Chapter 76 - Susanoo Appears, Two Giant Gods of War!

A look of surprise appeared in Kizaru's and Aokiji's eyes.

Luo Chen could actually make clones.

However, they were clones made of wood, which they could understand.

It was easier for the two of them to accept than the appearance of yet another new ability.

Kizaru said, "The abilities a clone can master are limited. It should only have one or two. No need to worry."

Aokiji nodded. He knew this.

Unless it was a Devil Fruit that specialized in cloning abilities, a clone's strength would definitely be far inferior to the main body's.

Hearing Kizaru's words, Luo Chen laughed inwardly.

A Wood Clone was different from an ordinary clone. It possessed all the abilities of his main body.

It was just that its stamina was only half of the main body's.

To be precise, the stamina was divided equally between the Wood Clone and the main body.

As long as he had enough stamina, the Wood Clone's combat power was not the least bit weaker than the main body's.

'My stamina is plentiful. No need to worry.'

Luo Chen said to himself.

As his taijutsu improved, his body's defense and endurance would also increase.

It wouldn't be inferior to even some Zoan-type Devil Fruit users of special races.

Luo Chen's main body clapped his hands together, and a massive Guanyin statue rose from the ground.

The Wood Clone beside him used the Flying Thunder God Technique and teleported onto the Going Merry.

Kalifa and Kaku had already boarded the Merry by this time.

As agents of the World Government's CP9, the two were proficient in the Six Powers.

Apart from the three main fighters of the Straw Hat crew, no one else was their match.

"Tempest Kick!" Kaku's long leg swept out, and a vacuum slash wave flew out.

Usopp, who was aiming his slingshot at him, was alarmed and quickly leaned back.

The slash wave grazed the tip of his nose and hit a tall building in the distance.

A third of the tall building was neatly sliced off and fell to the ground.

"So... so terrifying," Usopp's pale face was covered in cold sweat.

Chopper took out a Rumble Ball and was just about to swallow it.

Luo Chen's clone appeared beside him and reached out a hand to stop him.

"Leave it to me."

He lifted a hand and pointed. A large tree grew on the deck of the Merry.

Its branches, like sentient snakes, lunged at Kaku and Kalifa.

No matter if they used "Finger Pistol" or "Tempest Kick," they couldn't destroy the branches at all.

Soon, Kaku and Kalifa were tied up by the branches and left hanging upside down.

The blonde-haired, "cool beauty" Kalifa held down her inverted skirt and struggled, "This is sexual harassment."

Luo Chen's clone ignored her, leaped from the Merry, and charged toward Luffy's and the others' battlefield.

Three tree branches descended from the sky, wrapped around Luffy, Zoro, and Sanji, and brought them back to the Going Merry.

Luo Chen's clone landed in front of the five Marine Vice Admirals and ten Rear Admirals.

Seeing him appear, Gmil and the other Marines were clearly stunned. They immediately turned their heads to look at where the two Admirals were.

There was actually another Luo Chen standing on the Thousand-Armed Guanyin statue there.

They understood that the one in front of them must be a clone.

"Don't be afraid of him! It's just a clone!"

Gmil shouted.

The corner of Luo Chen's mouth curled up. He raised his palm.

Shinra Tensei.

An invisible and violent wave instantly radiated from his body.

In front of him, Gmil and the other Marines used all their strength to blast out sword slashes, kick waves, and fist winds.

But the moment they collided with the invisible wave, they were all shattered.

The remaining force of the invisible wave still slammed into the fifteen Marines.

The five Vice Admirals at the front spat out blood and were sent flying backward.

The ten Rear Admirals followed close behind.

They were just shakily getting to their feet when a translucent, azure-blue rib cage suddenly appeared around Luo Chen.

More and more energized ribs appeared, then a spine, the bones of the arms, and a skull.

An energized giant with a partial torso enveloped Luo Chen.

Then, the azure-blue giant gradually grew taller, and two large legs quickly took shape.

Energy armor covered the outside of the skeleton-giant.

A domineering, fierce head, giant wings on its back, and holding two swords, it was like an ancient god of war, its aura as vast as mountains and seas.

Compared to the mountain-peak-sized god of war, Water 7 seemed extremely small, prostrating at the giant's feet.

Gmil and the other dozen or so Marine officers all looked up, bewildered.

They were dazed and terrified, staring at Luo Chen at the brow of the god of war.

