"It's getting late. I should head home, pack my things, and then we can go on our outing tomorrow."
Feeling like there was nothing left to do, Uchiha Matsuzaki stood up and decided to go home.
Just as he was about to leave the training grounds, he could still hear the sounds of Might Guy training.
"Indeed, keep up the good work. I'm really looking forward to seeing you become even stronger in the future," Uchiha Matsuzaki said with a soft smile and a sigh of emotion.
Uchiha Matsuzaki left the training grounds and arrived in the center of the village, where he noticed that many people had already come out.
"I should just go home. Being outside always feels a bit pointless. I'll go to bed early once I'm home, and then tomorrow will arrive quickly."
Uchiha Matsuzaki said casually.
By the time he got home, it was already late. He smiled softly at the meal his mother had left on the table, ate it, and then went straight to his room to rest.
The next morning, Uchiha Matsuzaki was pulled out of bed by his younger sister.
"Brother, wake up! It's getting late! Aren't you going on an outing today?"
Uchiha Koharu said, shaking her brother's hand.
Uchiha Matsuzaki rubbed his eyes, then turned to look out the window. He saw that it was indeed bright outside, but he felt like he hadn't slept enough!
"What time is it?"
"Seven o'clock and one minute!"
"Damn it, you woke me up at seven?"
"Are you even my sister?!"
Uchiha Matsuzaki said, feeling utterly drained.
"Hurry up and get up! Mom is making you some bentos outside. Get up and get ready; we'll be leaving soon."
Uchiha Koharu suddenly pulled off all his blankets and said with a smile.
No matter what, he had never been angry with his sister. He could only shake his head gently, sigh, and slowly get out of bed.
"Alright, alright, since I'm already up, I might as well get ready. The timing is perfect anyway. I was originally planning to sleep in, though."
Uchiha Matsuzaki put on his clothes and said with a smile.
And so, Uchiha Matsuzaki was successfully dragged out of bed by his sister. If his sister hadn't made him get up so early today, he might have actually overslept.
After getting everything ready, Uchiha Matsuzaki took the bento his mother had made and left the house.
"Cheer up! I went to bed early last night, so why am I still a bit sleepy?"
"Today is the first outing of this lifetime—no, I should say, of these two lifetimes!"
"I don't know why, but I'm really excited. I can't wait to see them now."
Uchiha Matsuzaki straightened his clothes and said, looking deeply at the road ahead.
He quickened his pace and arrived at his school gate half an hour before the agreed-upon time.
"Hey, why is it just you, Yamamoto? Where are the others?"
When Uchiha Matsuzaki arrived at the school gate, he only saw Yamamoto Takeshi and asked him.
"Matsuzaki, you're here! I found out yesterday that we were going on an outing today, so I couldn't wait to leave. I woke up at 6:00 this morning, and I'm full of energy now!"
Yamamoto Takeshi said with great enthusiasm.
It had to be said that his friend was indeed a very optimistic person.
