After restocking at Gingaball Kingdom, they head towards Soja Island, the area where Issha, or her Future Admiral alias, Fujitora. With Roya seeing her information, he finally knows a summary on what he needs to do and also how she arrived here.
She had been a military chief in the Aoi Kingdom in the Grandline 20 years ago, when she was 32. However, her kingdom had been destroyed due to war, and she became a significant war criminal, and had blinded herself after seeing too much evil atrocities.
This led her to come to the Soja Kingdom 5 years ago, and due to many severe losses in the Gambling House, she was made to work as a bodyguard.

Finally, he arrives at a quite large building, and somewhat run down, and finds two guards outside, but both don't have the appearance of the Issha at all, so he enters inside, which the guards, sweating, let him in without stopping him.
He finds a seat, looking around to find where Issha is, and finally sees her in the corner...staring at him.
'She must have some high-level Observation Haki, which means the system isn't lying. But I guess she has already seen me, and probably already knows I'm here to recruit her anyway.'
Roya decides to walk up to Issha, who is just looking around while recognising who Roya is, and what he wants.
"Hello, Roya. What business do you have here in some Gamble House."
"I'm here to buy this Gamble House, do you know where your boss is?"
"Why do you want to buy a Gamble House, when it wouldn't award you in any way with the your reputation?"
"I just want to...and I have the money for it, so why not. Just lead the way please."
Issha, slightly smiling, leads the way for Roya towards her boss, who, scared shitless, gives Roya a discount on buying her business, which Roya still lets her lead and keep everything the same, except for getting Issha to come with him, which makes the boss confused, and accept his clause, making Roya leave with Issha.
"Well, Roya, it looks like you were after me all along, so how did you know I was here?"
"I'll explain later, but I guess by the looks of it, you are happily joining my crew, isn't that right?"
"I don't see you have any other ulterior motives except me joining your crew, and it looks like you aren't the average pirate, you are a good one by your demeaunor and the way you act."
"I'm not exactly good, but I don't do what those pirates do, because.....what's the point of wasting my time pillaging poor villages?"
"Well, I joined your crew, and I hope you will treat me well, but is your crew around the kingdom?"
"They are spread around this kingdom and if you want, you can go buy some stuff, just go to the ship that way and ask for some money, and tell the clown and a lady with a hat that you joined my crew."
"Sure, thanks Roya for helping me pay my debt."
"Ye, just don't be mindless gambling addict next time, and make sure to not lose too much on the ship by betting."
"Of course, well, I'll see you later."
Roya walks away into the kingdom to buy stuff, while Issha heads to the ship to greet the two people there.

[Deadly Sentencing will give you an innate domain instantly and will be more diverse due to this world having way more abilities, meaning their will be more ways to counter your opponent whilst in a domain]
[Ten Shadows will have all it's shikigami's abilities buffed, either used by you or them, and they will be buffed themselves. This means Mahoraga will be buffed to Admiral Level when you challenge it, and even more when you personally get stronger, just like the rest. Your domain will also be unlocked and unique to you due to there not being a sufficient domain from the original series, but you will be unable to use the shikigami, only their abilities, until you master the whole technique]
[Construction will have less energy strain, and more ways to create stuff including cursed tools/grade swords and their effects, and the domain will have more ways to attack your opponent, including changing and attacking them]
[Be able to use electricity just like the Goro Goro No Mi, even basically having the same fruit with its own potential, while being able personally unlock a domain due to their not being one in the original. Your maximum technique will not be only used once, and won't kill you and making you have more ways to use]
[You will have a way higher threshold than the original, Soul attacks will only affect those who are partially possessed, or in some way affected by, somebody else, including even devil fruits. You will also have a 25% chance of unlocking Blood Manipulation with it, which will have a much more higher ceiling as well.]
[I forgot to tell you when you got Star Rage, but if you have a technique that doesn't have a domain or maximum technique, you can unlock a unique one yourself, with maximum techniques being much more reflexive in use and can't kill you. Your domain can unite with other techniques, have a much larger area when performed, and can't be detected by Observation Haki, while also having the option to not affect whoever you want. You can only use one technique at a time until you have 5 techniques unlocked. All abilities in the future can maxed to the highest potential, but it will be you who can successfully do it.]