'This is really a clone?'

'The summoned god of war-giant is not at all smaller than the Thousand-Armed Guanyin.'

Not far away, Kizaru and Aokiji, who were surrounding and attacking the Luo Chen on top of the Guanyin statue, also had drastic changes in their expressions.

They looked at Luo Chen, and then at the Luo Chen at the brow of the energy god of war.

For a moment, they couldn't tell which was the clone and which was the main body.

Logically, the one who had summoned the Thousand-Armed Guanyin should be the main body.

A clone should absolutely not have the strength to summon another giant.

But Luo Chen's clone had done just that.

"You can't stop me," Luo Chen's main body said, crossing his arms over his chest on top of the Guanyin statue and summoning another Susanoo.

A translucent, azure-blue energy swirled around the Thousand-Armed Guanyin like a tornado.

In a short time, the ribs, upper body, full skeleton, Karasu Tengu armor, wings, and twin swords solidified one by one.

It transformed into a massive, azure-blue god of war, enveloping the outside of the Thousand-Armed Guanyin.

Aokiji's and Kizaru's expressions were extremely grave.

The auras of these two behemoths were more terrifying than the last.

With the two combined, a single full-power blow could probably shatter half of Water 7.

Even they would have to deal with it with all their strength. A single moment of carelessness would lead to their doom.

Above Water 7, the black clouds were thick, completely blocking out the sun, and the sky turned completely dark.

Gale-force winds howled, carrying the chill of the seawater and the smell of the sea.

Two giant, thousand-meter-tall azure-blue gods of war stood, their heads reaching for the heavens, looking as if they were about to probe the dark clouds.

At the same time, the two giant gods of war raised the hundred-meter-long greatswords in their hands and slashed down from the sky.

One greatsword was aimed at the two Marine Admirals below.

The other was aimed at the dozen or so Vice and Rear Admirals.

"Kizaru, save them!" Aokiji roared.

Kizaru understood what he meant. His body turned into golden light, and he shot toward the location of the dozen or so officers.

With his and Aokiji's strength, they would need to go all out to face this slash, but they wouldn't die.

But Gmil, Dalmatian, and the others would definitely die.

Seeing Admiral Kizaru coming, Gmil and the others showed joy on their faces and breathed a slight sigh of relief.

But immediately, a forest rose from the ground, surrounding the Admiral.

The expressions of Gmil and the others changed. They didn't know if the Admiral could break out.

If he couldn't, then this would probably be the end of their lives.

Inside the forest, Kizaru looked at the pitch-black tree branches charging at him from all directions and sighed.

"Young people really have a lot of stamina."

Luo Chen had summoned the Thousand-Armed Guanyin, two great gods of war, and a forest, one after another.

All of them were coated in Armament Haki.

The stamina consumption for this was absolutely massive. Kizaru didn't think even he could do it.

He opened his Observation Haki to its maximum. His body exploded into a shower of light particles, preparing to slip out through the gaps in the thousands of branches.

But these branches seemed to predict his movement trajectory.

They always managed to block him just in time, forcing him to change direction.

And through the gaps in the branches, Kizaru could clearly see that the trees on the outer perimeter had already closed in completely, gradually forming an impenetrable wall.

At that point, he would be trapped inside.

Although he could forcibly break out, it would cost him precious time to save the others.

Kizaru's figure re-formed. Light continued to gather between his hands, and then a golden ray shot out, crashing into the trees and numerous branches.

The golden light, as if in a hall of mirrors, refracted endlessly, its speed incredible as it shot toward the outside.

Kizaru's body also merged into the refracting golden light, preparing to charge out in one go.

Just as he was about to break out of the forest, a figure appeared out of thin air.

Luo Chen's leg, coated in Armament Haki, smashed down on an empty spot in the air.

The next instant, Kizaru's light-form, as if it had been actively refracted to Luo Chen's foot, slammed right into it.

With a bang, Kizaru's body was forced out of its elemental state. He crashed heavily to the ground, kicking up a large amount of dirt.

He slowly climbed up, his suit and "Justice" coat covered in mud, his face a little grim.

The rescue had been thwarted.

He was too late to save Gmil and the others.

And the reason... was that Luo Chen could apparently see the future.

Their several exchanges had finally confirmed to Kizaru that Luo Chen's Observation Haki had definitely reached the level of future sight.

Luo Chen couldn't catch up to him, but he could wait for him in the "future."
