It had been 2 weeks since Akira conquered the goblin village located in the Beast continent.
Within that time, his quarters had been upgraded, and two extra floors were built, making it a three-storey home.
On top of that, a wall was being built around the village to prevent intruders from entering. An additional feature is that the townspeople were slowly starting to adjust to Akira's rule.
Whenever he'd make a request, they'd follow through with no questions asked, unless necessary.
Because of that, Akira was less harsh, but he was still a strict ruler at that.
With the wall done, Akira had nothing else to do. His village was now under his command, and even if they thought about going against him, they wouldn't.
He's too powerful.
Now that he had a place to call his own, it was time to prepare for the death of his siblings.
As he stood in his study and faced a board with 7 pictures of his siblings, Akira stared at them lividly.
"Mark my words, I will end every... single... one of you..." he said as his mana began rising, causing his entire home to shake.
He took a deep breath and maintained his composure. 'Killing you will have to wait. But, I will surely enjoy myself when the time is right.'

A young goblin woman with short silver hair and sunset orange eyes approached the town gate.
Her dress was long and hugged her hourglass frame like a possessive piece of cloth.
She raised her head and looked at the walls and the gate before her. "When'd they have the time and money to build this?" she asked herself. "Odd..."
She walked in without thinking too much of it. As she walked down the path through town, the goblins gasped, seemingly aware of who the young woman was.
"She's returned," a woman said.
"Yeah, but who's gonna tell her? You know, that she shouldn't head that way...?"
Paying no mind to their distant murmuring, the young woman simply stared at the newer buildings and transformed goblin town with sparkling eyes.
The shops were now properly established with a separate section for a marketplace and another one for housing.
But the path that led towards the Chieftain's quarters was still the same, so she was able to find her way back.
Her eyes shimmered as she witnessed the beautiful house before her.
'When did grandpa get this much money to build a new home?! Seriously! This is incredible! The other houses looked nice too,' she said to herself as she stepped inside.
As she closed the door behind her, Akira took note of the woman entering his home.
Like a cat whose tail was grabbed, Akira's aura spiked and shook the entire house, startling the woman, causing her to lose her footing.
Out of nowhere, Akira appeared before her, his golden eyes staring into the young woman's soul.
She scrutinised the demon before her, waiting for an appropriate reaction from him.
But Akira did not know who this woman was. He expressed his curiosity by bringing his face closer to her face and looking at her, causing her to slightly back away.
"Uh..." she finally spoke up.
'She has magic potential within her. I can sense it. But who is she? I didn't see her when I first got here, and I know all the goblins in this place,' Akira said as he took a closer look at her. 'She's drop-dead gorgeous though...'
His eyes lowered to her chest and then her wide hips before he raised them to meet her gaze once more.
'Is he grandfather's guest? He doesn't... feel like a human... Is he... a demon?' she young woman spoke to herself.
"Akira! Don't touch her!" Masaki exclaimed as he barged into Akira's home.
"Huh?" Both Akira and the young woman looked at the panicked Masaki, who was sweating buckets at this point.
"Grandpa?"
"Grandpa?" Akira repeated after the woman, this time, with a distasteful tone. "You have grandkids, Masaki? I thought you were impotent?"
"Get away from her, Akira. I beg you," Masaki pleaded.
"Tch. You're no fun," Akira said as he backed away. "Now, explain yourselves."

