Ten minutes later, they arrived at the Knights of Favonius Headquarters. The place was enormous — banners fluttering in the wind, guards saluting Eula as she passed.

Henry slowed, eyes darting around the grand interior. The architecture had that old-world elegance that no monitor back home could ever do justice to.

At the end of the main hall stood a large oak door. Eula knocked once.

"Enter," came a deep but friendly voice.

The office was neat but lived-in — maps, reports, and a mug of hot tea covered the desk. And there he was — Varka, looking exactly like his in-game counterpart. Tall, broad-shouldered, with sharp blue eyes and that confident aura that screamed I arm-wrestle storm wolves for fun.

Varka, Grand Master of the Knights of Favonius.

Man, he looks way younger in person. Guess Mondstadt's diet really works, Henry mused.

Henry straightened instinctively. Eula had told him Varka was still in Mondstadt, but meeting the real Grand Master face-to-face was surreal.

"Ah, Captain Eula," Varka greeted warmly. "Back from patrol so soon?"

"Yes, sir. I've brought a merchant seeking trade authorization." She gestured to Henry. "This is Henry."

Varka's eyes gleamed with curiosity. "Welcome to Mondstadt, Henry. What kind of trade do you do?"

"Food, sir," Henry said, summoning his best business smile. "A special kind — one that saves time and fills the belly."

Cup noodles were my savior through my university days, he thought with a nostalgic grin.

Varka leaned forward. "I'm listening."

"I sell instant noodles."

A pause. "Instant… what?"

Henry reached into his system space and placed a white plastic cup on the desk.

"It's sealed food! Just add hot water, wait three minutes, and it's ready to eat. Perfect for knights on patrol or travellers short on time."

Varka raised an eyebrow and gestured to a nearby knight. "Fetch some hot water."

When the kettle arrived, Henry peeled the lid back and poured water in. Within moments, the savory aroma filled the office.

Varka's curiosity deepened. He took the fork Henry handed him, stirred, and took a bite.

He blinked, surprised. "…This is excellent. Warm, quick, and surprisingly satisfying."

[Congratulations, Master. You've just introduced Earth's greatest invention to Teyvat — instant noodles.]

Henry smiled. "Glad you like it, sir. Easy to make, perfect for adventures."

Varka nodded approvingly. "You said you're selling these?"

"Yes, sir."

"And how much for one?"

Henry froze. Crap. What's the dollar-to-mora conversion rate again?

He faked a thoughtful look. "Let's say… 1000 mora per cup."

Varka stroked his chin. "A fair price. In that case, I'll take one hundred cups. The Knights can use them for night patrols."

Henry nearly choked. "H-Hundred?"

Eula's brows rose. "That's quite a large order, Grand Master."

"Can't let the others miss out on something this good. Varka chuckled, glancing at Henry's dumbfounded expression. "We'll deduct your trade permit fee from the total amount I'm paying you now. Have them delivered by evening."

Henry's grin widened. "Actually, sir, I have them right now."

He pulled out cup after cup from his system space, stacking them neatly on the large desk.

Varka blinked. "You… also have a Vision, Henry?"

"No, sir," Henry said quickly. "It's one of my abilities. I don't possess a Vision."

"That's quite extraordinary," Varka said, visibly intrigued. He signed the papers and slid the permit across the desk. "Welcome to Mondstadt's market, Henry. You've got spirit — and a product I'd bet Kaeya's next bottle of wine on."

"That's high praise, sir."

"See that you make good on it. I'll drop by your stall myself when I have time."

Varka signals to the knight next to him and the knight returns with a pouch of mora and hands it to henry.

Henry takes the pouch and bids Sir Varka farewell as he exits the grandmaster's room

Outside, Henry finally exhaled. "Nice. Got a permit and impressed Varka. Not bad for day one."

Eula folded her arms. "You did well. Few merchants impress the Grand Master that quickly."

"Guess my noodles are my charisma."

She gave him a side glance. "I thought your tongue was."

He blinked. "Wait, what?"

Eula's lips curved faintly. "You talk a lot."

Oh thank goodness, I thought she meant something else for a second.

Henry chuckled. "Can't argue with that."

"Grand Master Varka is very sociable," he said as they walked.

"Yes. He's always been that way."

They stopped near the stairs. Eula turned to him. "I need to file my patrol report. You'll be fine from here?"

"Yeah. And thanks again for the escort, Captain beautiful."

My luck seems so high that I am acquainted with waifu Eula just minutes after my isakai.

Eula froze mid-step. She noticed a genuine smile on Henry's face and something else she coudnt recognize "Hmph. Keep calling me that, and I'll enact my vengeance on you."

Henry grinned cheekily. "Please do."

"Please do Eula, Please do."

[System is detecting rising level of hormones in user]

"Shut up system."

Eula huffed, "Hmph," and turned toward the stairs leading to the upper floors. She didn't look back, but Henry caught the faintest tug of a smile at her lips.

Yep… totally worth it.
