Andrew opened the door, it was his girlfriend knocking on the door. She immediately hugged him and came in and sat on the sofa without Andrew's permission in coming in.
''don't you know what's today'' Tina said excitedly
''no, I don't'' Andrew replied
''today is our one year anniversary, and I hope you got something for me'' Tina said
Andrew looked around frantically as if he was looking for something. He made up a lie and told her, her gift was on the way. Tina was happy thinking Andrew had something for her, she stood up and went to his kitchen searching for drinks.
Andrew fell unto his couch tired and watched as Tina filled the glasses with wine, Tina cuddled herself on Andrew's body. Andrew felt uncomfortable and tried to find an excuse, the doorbell rang and Andrew got up quickly to open the door, making Tina to fall down.
Andrew opened the door it was Andrew's friend Adrien. Adrien's parents were rich, his father owned a chain of hotels, and his mother was a famous actress. Adrien lived the best life, he had everything. Andrew and Adrien became best friends in high school, and since then they have been inseparable.
''hey dude, how you doing'' Adrien said while shaking Andrew, Tina felt angry as Andrew ignored her for Adrien.
''am doing great, what are you doing here?'' Andrew replied with a smile
''well, I came to see you'' Adrien said patting Andrew's back
Tina kicked Andrew's leg, wanting his attention. Tina finally got Andrew's attention and told him the address he will meet her. She picked her back and left angrily shutting the door with a loud bang
''men, she's mad'' Adrien said with a smirk on his face, Andrew looked at Adrien and frowned at him. Andrew and Adrien went to Collin's house and they all went to different places to have fun. Adrien dropped Andrew in front of his house and left, Andrew entered his house and checked his phone it was 9:30pm. He remembered he had a date with Tina, and he had forgotten. He quickly called her, but she didn't answer. A minute later he got a call from her, and he quickly picked the call.
''am so so sorry, I couldn't make it, am sorry'' Andrew said begging her
''your sorry, Andrew I don't think you take this relationship seriously'' Tina shouted
''I do love you, I was just with my guys we went to have some fun'' Andrew said
''and you forgot about me?'' Tina said still angry
''I didn't forget about you I just didn't remember'' Andrew said still trying to fix things out
''and I know you completely forgot today is our anniversary right?'' Tina asked
''no I didn't'' Andrew replied
''you know what Andrew we are done, am done with you and your silly excuses don't call me again'' Tina said hanging the phone, Andrew stood their feeling sad. He sat on his couch and began to cry, he stopped and went to bed.
