Crack…
Kai twisted his stiff neck, his young face expressionless as his burning eyes locked onto the captain of the White Ostrich Pirates—Kukari.
The deck around them was a slaughterhouse.
Dozens of pirates groaned in agony, broken and bleeding across the planks.
Corpses lay scattered, lifeless, their blood soaking into the wood.
The once-rowdy pirate ship had become a ruin, a battlefield drowned in screams and silence.
Only less than a hundred pirates remained standing.
And even they were trembling.
The arrogance on their faces had long since vanished, replaced only by naked fear.
"Th-this brat…"
"He's a monster!"
"Hundreds of us couldn't even touch him—half our crew dead or crippled in a single clash!"
"How the hell do we fight something like that?!"
Their voices shook as they shrank back.
"Pathetic worms!"
Kukari's cold snarl cut through their fear. His face was twisted with rage as his eyes swept over the corpses of his crew.
Then his glare locked onto Kai.
"Brat, I'll admit—you're strong. But barging onto my ship alone… that's the greatest mistake of your short life!"
"I am Kukari! Captain of the White Ostrich Pirates! Eleven million on my head! A Zoan Devil Fruit user!"
"You think you're qualified to take me down?!"
"I'll tear you apart with my true form. I'll show you what it means to feel fear… pain… and death!"
His voice thundered.
And then—
ROAR!
Kukari's body swelled.
His muscles bulged, his clothes tore apart in shreds. His frame expanded rapidly until his entire figure towered nearly five meters tall.
Snow-white feathers burst from his skin. His arms twisted into wings. His face elongated into a beak.
In moments, he was no longer a man—he was a monstrous ostrich, a beast ten times larger than any normal bird.
The ship groaned beneath his weight, sinking deeper into the sea as if unable to carry the burden of his bulk.
The pirates' despair turned to wild hope.
"Th-the boss has transformed!"
"Don't forget—our captain's a Zoan user!"
"With his power, he rules the East Blue!"
"That brat's finished now!"
They cheered with manic relief, screaming for vengeance.
"Boss! Kill him!"
"Rip him apart! Make him pay!"
"Slaughter the little bastard!"
The massive ostrich glared down at Kai, eyes sharp as blades, murderous aura pouring from his body.
"Brat… how do you want to die?"
The pressure in the air was suffocating.
But Kai only raised his head slowly, his eyes blazing.
"…I really hate when people look down on me."
"Every time someone does, I feel the urge to rip them apart."
His blood boiled. His body shook with violent hunger for battle.
"Just like now."
A savage grin twisted his lips.
"Maybe I was born a maniac for violence."
His muscles tensed, veins bulged. His ghostly backlines seemed to pulse beneath his skin. A wave of raw killing intent rolled off him.
"Rip you apart?!"
Kukari screeched with fury.
"Let's see who rips who to shreds! Die!"
He lunged.
With a flap of his massive wings, hundreds of white feathers shot forth—sharp as blades, whistling through the air like a storm of knives.
Shhh! Shhh!
They filled the sky, sealing all escape.
"Die, brat!" Kukari laughed, already picturing Kai's shredded corpse.
But Kai never flinched.
He simply clenched his fist.
Then—
BOOM!
One punch.
The air itself warped and twisted, rippling like water.
A violent shockwave erupted, tearing across the deck like a hurricane. The very ship groaned as cracks split across the planks like spiderwebs.
The razor-feathers disintegrated into dust before they could even touch him.
Snap! Snap!
The deck split further, threatening to collapse the entire vessel into the sea.
The pirates stared in horror.
Kukari's eyes widened.
"H-how…?!"
His best attack—obliterated with a single punch.
Cold dread stabbed into his chest. For the first time in his life, the infamous Zoan user felt death breathing down his neck.
"You… what the hell are you?!"
Kai didn't answer.
His figure vanished—then reappeared right beside the giant ostrich.
BOOM!
His second punch slammed into Kukari's ribs. Bone shattered with a sickening crack, caving in his massive side.
"AAARGHH!"
Kukari screamed in agony, his bloodshot eyes bulging.
But Kai wasn't finished.
He raised his fist again—aiming straight at the monster's skull.
"Die."
BOOOOM!
The third punch landed.
A thunderous roar split the sky.
Kukari's enormous head caved in, then exploded like a watermelon, spraying blood and brain matter across the deck.
The pirates froze in silence.
Their captain—the man they worshiped, the Zoan user worth eleven million…
…killed by a four-year-old boy with three punches.
Blood rained down. The battle was over.
