vegapunk, he could ask him to help modify it.
"What's its name?" Luo Chen asked.
"We are waiting for you to name it." Iceburg shook his head, indicating it hadn't been named.
Luo Chen felt a headache coming on.
Naming again?
Enel interjected at this moment, "What's our pirate crew called anyway? The World Economic Journal actually called us the 'Godfall Pirates.' What kind of terrible name is that!"
His words were filled with dissatisfaction over the name Morgans had chosen.
'Godfall?'
'Isn't that cursing me to fall?!'
"When I find that bird-man, I'm definitely going to give him a shock," Enel muttered.
Luo Chen smiled. "I've already decided. We'll be called the Godfall Pirates."
He looked at the new pirate ship, thought for a moment, and said, "The 'Fallen Star Godfall.' Let's call it that."
Luo Chen couldn't be bothered to think anymore.
'Fallen Star,' on one hand, matched the figurehead of the dragon holding the star.
On the other, it also alluded to the 'Shattered Heavenly Obstruction Star.'
Enel's expression stiffened.
It wasn't that he had an issue with the ship's name, but with the crew's name.
Luo Chen accepted the words "Godfall"?
Enel wanted to say something else, but Luo Chen cut him off. "It's decided."
"As you wished, it includes the word 'God'."
"I know you're eager to express your gratitude, but there's no need."
After hearing this, Enel's face flushed red.
'Express gratitude?'
'He wanted to curse someone!'
Enel wanted to say something.
But on second thought, 'Godfall' really did contain the word 'God'.
What could he say?
Besides, Luo Chen definitely understood the meaning of "Godfall."
'He still agreed to it; he's clearly messing with me on purpose.'
Enel gritted his teeth in anger.
But he didn't dare say any more.
He couldn't beat Luo Chen, but couldn't he beat Morgans?
'When I see that bird-man, I'll definitely get my revenge.'
Shiryu and the others watched Enel suffer in silence, unable to hold back their smiles.
This lightning bastard was too arrogant and conceited.
He looked down on everyone except Luo Chen.
They had long wanted to teach him a lesson.
Now, they were naturally gloating over his misfortune.
"Everything is ready. Let's go. Time to head to the New World."
Luo Chen walked onto the new ship.
Bullet, Shiryu, and the others quickly boarded as well.
"We're leaving, Enel! Waiting for you to generate power," Shiryu shouted, a wicked grin on his broad chin.
Enel, looking depressed, transformed into lightning and teleported over.
A large amount of blue-white electricity sparked from his feet, spreading across the deck and slowly pouring deep into the ship's hull.
The propulsion fans at the bottom of the "Fallen Star Godfall" began to spin rapidly.
A blast of air shot out, blowing at the clothes of Iceburg and the other shipwrights.
Soon, the entire massive warship slowly ascended into the air.
At the stern, large Breath Dials expelled gas, and the ship rushed towards the distant sunset horizon.
