Being careful not to trip over the steps, we rushed up the stairs. Behind us, the thick fog spread through the building as it slowly climbed towards us.
I didn't think Damian could detect us. He was most likely covering as much area as he could when we got caught up in it.
I hope the girls are alright.
Soon, Selthia and I arrived on the roof of the giant building. The door leading to the rooftop was closed, so I was forced to break it down. The building we were in currently had 110 floors. The fog was at the 80th floor and was still climbing its way up.
I stood at the edge of the building, looking down at the fog slowly climbing towards us.
"What are we going to do?" Selthia asked.
"I'm not sure. I don't see a way to escape this."
Damian's fog covered a large portion of the city. Frankly, if it continued rising, it would be impossible to avoid. This made me even more worried about the others.
