"What are you here for, hubby? Don't tell me you are here to apologize to her because of what I told you," Beatrice said, her words hissing in Elara's ears, and Elara looked at Andrew, finally realizing the truth.
It turned out Beatrice had known about her pregnancy, and she deliberately sent those photos to her to provoke her; the reason she had a miscarriage.
Then again, if Andrew hadn't allowed her to be so close, she would've never gotten that kind of chance.
"What are you doing here?" Andrew asked.
Beatrice clicked her tongue before smiling.
"What do you think? I came here to see how Elara is celebrating, thinking she has won because my husband betrayed me and sent me to jail," Beatrice said, her fingers tightening around Elara's hands.
"You really think you won because Andrew turned against me too, no?" Beatrice asked.
