Chapter 13 - Chapter 13 — Meeting the Legendary Sannin

Several days had passed since I set the White Zetsu network in motion. Every movement of the Sannin, every patrol route, every shift of their temporary camp had been observed, cataloged, and analyzed. My plans were precise. My power? Quietly overwhelming.

I waited until nightfall, the forest thick with shadows, the moon just a silver sliver in the sky. A low, unnatural rumble carried through the air—monstrous, aggressive, and fast approaching.

Perfect, I murmured.

I shifted, moving almost invisibly through the underbrush. White Zetsu units flitted ahead, their shadows blending with the trees, guiding me toward the disturbance.

As I arrived, the scene unfolded exactly as anticipated. Orochimaru, Jiraiya, and Tsunade were surrounded by a pack of large, mutated monsters—creatures that would have torn them apart if caught unprepared. Jiraiya was already trying to form seals, Tsunade was pulling injured creatures back with raw power, and Orochimaru… slithering, observing, calculating.

I smiled faintly.

"Time to make an entrance," I whispered.

My feet barely touched the ground as I moved forward, the air around me thick with latent chakra. The Sharingan flared, my presence invisible to all but the keenest senses. With a flick of my wrist and a subtle movement, lightning danced across the battlefield—Chidori Senbon, dozens of sharp needles of pure electrical force, cutting through the monsters with surgical precision.

Tsukuyomi flashed in my left eye, and the monsters froze, their perceptions trapped in a moment of unending terror before I ended it with a flick of my hand. Amaterasu ignited on one particularly large creature, black flames consuming it until only ash remained.

The Sannin paused mid-fight, staring at me. Orochimaru's eyes widened, Jiraiya's jaw dropped, and Tsunade's hands flexed nervously, sensing power beyond mortal comprehension.

I stepped fully into the moonlight, letting my form settle, casual yet undeniably commanding.

"You're welcome," I said simply, voice calm, almost amused. "I thought you could use a hand."

Jiraiya blinked. "Who… what are you?"

"Call me Indra," I said, letting the name hang. Power, authority, inevitability. "And I believe we have… mutual interests."

Orochimaru's head tilted slightly, curiosity shining in his eyes. "Mutual interests?"

"Survival," I said softly. "And opportunity. I can ensure none of these… creatures interfere with you again. But in return, I want you to travel with me. I have plans—larger than any of us individually. And together, we are unstoppable."

Tsunade's brow furrowed, her instincts screaming caution, but I could feel the pull of inevitability in her mind, the way divine presence and raw power bend even the most stubborn.

"You want us to join you… just like that?" Jiraiya asked.

"Just like that," I replied. "I saved you from death. I offer knowledge, guidance, and power beyond what you can imagine. If you refuse, you risk wandering this world unprepared. Accept, and we travel together. We grow stronger. We survive—and shape the world on our terms."

A long silence stretched, broken only by the soft rustling of leaves and the faint pulse of residual monster energy.

Finally, Orochimaru's mouth curved slightly in a faint, almost imperceptible smile.

"I'm intrigued. Very well. I will travel with you."

Jiraiya's eyes sparkled with a mix of excitement and cautious respect.

"Hell yes. Count me in. Let's see where this ride takes us."

Tsunade let out a long breath, nodding once.

"I don't trust you. But I don't trust this forest either. Fine. I'm in. For now."

I allowed a faint smile to cross my lips. Perfect. Three legendary Sannin, bound by gratitude and practicality.

"Good," I said simply, looking at them in turn. "We leave at dawn. Prepare yourselves. There's much to learn… and much to conquer."

The forest pulsed faintly with my chakra, a subtle reminder that the world had just gained a new axis of power. And with the Sannin now under my command, nothing—not monsters, not gods, not fate itself—would be able to stop what I was about to build.
