Wu Tan City belonged to the Jai Ma Empire.Due to it's geographical advantage of being adjacent to the Magical Beast Mountain Range, it had secured a place among the empire's major cities.
Aside from the City Lord's Mansion and the Mittel Clan,the most powerful local forces were the three major families of Wu Tan City:the Xiao Clan,the Jiia Lie Clan, and the Ao Ba Clan.
However,due to the demise of the older generation of Dou Long experts in these three clans and the fact that their current patriarchs had all stagnated at the Da Dao Shi stage ,Wu Tan City had rapidly fallen to the bottom of the rankings among the major cities of Jia Ma Empire over the past decade.
At Xiao family group of maids were rushing in a room.A young man was outside the room waiting anxiously.A loud cry of a child was heard and after sometime all the people got out the room.An old women rushed out and congratulated the man for the birth of a son.The young man name was Xiao Zhan and being happy about the birth of a son he entered the room while the elders and children were waiting outside.

Xiao Zhan picked up the child and examined him and at the same moment a huge amount of energy from the child was released and absorbed by him,his wife and the ring on his wife's hand.This profound energy elevated their talent and strength.Xiao Zhan rose from One Star Da Dou Shi to Seven Star Da Dou Shi and his wife rose from Five Star Dou Shi to Three Star Dou Shi and a soul body in the ring recoverd it's soul strength and woke up from it's slumber.The soul body floated outside the ring.
