"Physical fitness fully enhanced!"
Without a system panel quantifying his body stats, Levi stood in his room, sensing the changes one by one.
The most obvious was strength.
Muscle lines were sharper, movements more powerful, his face looked even more handsome, and even his hooks—well, those had grown a bit thicker too.
Next came stamina and endurance—harder to notice directly, but if he measured it against physical exertion, it was roughly double what he'd had before.
Finally, overall resilience and body resistance—Levi couldn't feel it consciously, but since it was a full-body enhancement, it had to be there.
Practical benefits?
Roughly, he could now handle outdoor activities in ten-degree weather without shivering, and thirty-degree heat wouldn't leave him drenched in sweat.
In short, if Levi's body had once been ordinary—someone who, when confronted by the shipgirls' endless demands, could only lock himself in a bathroom—now, he could at least spar one-on-one with a shipgirl without being completely overwhelmed.
And, of course, the one he had to thank was… Sirius.
Levi mentally gave a half-hearted thanks to the newly "liberated" silly maid.
Having secured his first physical enhancement, Levi felt a surge of excitement—until he realized a problem.
Sirius' task had been completed too quickly. Night had just fallen, and his body was already operating at peak condition.
Such perfect timing and opportunity… wasting it on rest would be a shame.
Levi decided to head out for a stroll, savoring this rare stretch of free time.
As the sun dipped toward the horizon, Levi wandered through the port, enjoying the scenery.
…Come to think of it, this was the first time Levi had truly relaxed since arriving.
Since crossing over, he'd either been satisfying the shipgirls or on his way to do so.
He rubbed his lower back.
"Endure a little longer… the good days aren't far off."
At the park, Levi leaned on a railing, facing the sea.
The sunset was picturesque, golden light spilling across the sky, clouds painted in brilliant hues, the whole world bathed in gentle warmth.
"Ah, Commander, what a leisurely mood you're in~"
A soft, flirtatious voice sounded behind him.
"Co… Commander…"
Alongside it came a tone both earnest and shy.
Levi turned to see a pair of blue-haired sisters: Saint Louis and Helena.
Saint Louis wore casual clothes today—a sleeveless blue-and-white top and blue-and-white thigh-high stockings. Low heels made her only slightly taller than Helena.
Helena's outfit was more conservative. Though also sleeveless, it revealed less skin, and the skirt covered more of her thighs.
The radar glow on Helena's headband hadn't completely faded—she must have located him using it earlier.
"Rarely have a day off, so we came out for a stroll," Levi smiled, opening his arms. The meaning was obvious.
Helena hesitated for only a second before seeing her sister jump into Levi's embrace.
Helena: …Just one second!
Levi pulled both sisters close, kissing Saint Louis first, then turning to kiss Helena.
"Commander, enjoying this view all alone and not taking us along—it's rather uncaring~"
Faced with Saint Louis' playful complaint, Levi could only smile wryly.
Thankfully, she also understood his situation and didn't press further.
"Commander, do you enjoy watching the sunset?"
"I actually prefer sunrises," Levi replied with a grin. "But today… since I'm here, I'll enjoy the sunset."
Saint Louis seemed to understand.
"Then… Commander, can we reserve tomorrow morning's sunrise?"
Levi turned, returning to the stance he'd taken before meeting the sisters. "Reserve a sunrise?"
"Commander, you know exactly what I mean~" Saint Louis purred, nestling into his arms and kissing his chin.
Helena, less experienced, quietly leaned against Levi's left side, unable to intervene.
Levi's left hand rested on Helena's waist, right hand on Saint Louis' small waist. Left and right, his hands started wandering.
"I don't understand," Levi teased Saint Louis, gently tugging. "You'll need to explain properly."
"Mmm…"
Saint Louis felt the direction of his fingers, and her movements grew bolder.
"Commander, really don't understand?" Her sultry, experienced voice dripped sweetness. "Then… lower your head a little, and I'll explain it properly~"
The emphasis on "properly" made it clear she meant more than just words.
Levi glanced at Helena, tilting his head slightly.
Saint Louis whispered in his ear, moist and warm.
"I want to greet tomorrow's sunrise with you, Commander~"
The sensation made Levi shiver.
Truly a port veteran. A few words carried tremendous weight.
Levi gently tapped Saint Louis. "You sneaky little cat."
Saint Louis rubbed her legs. "Then I'll take that as your agreement~"
"Just abandoning your sister like that?"
Levi heard clearly—Saint Louis said "I," not "we."
"My dear little sister…" Saint Louis smiled teasingly. "Commander, you're greedy… wanting both of us with you?"
Levi: …
"No cheating," Levi said, guiding his fingers into their proper place, fitting perfectly as if they were always meant to be there.
"Ah…"
Saint Louis' cheeks flushed bright red.
"Saint Louis?"
Helena, feigning innocence, called to her sister.
Levi teased between the sisters: "Your sister wants to abandon you and hog him all to herself."
"That won't do…" Helena rose on tiptoe, kissing Levi's chest. "Commander… you wouldn't abandon me, right?"
"Of course not." Levi's left hand found its proper position. "Whoever comes first tonight gets first priority."
Saint Louis and Helena exchanged a glance.
"Mm…"
"Ah…"
