Chapter 1 - The Real World

"I transmigrated!"

"Ten minutes ago, I transmigrated into the world of Eminence in Shadow, and now my name is Kageno Sora."

Kageno Sora is the distant cousin of Kageno Minoru, the protagonist of Eminence in Shadow.

Kageno Sora, who was familiar with the plot, knew very well that he had to transmigrate with Kageno Minoru, otherwise, in a few years, the world would face an apocalypse.

For this, Kageno Sora pleaded repeatedly, wanting to transfer to Kageno Minoru's school.

Under Kageno Sora's relentless pleas, his parents agreed to let him go to Kageno Minoru's school.

They also used a little 'money power' to get Kageno Sora transferred into Kageno Minoru's class.

"We have a new transfer student today, Kageno Sora! Let's give him a warm welcome!" the class advisor announced from the podium.

All the students in the class looked towards Kageno Sora.

"Hello everyone, I'm Kageno Sora!" he said, with a simple and clear introduction, without too many words.

Kageno Sora scanned the room and saw Kageno Minoru in the corner. He wasn't looking at him, but out the window.

Kageno Sora knew that Kageno Minoru wanted to keep a low profile, so he didn't disturb him.

During class, Kageno Sora looked at Kageno Minoru several times, observing that Kageno Minoru was still exercising during class.

After class, Kageno Minoru left alone, carrying his large backpack.

Kageno Sora knew that Kageno Minoru wanted to keep a low profile, so he didn't talk to him at school.

At night, some biker gangs, driving their motorcycles, spread noise throughout the city.

Residents were constantly bothered by these people. If they called the police, the bikers, riding their modified motorcycles, would speed away. Even if caught, the most severe punishment was only a few days in jail.

Kageno Sora searched for traces of the biker gangs and headed to the nearby area.

He happened to run into Kageno Minoru at a street corner.

"Yo, cousin, long time no see!"

"Hm, long time no see!" Kageno Minoru replied perfunctorily.

"It's so late, what are you doing around here?"

"What about you? What are you doing?"

"I'm waiting for these biker gangs to get beaten up. They're making so much noise, they're definitely going to get a beating, don't you think, cousin?"

"That makes a lot of sense. Well, I'm off!"

"OK!"

Kageno Sora watched Kageno Minoru walk away, then took out his phone. As the two of them brushed past each other, Kageno Sora had placed a tracker on Kageno Minoru's backpack.

Following him would definitely lead to him being discovered, so using a tracker was the only option.

"Vroom vroom!"

Motorcycles made a loud noise in the quiet night.

Several motorcycles drifted stylishly on the road.

A stone suddenly flew out, accurately hitting one of the bikers.

The motorcycle lost control and was thrown out, and the rider, in the middle of a drift, fell very miserably.

"Hey, what's wrong with you!"

"Idiot, you fell while drifting, how useless!"

"Look at this fool!"

"What an imbecile! Hahaha!"

As fellow bikers, they freely mocked their companion.

The person laughing the loudest felt something flying towards him. He turned his head and saw a stone speeding towards him.

The moment he turned, the stone accurately flew into his mouth.

"Cough! Cough! Cough! Cough! Blech!"

The biker spat out the stone and looked at the person opposite him.

"You bastard, do you want to die!"

The other bikers followed his gaze into the alley.

A guy wearing a hat, gloves, and holding a crowbar walked towards them.

"It's this guy! He threw a stone at me! Everyone, run him over!"

"Vroom vroom!"

The bikers all mounted their motorcycles and charged towards Kageno Minoru.

They looked like they were going to hit Kageno Minoru head-on.

Kageno Minoru was unhurried. He gripped the crowbar, and as they were about to hit him, he dodged the motorcycle, then accurately struck their heads with a crowbar.

He repeated this action, knocking all the bikers off their motorcycles.

"Damn it, you bastard! Brothers, grab your weapons!"

One by one, they took weapons from their motorcycles: baseball bats, stun guns, daggers, folding batons.

Seven or eight people all charged at Kageno Minoru.

The person holding a small knife immediately threw it, trying to catch him off guard.

But Kageno Minoru dodged it. Kageno Minoru, in turn, threw a small knife, accurately piercing that person's shoulder.

Seven or eight people swarmed him, but they couldn't withstand a single move under Kageno Minoru's hands.

Kageno Minoru knocked down a biker with one crowbar strike.

Soon, all the bikers were knocked to the ground.

They were all wailing.

The first guy who crashed stood up and looked at Kageno Minoru, realizing all his companions were down.

"Who exactly are you!"

"The dashing bandit killer!"

Kageno Minoru finished speaking, then threw the crowbar, accurately hitting that person on the head.

He was knocked unconscious on the spot.

Kageno Minoru looked around. Everyone was knocked to the ground, no one was still standing.

He turned and left.