"Ah. So she's your granddaughter, and the reason why she hasn't been around is because she had to visit a neighbouring village in relation to your treaty," said Akira.
"Indeed. Her name is Obarihime. Hime, this is Akira Mephistopheles... The new village chief..." Masaki yielded with a soft sigh.
"The new...? What's going on?" Obarihime curiously inquired as she glanced at her grandfather and then at Akira.
"Your grandpa is a dirty, dirty man. So, I have to take his place because he's nothing but a sinner."
"Grandpa! What is he talking about?!" Obarihime shouted.
"It's complicated... Look, we have a home that's just as nice right next to this one. We'll be living there from now on," replied Masaki.
As they spoke, Akira's eyes traced towards Obarihime's backside and then back at her face.
Her long, black eyelashes and beautiful orange eyes made her a sight to behold. With her medium-sized chest and firm but small waist, any man would gladly fall for her.
"Come on. We'll get you settled once we get there," said Masaki.
"...Right," Obarihime sighed begrudgingly.
"Actually..." In that moment, Akira was hit with an idea.
He wrapped his arm around Obarihime's shoulder, slightly towering above her height of 5'6"
"I think she'll be staying with me," Akira said.
"Huh?" Obarihime said as she looked at Akira in perplexity.
"Huh?!" Masaki exclaimed. "You can take away my nobility, strip me of my pride, even enslave my people, but you will not lay a hand on my granddaughter!"
"Why not? It's not like you're using her or anything like that."
"That isn't the point!"
"Calm down, young Masaki," Akira said as he smiled brightly.
He tipped Obarihime's chin and smirked seductively at her. "I'll take good care of her. I won't touch her inappropriately or sleep with her without her consent. Is that good enough for you?"
"Uh..." Obarihime stuttered as she backed away from Akira's grip.
"Akira—"
"I don't think you understand. She either stays here or she dies," Akira demanded with a cheeky smile.
"... Hime, stay strong. If you bore him, he might let you leave."
"Grandpa! You can't leave me here!" Obarihime exclaimed. "He thinks he's being cool when all he's doing is acting creepy! I hate it!"
"Please put up with it for a while. Types like him change women every day anyway," Masaki whispered.
"I heard that," retorted Akira.
"You'll be fine. Akira doesn't hurt women who are weaker than he is," Masaki said as he walked out.
"Incorrect."
"Grandpa! Jeez..."
'That dirtbag actually has a granddaughter. And, she's hella cute. She reminds me of his wife when she was young...' Akira said to himself.
Obarihime turned to face Akira with an uncomfortable expression on her face. "Are you actually Akira Mephistopheles?"
"I have a new vessel, but my looks are still the same," Akira responded with a gentle smile. "Also..."
He slowly approached Obarihime, gently held her hand and placed it on his chest, where she began feeling his beating heart.
"With the same heart," he continued as he smirked. He released her hand and walked upstairs, saying, "You can do whatever you want. You will not be a prisoner in your own home."
"How generous of you," Obarihime said in a sarcastic tone as she rolled her eyes.
"One thing, you will be sleeping in this house. If you don't, I will know," he said as he opened a door and closed it behind him.
'What's with that guy...? Is he actually the demon of chaos from the stories...?' she pondered.
'Even if he is the real deal, I have no intention of sharing a home with a villain. As soon as it's dark, I'm escaping and I'm taking grandpa with me.'

It was finally nighttime.
The village was extremely silent, and only the cicadas' chirping sounded.
Obarihime was in her room with her eyes shut. Then, she quickly opened them and got out of bed.
Carefully, she opened her bedroom door and slowly closed it behind her.
'Who does he think he is, telling me what to do? And why does grandfather follow his orders like it's nothing?' she spoke in her head as she tiptoed downstairs.
She reached for the front door handle. 'I'll report Akira to the neighbouring chieftains. They'll know what to do with him.'
As she flung the door open and prepared to run, two hands reached in for her face and pulled her inside the house.
She gasped for a second before her mouth was completely covered, Akira's nails slightly poking her delicate skin.
"I said... You will be sleeping in this house. Was I not clear?" Akira whispered into Obarihime's ears as his grip on her slightly tightened, his voice icy and breath cold.
Her screams muffled beneath Akira's large palms, making her hyperventilate and try to break free.
"Ssshhh..." Akira shushed Obarihime as he whispered, his cool breath penetrating her ear. "You will sleep in this house, or I will kill everyone in this damn village, starting with that old bastard you call grandpa."
Obarihime's eyes watered.
"Now, do you promise to be a good girl?"
Obarihime nodded vigorously as glassy eyes began forming, her nose blocked.
"Very good. But, just to make sure you don't go against me again..."
Akira grabbed Obarihime's shoulder and pulled a bone, causing her to scream in a muffled tone.
"You'd better shut up unless you want it to be your head next," demanded Akira.
Obarihime quickly began to quiet down, her breathing escalating by the moment.
Akira smirked and released her. He signalled for her to step inside. As she looked into his eyes, she noticed a cold aura being emitted from Akira.
She eventually calmed down and stepped inside the house, not saying a single word afterwards.
