The panel, which was only visible to Ethan, hovered in the air. "So I have one EP now." He thought to himself.
Then he was just about to ask something to the system but stopped. He looked around. Some of his classmates were still looking at him with ridicule, and some didn't even feel the need to suppress their laughter.
But that's not what concerned Ethan. "If I talk to Halo right before everyone, won't they think I am mad? Yeah, I don't care about their opinion, but still.... Maybe I will do it during the break when no one is around."
When Ethan was still lost in her thoughts, the door slid open, and a gorgeous-looking female student entered the classroom. She was wearing a mini skirt hugging her thick thighs, the bare skin brushing lightly with every step, and a T-shirt that clung to her body so tight that no one would be able to miss the shape and size of her bouncy melons.
Her hips swayed boldly, her bountiful rear rising and falling like ripe peaches ready to burst with every step.
She looked like an art herself, as if created to ignite the spark of lust inside everyone, no matter how much one wanted to keep it under control.
All the boys held their breath, some even had worried expressions on their faces while they had their hands pressed on their crotch, trying to hide the obvious hardness.
And girls? Some couldn't hide the awe in their faces while some tried their best to suppress the jealousy that was curling up inside.
She walked toward the column of seats beside Ethan's and took a seat two rows ahead.
A small group of boys and girls gathered around her—clearly her friends. One of them teased, "Oh, come on, Eliana. If you keep coming to class like this, half the boys in the university won't be able to sleep at night."
"Yeah, but surely those boys will enjoy it." Another female in the group added.
Laughter broke out among them. Even the girl they were teasing—Eliana herself—let out a soft laugh. But unlike the others, her smile wasn't loud or mocking; it was graceful, breathtaking… as if she were genuinely accepting their compliment.
This was none other than Eliana, one of Ethan's classmates—and one of the four celebrated belles of the university.
She carried a strange blend of wild allure and gentle elegance, as though she were a goddess of desire in human form.
Ethan glanced at her once, then turned his eyes back to his desk. "Now that I'm no longer in a relationship, it's becoming harder and harder not to notice and admire the beauty of nature. First that receptionist in the morning, and now this one…" He sighed inwardly.
Because he had been so focused on the system and then on Eliana's entrance, Ethan hadn't even noticed that the seat beside him had already been taken.
The boy sitting there leaned toward him and asked, "Ethan, is it true that you and Sarah broke up? And that she did it because you w—"
He stopped mid-sentence, watching Ethan expectantly, waiting for an answer.
Ethan turned his head. "Seriously, Foggy? You already know that even though my relationship with her was deep, neither of us wanted to take that step before marriage. Or at least… that's what I thought." He paused, his voice tightening. "She dumped me for someone else—because of money."
As he said those words, a flicker of anger burned in his eyes.
The one speaking to him was his best friend, nicknamed Foggy. His real name was Fredric.
Foggy placed a hand on Ethan's shoulder and said in a consoling tone, "Are you ok?" He knew how much Ethan loved Sarah. Even in his poor economic condition, he would buy her gifts from the money he earned from his part-time job. He was dedicated, would never even look toward other girls, not even secretly. But now this? He could feel how much heartbroken Ethan might be.
"It's alright Foggy. I am ok." Ethan said that with a forced smile.
"What's done is done. With your looks and talent, you'll definitely find someone much better. And much sexier, trust me. It's her loss that she will soon realize."
Ethan looked at him. The anger in his chest eased a little, replaced by a faint smile. He nodded silently in gratitude. But inside....
"Well, not only her. I will make them both regret." A cold glint flashed in his eyes.
While Ethan sat in his classroom talking with his friend, somewhere else, in another abandoned classroom, Lucas sat with a girl in his arms. They clung to each other intimately, his hand shamelessly kneading her voluptuous chest.
It wasn't Sarah though. And if she saw this, she would surely be shaken.
Lucas's lips were locked with the girl's, saliva spilling between them as their tongues tangled, sweeping and searching each other's mouths with hungry urgency.
And his hand wandered lower after her chest, tracing every curve of her body with unhurried strokes. His touch slid across her supple thigh, each motion sending shivers through her, until at last his fingers slipped beneath her skirt, invading forbidden territory with deliberate hunger.
Just when he was enjoying the moment of his life, almost about to reach the peak of his pleasure, suddenly, his phone rang.
The phone's ringtone cut through the moment, forcing them to separate.
"Tch.... Who the hell is in such a hurry to destroy the moment of my life?" Lucas cursed under his breath but still answered the phone, pressing it against his ear. But as soon as he heard the voice on the other end, his expression twisted. He quickly hung up and slipped the phone back into his pocket.
"He's still alive?" he muttered under his breath. "How is this possible? I need to take care of him as soon as possible. And this time I will make sure he stays down for good." Malice flashed in his eyes.
