Chapter 2 - Razor Arrives:

Finally, my spaceship lands on Earth. As I exit, the two bangs of hair covering part of my eyes flutter in the wind as I take in my surroundings.

"So this is Earth. I hope this fight give me some challenge." I mutter. I focus, trying to sense the ki of the strongest being on this planet, hoping it might lead me to that Saiyan. Soon, I detect multiple strong ki signatures converging at the same location, and I fly toward it.

I arrive at the location and see a group gathered together. Two of them are in Super Saiyan form—clearly Saiyans. Yet, the calmness of their aura surprises me. I mastered this form years ago and can maintain it for long periods, but my aura is far from calm. If their aura represents the calm before the storm, mine embodies the storm itself. Still, I dismiss the thought; it's nothing special.

As I study the warriors, they study me back. My tail flailing behind me, my spiky hair defying gravity—it's clear I'm a Saiyan. I haven't attacked, but my intent is unreadable, and my evil ki presence signals more than a simple visit. If I strike now while the threat of Cell still looms, Earth might truly be doomed.

Then I speak, fixing my gaze on Goku. "Are you the Saiyan who defeated Frieza?"

Goku's eyes widen in surprise but he quickly regains composure. "And what if I am?" he replies eyeing me vigilantly.

I haven't revealed my full strength yet—a habit of mine. It's not to pretend to be weak; as a truly strong warrior can still sense the depth of my power. I conceal it to gauge my opponent, matching my strength to theirs, for the challenge is in testing the limits. Few can force me to use my full power.

I raise an eyebrow at his cryptic response and fly toward him, locking eyes. "If you defeated Frieza, you would surely have attained a form beyond the mastered Super Saiyan by now." I remark.

Before anyone can react, Vegeta powers up and launches at me, still in his base form. Already angered previously by the strength displayed by Goku and the revelation that Gohan a kid may have surpassed him, but now this new Saiyan dares to ignore him. "How dare a Saiyan ignore the Prince of Saiyans!" Vegeta roars. Goku tries to warn him: "Wait, Vegeta!"

But he is already in front of me, his fist centimeters away from my face. But before it can land, Vegeta kneels clutching his chest, my fist still raised slightly as my punch has knocked his breath out as well as broke some of his ribs. I place a foot on his shoulder and smile, mockery lacing my voice. "Accept my greetings, Vegeta oh great Prince of Saiyans."

Shock spreads across the gathering. Vegeta, defeated by a single strike, lies humiliated. Goku steps forward, alert. "I am Goku, the Saiyan who defeated Frieza. Leave Vegeta alone."

I smirk, lifting my foot and sending Vegeta flying back, where a blue-haired youth catches him, glaring at me with anger concern, and surprised as if I shouldn't have existed.

"Oh, now you're ready to acknowledge me," I say, still calm. "But my interest in you is gone for now. Tell me, who is he?"

I point to a cockroach-like alien which I sensed as the strongest among them, while the kid beside Goku has some kind of untapped power which is intriguing; but potential alone does not entice me.

Before Goku can answer, Cell speaks, voicing the question on everyone's mind: "Who are you, new warrior? If you're here to fight, I will gladly accept your challenge. Allow me to introduce myself—I am Cell, the perfect being, created from the DNA of the universe's strongest warriors."

I smirk. "I never gave my blood for the creation of any kind of boastful alien. And as for myself, I am Razor—a Saiyan, as you can see."

As I speak, from the corner of my vision, I see the previous blue-haired youth accept a green bean from the bald man. After consuming it, Vegeta's injuries vanish. I had broken a few of his ribs moments ago, yet now he stands, glaring at me as if nothing happened. Even Universe's best medicinal pods aren't that good.

I watch Cell, slightly panting from his clash with Goku—the only other person with noticeable wounds—and I make my decision.

I transform into Super Saiyan. My aura rages wildly. I appear before the bald man, snatch the pouch, and reappear where I stood. I toss a bean to Cell and secure the pouch in my battle armor's gap. Everyone gasps at my speed.

Cell, shocked, glares at me. "What is the meaning of this?"

"I refuse to fight someone already injured. Eat quickly and prepare yourself," I reply.

Cell smirks, eyeing my golden aura. "Don't regret your choice later, Razor."

I mock him. "If you think being at full health guarantees victory, you are gravely mistaken."

Cell, fully rejuvenated, rockets toward me, his energy flaring—but even now, I can tell he's holding back. The arrogance in that restraint irritates me.

Before his punch lands, I vanish and reappear in front of him, tilting my head slightly as his fist cuts through empty air. My knee drives hard into his gut, forcing the air out of his lungs. Cell buckles over, realizing that holding back won't cut it this time.

He stumbles back, clutching his stomach, then lets out a sharp, furious roar. The ground trembles beneath us as his aura expands, a storm of golden and white lightning sparking around him. His power climbs higher and higher until it matches my own.

A smirk tugs at my lips. Now we're talking.

