Backstory of the MC:
Ken Stark, an orphan, grew up in Wammy's Orphanage in London, starting from the age of five.
During his time at Wammy's, Ken showcased exceptional intelligence and talent, becoming a world-class chess Grandmaster. Alongside his intellectual pursuits, he was rigorously trained to be a highly skilled assassin for the international black market.
Ken later graduated with an MBA from Oxford, balancing his academic achievements with his covert profession. Despite his flourishing career, tragedy struck when he was diagnosed with terminal stage blood cancer at the age of 23.
Ken followed a disciplined regimen from a young age to excel as an assassin, a role he genuinely loved. However, his life was cut short, and he passed away before reaching his full potential.
Ken due to a large amount of his time in hospitalization, he indulged himself in Mangas.
Ken completed reading lot of manga's including Naruto, shippuden and Naruto's son's disgusting series too.

Isami Uchiha, though being highly talented Genjutsu, Kenjutsu and Iryo-ninjutsu-medical nin, she was Konoha hospital chief surgeon.
She used her three tomoe Sharingan for various successful operations and has an amazing track record.
Fate was altered by ROB.
She fell in love with Kaito Uzumaki, Deputy Jonin commander of Konoha, sealing grandmaster, Konoha security Barrier department.
Kaito Uzumaki came along with Kushina, since she was the princess of the Uzumaki, as one of her cousins, Kaito accompanied her.
Proving excellent talent in sealing techniques and wind release techniques, he was given a posting in Anbu, later in the Barrier team.
Kaito and Isami fell in love, they married despite clan's rules and regulations.
Isami and Kaito lead a wonderful life, they loved each other so much.
Since Shisui didn't have a father or a mother, Shisui always ate with them and when to sleep with Takuma, 3rd elder of the Uchiha clan.
Uchiha Takuma is Uchiha Kagami's wife's big brother. (brother-in-law)
Uchiha Takuma taught and developed the original Uchiha Shisui's No-Mass Flicking technique.

The door slid open quietly. Kaito and Isami turned to see who had entered—it was her uncle.
"Uncle," Isami greeted him softly.
"Third Elder," Kaito added respectfully.
"Keep it low, or else you'll wake up my grandchildren," Tanaka whispered, his voice gruff but affectionate.
Isami couldn't help but smile through her tears. She loved her uncle deeply, having been raised by him alone after her mother passed away. His presence at the birth of her children filled her with joy.
"Don't cry, Isami," Tanaka said, his tone softening. "I'll take care of the children."
Isami nodded, her voice choked with emotion. "Okay."
Tanaka turned his gaze to Kaito. "Do you have any problem with that?"
Kaito caught off guard, shook his head quickly. "No problem at all, Father. Thank you for visiting us at the hospital. I'm grateful to see Isami smile again."
"Brat," Tanaka muttered, a small cough escaping him. "Don't think I don't have love for my daughter."
His voice wavered slightly, betraying the deep affection he kept hidden beneath his stern exterior.

After a few days, Yagami, Izumi, and Isami were discharged and returned to their home outside the Uchiha Clan. Kaito had always felt guilty for separating the third elder, Tanaka, from Isami, but now he saw an opportunity to make amends. By bringing his children to Tanaka, he hoped to improve the relationship between Isami and her father.
Izumi cried all night long. If it hadn't been for Yagami, Izumi would have stayed in the womb for an extra three weeks. Isami woke up and said, "Dear, we have a problem."
"What happened?" Kaito asked.
"Something isn't right with Yagami. He never cried during childbirth, and he hasn't cried for milk either. It's not normal for an infant not to cry," Isami explained.
"But he seems pretty normal for a baby," Kaito replied.
"True, but…" Isami trailed off.
"Don't overthink it, Isami. Just relax, breathe in, and breathe out, there is nothing wrong with it, Actually, Uzumaki kids often release their chakra after their birth, I sensed a lot of chakra when Yagami and Izumi was born" Kaito reassured her.
