Chapter 263 - Chapter 262: Devouring the Power of Ultimate Darkness

The fact that such a powerful opponent appeared so utterly fragile before Raven completely exceeded his expectations.

"Time to end this." Raven looked down condescendingly at N-Gamio-Zeda. Although the King's power was negligible, he was a boss nonetheless, and he possessed the Ultimate Power that rivaled Kuuga Ultimate Form. This power could be perfectly devoured and absorbed by Raven.

Raven rotated the grip on his Driver, preparing to unleash his finisher. All his power condensed into his foot. Raising it high, he stomped down.

BOOM!

N-Gamio-Zeda's body was instantly crushed, transforming into energy that was absorbed into Raven's body.

With this, the number of Kaijin powers he had devoured throughout his journey increased by one, and it was specifically the Ultimate Darkness power, which only the strongest of the Gurongi possessed.

At this point, Raven effectively had two forms of power.

One was his Divine Form, naturally utilizing divine power, which could reshape entire worlds with a mere gesture.

The other was his Kaijin Form. Corresponding to the Divine Form, this terrifying form was based on his true identity as an Amazon Origin (Dinosaur), accumulating the powers of numerous Kaijin bosses.

He rarely used this form because the power was too immense, and the aura of darkness it emitted was too overwhelming. Although he had perfectly mastered all the powers in this form and there was no possibility of him going berserk, he still preferred the look of the Rider forms he transformed into using Drivers.

Regardless of whether he used his Kaijin Form or Divine Form, Raven was virtually invincible. Looking across all Rider worlds, the only viable opponent, besides Oma Zi-O, was no one else. And even Oma Zi-O was not necessarily beyond his reach. All he needed was to find the right opportunity to devour Oma's power. He believed that with his existing strength combined with Oma's power, even the future Demon King would not be his opponent.

[DING!]

[Congratulations to the host for completing the mission!]

[Reward has been issued!]

Just then, the system's voice echoed in Raven's ears. Simultaneously, the mission reward, the Dark Decade Driver, appeared in the system space.

Having acquired a new toy, Raven didn't intend to stay any longer. Ignoring the strange looks from Decade and Kuuga, he rode away on his Junglaider.

He found a secluded spot and parked the bike to examine his new toy closely. The Dark Decade Driver's functions appeared identical to the regular Decade Driver, except for the color. The transformed Rider was also the original version, not a dark variant of the main Rider. However, the card holder currently only contained one complete card set: Kuuga's deck, which surprisingly included the Kuuga Ultimate Form and Kuuga Rising Ultimate Form cards. This detail slightly astonished him.

"It seems the cards inside my Driver are the same as Decade's, only unlocking after clearing each world," Raven mused.

He didn't feel any regret, as he wasn't lacking in power. He would just collect the cards slowly. It was merely a new toy.

Back in his home base, Raven suddenly realized something. He could entirely allow the Helheim Forest to invade this world and grow Golden Fruits. Traveling with Decade would take him to many different worlds. He didn't need to stay long in each one, but he could leave behind a coordinate, allowing Helheim Forest's power to slowly creep in. He could potentially harvest at least nine Golden Fruits that way.

Upon this realization, Raven decided to take a detour back to Helheim.

As the Gurongi incident was completely resolved, the world returned to normal. The phenomena of destruction successfully vanished. Officer Yashiro's fate was changed, and she successfully survived, avoiding her death in the original storyline. However, due to her severe injuries, she would require a period of rest and recovery.

Tsukasa Kadoya and Natsumi Hikari returned to the photo studio. Before they could catch their breath, they saw Eijiro Hikari accidentally bump the curtain pull cord while hanging a picture frame.

Immediately, a new world was unveiled before them. The new curtain showed a tall building standing under a moonlit night, with the body of a giant beast embedded in its wall. It gave off an unsettling, bizarre feeling.

"This is..." Natsumi recognized the castle-like beast on the screen. She instantly thought of something. It was the same flying castle she had seen in her dreams!

The next second, the scenery outside the photo studio turned into a blank white void. They had already left the Kuuga's World.

"Looks like we're traveling now," Tsukasa said calmly.

"Traveling?" Natsumi quickly realized what was happening and rushed to the window. Her expression was anxious and regretful.

"Raven-san..." She hadn't realized the travel would be so sudden. She didn't even get to see him one last time.

"Don't worry. I have a feeling that guy will show up again," Tsukasa, who naturally noticed Natsumi's feelings, comforted her.

"Are you sure?" Natsumi's crestfallen expression brightened a little.

Just like that, after passing through another dimension, the white light outside suddenly vanished. The surrounding environment changed again.

"Let's go take a look." Tsukasa was surprised to find that his injuries from earlier had also disappeared.

Pushing open the photo studio door, Natsumi immediately ran next door. Looking up, she saw the sign for the Amazon Café was still there. She secretly sighed in relief. Still harboring a nervous feeling, she pushed the door open and stepped inside.

"Hello? Is anyone here?" Entering the café, she found no one and tentatively called out. She shouted several times, but there was no response.

Just as she turned to leave in disappointment, a figure wearing a black-stockinged maid outfit and a highly lethargic expression walked down from the second floor. It was Beroba, whom they hadn't seen in a long time.

"We're not open today," Beroba said, annoyed. Since Raven had temporarily returned to Helheim, he had left her in charge of watching the shop, which was why she seemed impatient.

"Excuse me, where is Raven-san?" Although surprised to find a new girl suddenly in Raven's shop, Natsumi persisted with her question.