Without hesitation, Cell blurs forward, and our fists collide midair with a thunderous crack that sends shockwaves through the cratered landscape. We trade blow after blow—each strike sharper, faster, heavier than the last. Our kicks split the air like sonic booms, our movements barely visible to the eye.

Cell's expression twists into something wild and exhilarated. "Ha! Finally! I can match your speed!" he shouts between punches, clearly enjoying himself.

I let a low chuckle slip. It's been a while since I've had to move like this. Traveling across galaxies tends to get boring—months, even years of silence. This clash, though not enough to force out my full strength, is a welcome change of pace.

Then, in a sudden burst, Cell breaks free of the melee, skidding to a halt. His eyes blaze with determination. "You're the strongest warrior I've ever faced, Razor! This is exhilarating—fighting with my full power!"

Before he can savor the moment, I flash before him and drive my fist straight into his face. The impact sends him hurtling through the mountainside, the explosion lighting up the horizon.

"Don't misunderstand me, Cell," I say coldly, lowering my arm. "I'm not here to entertain you. Don't get ahead of yourself—just keep fighting."

The shockwave from Razor's last punch still rippled across the landscape, tearing through mountains and flattening them. Smoke and dust veiled the battlefield, but even through the haze, Cell's energy pulsed like a living storm.

Razor stood amidst the chaos, his aura raging and immense—like the tidal waves threatening to consume the world itself. He waited, eyes narrowing as Cell's silhouette emerged from the smoke, laughing.

"You're not just some ordinary fighter, Razor," Cell said, wiping the blood from his lip.

Razor tilted his head, faintly amused. "You're still talking instead of fighting. Disappointing."

In a blink, Razor vanished. The air cracked as he reappeared above Cell, slamming his elbow down into the bio engineered menace's shoulder. Cell roared, twisting midair and countering with a blinding ki blast. Razor raised a hand and swatted it aside—the explosion lighting up the sky like a newborn sun.

A few miles away, Z-Fighters stood on a high cliff, the shockwaves whipping their clothes and hair as they watched the spectacle unfold.

"Holy crap…" Krillin muttered, shielding his face from the wind. "That guy's insane! He's keeping up with Cell like it's nothing!"

Trunks clenched his fists. "He's not just keeping up—he's dominating! Even Cell at full power is struggling!"

Piccolo's sharp eyes narrowed. "His ki… it's unlike anything I've felt before. Wild, but endless. It's like he's fighting for amusement rather than survival."

Gohan nodded, his expression uneasy. "I can't even sense an ounce of hesitation from him. He's toying with Cell."

Vegeta crossed his arms, fury marring his face. "Hmph. Typical. Another show-off who thinks he's untouchable." His eyes flickered, however, betraying his curiosity. "Still… that power… it surpasses Kakarot's."

Goku grinned, his eyes gleaming with excitement. "Heh, I was thinking the same thing, Vegeta. Whoever this Razor guy is, he's incredible. His energy feels… wild yet still untapped."

Cell lunged forward, his aura exploding in emerald fury. "Don't underestimate me!"

Razor sidestepped, his movement almost playful, then countered with a spinning kick that cracked the air. Cell blocked—but the sheer force sent him skidding across the ground, carving a trench hundreds of meters long.

Razor appeared above him again, his tone calm. "You're strong, Cell. But still strong only compared to those people over there."

He fired a single, concentrated ki blast. It was small—barely the size of his palm—but when it hit, the explosion swallowed half the horizon. The shockwave reached the onlookers, forcing even Vegeta to brace himself.

Krillin shouted over the wind, "That tiny blast did that?!"

Trunks' eyes widened. "He's not even going all out yet."

Amid the smoke, Cell's laughter echoed. He burst forth, bruised but grinning. "You're incredible, Razor! I haven't felt this alive!"

Razor smirked, his golden eyes flashing. "Then stay alive long enough to enjoy it."

In a split-second, both fighters vanished. The sky split with the sound of their strikes—flashes of light flickering like lightning bolts in every direction. Each impact shook the Earth, a rhythm of power and fury that defied mortal eyes.

From afar, the Z Fighters could barely track them—just streaks of energy colliding faster than thought.

Vegeta scowled but couldn't hide the intrigue burning in his gaze. "Where did this new saiyan come from and how did he survive the destruction of our planet?"

Piccolo folded his arms, watching intently. "If he can push Cell this far while holding back… we might be looking at someone far beyond our level Goku."

Gohan swallowed hard. "Then… what happens if he decides to destroy Earth?"

Razor caught Cell's final punch mid-swing, their auras clashing in a violent surge. The ground beneath them shattered into molten rock.

Cell grinned through the strain. "You're incredible… Razor!"

Razor's expression hardened. "You talk too much."

He twisted Cell's arm and slammed him into the ground with earth-shattering force. The planet seemed to tremble under the impact. Dust rose, light flared—then silence.

As the smoke cleared, Razor stood over the crater, his energy still burning.
